I wasn’t going to release this because when we initially recorded my mic wasn’t turned on, so my vocals compared to my guest was super low but thanks to my amazing engineer, who was able to make me sound loud enough. So here it is, I hope you enjoy this weeks episode with another Congolese babe Noella Ndaya who some of you will know her as Ella The Body. First things first, trust me when I say she’s more than just The Body! With beauty and brains Noella is all about her business and her brand.
On this episode we talk fitness and what motivated her to start the page Ella The Body! Inspiring other women to get their bodies right, the right way. We also touch on body insecurities and our own personal relationship with weight and food.
We discuss her main Bread and Butter; Hair by Noella. Her vision for her business and getting to a point where she can charge the prices that reflects the quality of her work. We can only Stan!!
I hope you enjoy the episode, please stay safe and stay home! x

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
