In my latest episode, I sat down with an amazingly gifted author & magical manifestor who shared her personal journey of how she was able to move beyond surviving in a dysfunctional home as a parentified child and develop new tools to thrive & grow into becoming her own loving parent.
Susan was raised in a challenging and chaotic family system, the middle child of five & wound up marrying her greatest guru also known as her ex-husband who inadvertently taught her to step into her power after eons of hiding behind it & losing her true identity in the process.
To fully thrive, she bravely chose to meet the demons of her upbringing & help others heal from challenges she had overcome. Knowing she needed to share this with other adult children, she authored a book called Toxic Family: Transforming Childhood Trauma into Adult Freedom & now Susan is leading retreats, webinars, workshops and facilitating private sessions to help others drop their outdated storylines and programming to live in authentic freedom as adults.
