This episode is one that I feel like is *so* relatable for both men and women, and I felt it was important to bring this issue to light and discuss the repercussions that come with it.
Everybody has the right to feel safe, comfortable, and free of judgement at the gym, and unfortunately, for so many people, this just simply isn’t the case.
