A wedding should be a happy time, but for Kenayde, it is a time of great revelation and sorrow. After a solemn conversation with Cavalon, she comes to understand a great deal more about the burden of an Elemental's future and feels the weight of the knowledge may be too much for her to bear. And yet, she soon realizes, it is not a weight she needs to carry alone.
