What you focus on Prospers

Whether it is love, money, positivity, or negativity, what you put your energy on will grow like watering a plant. The feeling within is the key to your affirmations. If you do not believe you are prosperous, you will not be; it is that simple. 

If you have issues looking at yourself in the mirror by telling yourself positive things like, "you are lovely", "you are love", "you are beautiful"... focus on just your eyes and then close them. Imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light of peace. 

Next, do a 4 count breathe in and hold for 4, breathe out for 4 - you will relax the thought and love will be felt. To enhance the feeling, place your hand over your heart. 

Feel the feeling of prosperity. What does that feel like? Peace, feel like you "don't care" but it's not a feeling, "giving up" is a feeling of don't let the circumstance cause your thoughts to be muddled and your decision to be clouded with what is going on, for you will have worry, doubt, and fear creep in. 

Focus on what you do want - let go of what you do not want.
