Muchas personas me pidieron que hiciera una actualización sobre los Lotes de Inversión que compré hace ya más de 5 años en distintas zonas de Yucatán.
Pues bien, finalmente hace un mes tuve oportunidad de visitar uno de los desarrollos en donde pude, ahora sí, conocer varios de mis lotes (hace dos años fui pero no pude llegar hasta donde se ubican).
En el audio (que es en realidad el audio de este video que subí al canal de YouTube), te comparto a continuación te cuento cómo me ha ido en los 4 distintos desarrollos en donde adquirí lotes de inversión.
Como era de esperarse, en algunos me ha ido mejor que en otros y, aunque se puede decir que el resultado en general ha sido positivo, no todo ha sido miel sobre hojuelas.
Espero esta experiencia te resulte útil para tomar una mejor decisión sobre si comprar o no un lote de inversión (si es que estás pensando hacerlo), o bien, si ya invertiste en lotes en esa zona, ver cómo van.
