EPISODE 10 : BELIEF BANK / invest in yourself

On the final episode of the debut season of AGGRESSIVE KINDNESS, I will share with you my greatest invention yet. I call it BELIEF BANK, and it has been the single most effective tool in my journey towards mental health, inner peace, and creative impact. It's literally an imaginary bank I designed and installed in myself where I deposit all my gifts, talents, and powers. My BELIEF BANK turns these deposits into the most valuable currency in the universe : SELF BELIEF. The goal is to maintain 100% self belief minimum within yourself at all times. At 100% you have all you need to accomplish anything without needing others to define your worth, potential, or trajectory.
