This is a very timely episode. There are a couple of "I can't"s in my world. Exercise and meditating. Today I'll explain how that feels to me and what I'm doing about it.
Summary of my "Plan it in Advance" challenge:
1) Forget today. Set a timer for 10 minutes and plan the task for a specific time tomorrow.
2) For me, this is meditate minimum of 2 minutes and goal of 20 minutes...daily.
3) I win if I can do the planning in advanc...
This is timely for me. Having a low mood state doesn't eliminate the crap on my plate. Taking a break from my overwhelm and anxiety doesn't magically eliminate the items off my to do list that need to happen. Life keeps happening while I'm drowning, so let's talk about what we can do about it (after the rest, of course, if that's the order of the day).
