Ad'haut est une série de 4 balados (+ un prologue) visant à faire découvrir la croissance personnelle aux adolescents. Le balado est produit dans le cadre du projet personnel obligatoire en 5ème secondaire pour tous les élèves du Programme d'Éducation Intermédiaire (PEI). L'auteur est élève à l'École Secondaire St-Jospeh de St-Hyacinthe.Le balado traite principalement de quatre thèmes :Motivation et autodiscipline, Méditation Sport et équilibre de vie et finalement Relation avec les autres.Bonne écoute
