Kelly is a trauma survivor. She was raised in an abusive environment, raped at 13, and a teenage drug addict. After being kicked out of rehab, Kelly clawed her way back and transformed herself. She helped found the DARE program, mentored her peers, and graduated in the top of her high school class. Seemingly on the road to happiness, Kelly fell in love and got married. Her new husband held a gun to her head on their wedding night. Kelly's honeymoon was the beginning of a nightmare.
