Perhaps you've got weekly buckets that you want to choose important items from, you can get Antonia Bowring's ebook "ADHD Success Planner" .
Perhaps you want a system for determining what's truly a priority, then I recommend looking into Skye Waterson's Prioritization Filter
And the famous way of figuring out priorities is the Eisenhower Matrix. Google it. Then pick the items that are not urgent/important.
