El suicido es un tema con muchos mitos y tabúes, es momento de informarnos para prestar atención a las alarmas que alguien cercano nos puede dar para así ayudar a salvar su vida.
Aunque muchas veces no es fácil entender y darse cuenta, porque hay un mito que dice si habla del suicidio está promoviéndolo a hacerlo.
Al rededor de 800.000 personas en el mundo se suicidan, es decir, cada 40 seg una persona se quita la vida, es momento de romper tabúes y hablar de estos temas, por eso, te comparto algunas señales que te pueden ayudan a mantenerte a alerta:
1️⃣ Aislamiento de la persona
2️⃣ Se desconecta de la gente que ama
3️⃣ Suelta sus objetos valiosos
4️⃣ Deja de practicar hobbies o planes que le conectaba con la vida.
5️⃣ Comentarios recurrentes como ¿a quién le haría falta si yo no estaría? ¿En realidad soy valioso para el mundo?
6️⃣ Se pone lentes oscuros donde no hay alternativa, soluciones o nada que hacer.
