Yesterday was my unbirthday. Somehow I've repressed the fact that the last time I physically saw my ex-parents was exactly 10 years ago - on my birthday! It turned out to be a terrible time. I think birthdays are a ridiculous thing to celebrate in general, but something's been feeling off about how much I REALLY haven't wanted to celebrate in the last several years.

Don't worry, there was no fight. Just a chaotic Costco trip that brought me close to Meltdown Land. If anybody works at Costco and listens to this, please recommend a change regarding signup. Apparently you really do have to jump through hoops to be considered a member of this exclusive club.
