Venturing out into the township of Altaine, Elas and Kenayde search for the stranger with whom Ashlynn is so eager to speak. When a surprise confrontation leaves Elas bleeding and Kenayde terrified, those within the castle find their welcoming attitude toward those with unfamiliar faces considerably dampened.
