- About whether they are truly capable enough.
- If now really is the right time to make that change.
- And if they actually have what’s needed to make it work.
We all hold onto some non-serving beliefs. Beliefs that become harmful when they hold us back from taking action, achieving our goals and reaching our full potential. It’s this state of mind that restricts us.
