Very few can say they have seen a miracle or experienced a miracle in their lifetime, but Michael Sanson, is a walking miracle! Born extremely premature to a 14 year-old mother hiding her pregnancy, Michael's teen mom planned to discard him with the trash. Fortunately, God intervened!
Michael's life testifies to the truth that every human has worth and potential, and no matter how dire the circumstances may seem, God’s will prevails!
Despite Michael's premature birth and accompanying medical issues, he overcame all the odds stacked against him. Not many would have thought that a premature baby who was legally blind and extremely cognitively delayed would earn two Master’s degrees.
Michael served in the classroom and as school administrator for 10 years; however, in 2009 he answered the call to ministry.
For the past 15 years Michael has served the Lord in various pastoral roles and is currently the Executive Pastor of Mims Baptist Church in Conroe, TX.
He and his wife, Tara, have been married for over 20 years and have two wonderful sons, Samuel (17) and Elijah (14).
