We're a three generation family living together that just survived a total kitchen remodel, with a new baby in the house...during Covid (and supply chain shortages)? What made us do THAT?
In this episode we talk about our "why", and the pain points of our old kitchen. Then we had to balance what we wanted vs. what we could afford (and there was a big list!).
Before deciding we looked around and saw brand new homes with many of the features that we imagined for ours. And we explored different ways to approach the project: Should we source things ourselves or find a contractor who could do everything.
Listen to this episode to hear how we began the design process and created a space where our whole family of 10 could share meals in the same space whenever we're together.
