Viktoria's own story began in Narophominsk, Russia, where she was adopted at two and a half years old. She and her adopted sister, who is 18 months older and from Romania, found their forever family. Viktoria was part of the second group of children removed from her birth mother's care due to neglect, and at the time, she was the youngest and only girl.

Yet, as you'll hear today, being adopted hasn't defined her in a limiting way. Instead, it's given her a unique lens through which she views both her personal and professional life,
