Our adventurers set off on their quest to find the hero Ludwig. He hasn't been seen in twenty years but Old Honey Paws, the king of the bearfolk, might have some information that can point the group in the right direction. However, the night is dark and full of terrors and things are about to take a turn for the worse.
This week on Adventure Public Radio, Syph learns the ways of Northern hospitality, ancient blood feuds, and what it takes to be cool. Hint, It's big and Hairy. Kaarle comes face to face with an albino death weasel. Yes, an actual albino death weasel! And Bastion answers the age-old question, can you ever have too many muffins? Get ready for a rootin' tootin' episode!
Is Fimbulwinter upon us? Not if Hot Kaarle has anything to say about it. This week on APR, the boys learn that Ragnarok may be all but certain after a tussle with a foul servant of Chernobog, the vile Bearalope. Honestly, we don't even make this stuff up...or do we? Oh and we finally meet the King of the Bears, Old Honey Paws. Yay, story progression!
Fire Breathing Dragons and hordes of ravenous, brain devouring undead...are not in this episode, but that would have been cool, though. Instead, on this week's episode of APR we do a deep dive on the physical anatomy of birds and debate whether a Birdman has nipples or not. Do they? Tune in to find out.
This week in Adventures in Babysitting, Bastion learns about the magic of parenthood, Syph learns there is no problem a pile of gold can't fix, and Kaarle learns that spells are a lot more effective if you can actually manage to hit someone with them. Also, someone may or may not tragically defecate themselves to death. Huzzah!
Get ready for the most gripping episode of APR yet, after slaying a werewolf in truly disgusting fashion the boys spend the whole episode taking baths and haggling over the prices of wine and cheese. This week on APR, the boys start their new careers as private investigators and try to crack the case of The Lifted Lute. Roadblocks and red herrings aplenty as they narrow in on the culprit. Also, we are introduced to possibly the most annoying and frustrating NPC ever created. Do yourselves a favor and just skip ahead a few minutes when you get to Ol' Squntin' Quentin, you'll thank us later!
In this episode of 'Not-So-Hot Kaarle', Kaarle gets out wizarded by a globetrotting fancy man named Caspian in a no-holds-barred, below deck, swashbuckling brawl that would give any self-respecting pirate many good jollies. Fortunately, Bastion and Syph are around to pick up the slack. Arg!

After finally tracking down Ludwig our adventurers find him incapacitated by a powerful curse that is slowly turning him into a block of ice. To get his help they must break this terrible spell. After gathering some allies, two berzerkers from Jomsborg and a tough trollkin called Slovieg, the party sets off to find the two-headed giant known as Grotur The Cold to settle the score.
Will our adventures be able to find Grotur? Will ...
The group has been holding their own against Grotur, The Cold and his underlings, but how will they fair with incoming ballista fire from the sea?
