Speaker 1 (00:10):
Mommy, man, Mammy, get that. Honestly, Stream is the move
right now.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Did you guys get any offers from other labels?

Speaker 1 (00:18):
We were like literally like in between Rancho Mille and Stream,
which is funny because.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
I thought it was a safe space. I thought it
was safe around you guys.

Speaker 4 (00:34):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Hello, ready to club?

Speaker 3 (00:40):
What's up? Guys?

Speaker 2 (00:41):

Yeah, thank you for being here, Thanks for bringing the
whole team. Is those instrumentals, stay tuned. We're gonna hear
I heard, We're hear you no song too? Maybe?

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Yeah, Yeah, that's awesome. So you guys mentioned this is
the first interview, right, yeah, this is the first time. Yeah,
there were you guys were saying like it was gonna
be the first professional interview.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
Was I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:13):
That's not.

Speaker 6 (01:16):
To me.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
You guys are you know? Yeah, I appreciate it that
we want.

Speaker 6 (01:19):
To congratulate you guys on your album debut album hit
number six. You kind of mentioned that you weren't expecting it,
but I think it's bad as because I think it's
a very complete album and I'll.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
Be bumping it at the gym.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Appreciated appreciate it.

Speaker 6 (01:31):
I know my boy Angel be singing the songs too.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Last Yeah, honestly, I didn't really expect it, Like I
was expecting like what, like these are top hundreds, not
even the charts, not even the charts, honestly, yeah, because
we haven't even really had like a good hit song yet.
But we dropped the album and then the next day
it was like top twenty one, and then that same
day top six or like what you know.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
It was like crazy, how does that feel? Like there's
so much work?

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Man, it feels good, but it's like I don't know
if it hits me yet, but like I don't know,
I don't know how explain how it feels.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
But it was. It was dope. You guys, we're doing good.
And you guys, yes, tell them the story? Tell them?

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Should I say, what happened last night?

Speaker 2 (02:11):
Can we see what happened?

Speaker 4 (02:12):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (02:12):
Can we put the story too? Can we put the
story of the song and everything that we put?

Speaker 4 (02:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:17):
I remember, congrats, all right, I'm just going to tell
the story.

Speaker 6 (02:21):
I'm gonna just give you guys a little sleeper of
what happened yesterday. So I went to the audi dealer
and with all of us. Yeah, with all of us,
and I wasn't going to get a car, you know,
I chose the car. I was like, this is perfect.
I test. We got there six thirty and so I
was ready to do the paperwork, and what basically ended
up happening is that I didn't like the the deal

(02:42):
that they gave me.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
And at twelve in the morning the morning, yeah, like.

Speaker 6 (02:46):
The last step was just to like wire them the
down payment and then in the morning I was like,
I don't like this, and yeah, everything got scrapped.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
And that was pretty crazy. No, but we just bring
it up because like it was at six, they closed
at seven.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
Because we were there to like to night. I signed
the paperwork and everything. So imagine how the salesman feel
like they had to stay open each other on Instagram
and everything, y'all locked in. Huh he went home.

Speaker 6 (03:11):
Well, they put it back and I had to send
like a text in the morning for them to basically
get permission to put it back on the market because
I didn't want it. And oh, yeah, it's unfortunate.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
But you know what, you're looking for a new car. Surprise,
I'm not surprised.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Because you've let me down.

Speaker 6 (03:28):
Continued, Well, if you're going to buy a car, it
has to make like it has to be like the
way that you want it. You know, it's a big investment.
At least that's the way it gets you that it
has to make sense.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
But what doesn't make sense is for you to go
get such a nice car and still not want to
put insurance. You know, that goes for everybody at home.
As we've talked about before in the past, you know
right now where where they join us insurance is that
there's different types of coverages, and it's good for you
guys to know what you're getting into, what type of
coverage you have, because, as we've said, required by the

(03:56):
law is liability insurance, which means that when you crash,
only the person that you crash into gets covered, and
then from there it goes all the way up to
full coverage, which means that everybody involved in the car
crash will be covered and protected. So make sure that
you know what insurance you get into and then from
there pick what works for you, what works for your car. Well,

(04:18):
do you guys have a you guys have a cars.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yeah, yeah, but it's something my mom's name, So.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
That's smart that's that's smart. Then we guys have insurance
and everything.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Yeah, we have insurance, Manda.

Speaker 6 (04:29):
Look, that's why I look up to you guys, because
you know I'm trying to get insured like that too.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
So guys, as we said before, I Wusha has its
own very discount. Make sure to click down below in
the link twenty percent off with a Wusho twenty percent
off when you click the link down below. Thank you, guys.
Make sure you're covered yours and then you just have
to worry about anything anymore. Safe. You'll be safe and
sound driving on the road. Thank you. There's people like

(04:53):
Jason driving around. You get me. You don't want to
be doing all that uninsured.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
But anyway, we're super happy to have you guys here.
We're huge fans. It's crazy how like that first album,
Like you guys are like another level right now. I
do want to say, Angel is a huge fan, and
I want to show you how.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
Okay, okay, okay, but before you play, let me say,
let me say no no, no, no never.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
No stop putting it, stop putting stop.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
Tell them I thought I thought I was a safe
space with my friends, right Look hear me. I I'm
super shy person. I've never sang nothing in my whole life.
And then he was just practicing because you wanted to
sing a widow with no no sorry sing. He wanted
to do that. And then he was like just around
like you sing it and I'm a practice and I
was okay, and then he was like, oh, like, I
don't even know what thought of that is. I was
like ship like I'm singing, like going, and then this

(05:42):
dumbas started recording me. Bro, I take it. I don't
want to hear no. I don't want to hear.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
No.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
No, you got it, you got it, you got it
as maybe you'll get the future next album, we're gonna
collab with Angel.

Speaker 6 (06:08):
We're gonna collabse that's right. But we do want to
once again congratulate you guys on the album. You did
mention that you guys been working super hard. You know,
there's ladas and everything, and like, I want to take
it a little bit back and kind of talk about.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
How like the group formed.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
Well it was all him, uh he was. He had
mentioned messaged me on Instagram one day. I just looked
at my phone. He was like, hey, bro, I'm making
a group. Oo do you want to like, you want
to try out for it, and I was like, yeah,
I'm down.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
I'm down. So we all practice.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
It was just me and him, and then we had
a bass player, so we're just playing, and then we
formed a group. Then that's when he found editor Armonia.
So then we got back together again. We practiced, and
then it was funny because our first practice we like
did like a little YouTube video recording, like YouTube right now,
it's on YouTube. Yeah, and it was his first practice too,
so it was hell of funny. And then we formed Persona,

(06:58):
we put the name, we started doing gigs everywhere, and
then now we're here.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
So how long was it again? Like damn?

Speaker 3 (07:06):
Yeah, that was quick?

Speaker 5 (07:07):
Yeah, it was.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
That's that's kind of crazy because when we were at
the club, you're telling me that you guys have been
signed to stream out.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
For a year already. Yeah, for a year. Yeah, So
like from signing, from making the group to signing, that
was quick. Yeah, it was.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
It was faster than I expected. I wasn't expecting like
it to be that fast, Like, you know, I was like,
all right, it's gonna here comes like the road of
you know, but then year passes and then that's when
you guys want to have an opportunity with Stream and
we're like, damn, what the hell? So we went out there,
we signed, and we're here right now.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
So, yeah, how's up? I was gonna say, like, what
does the name? Like? Who came up with the name? Like,
what does it mean to you guys? George came up
with the name, I came up. I don't know. It
just sound cool to me, you know. Did you guys
have any other names of mine?

Speaker 4 (07:48):
Uh?

Speaker 7 (07:49):
Yeah, I remember it was called A Yeah, and then
I was like.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
It sounds weird. I don't know, this one's cool? And
then how's that unique?

Speaker 3 (07:57):
How was it?

Speaker 2 (07:58):
How did Stream reach out to you guys? So it
was a crazy story.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
So like we formed a group and then like a
few months later he wrote our first song, which is
called and then we also wrote one for one for
our barber, her name is JM.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
We we came.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Out here to La we recorded with dBm Miguel, we
recorded with him, and then we went back home and
then yeah, the year passes and then that's when he
hits us up, like, hey, you guys want an opportunity
with Stream mob and so and so so he hit
us up because we once recorded with him, so he
hit us up and then we signed.

Speaker 6 (08:33):
That was cool how he kept your guys like he
kept you guys in mind, you know. Yeah, that was yeah,
he appreciated that to him shout out to talent.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
Before and actually hit us up in New Year's Yeah years. Yeah,
it was like your new group, that's right.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
How's your experience with streemart beIN so far? Honestly, it's dope.
Like everybody there is like super like, you know, they
support you. They're always like, you know, hey, don't give up.

Speaker 5 (08:56):
Do this, you know, do that.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
It's just super cool, like everybody there's like that, you know.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
Yeah, because I've seen the videos sometimes, so you guys
post just like running videos. You're like, uh, I'm assuming
you know, like the house like living room or something
that's like just like jamming out.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
Yeah. Yeah, we're always just jamming there and everybody's just
doing their own thing, you know.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
And then Joe p walks in, Yeah let me hear it.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
Yeah, we show him the songs and then he's like
I recorded drop it. You know. He's always like telling
us like, hey, dude, don't give up, like you know,
always keep going like you guys are gonna do it,
you know, and that's good. You know. Hearing it from
him is like it motivates me, you know to be
like oh shoot, you know so yeah, it's pretty dope.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
Bro that has Jo has given you guys any like
advice specific.

Speaker 5 (09:35):
Yeah, he has.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
Like he's just basically the same thing, like just don't
give up, you know, like just be humble, you know,
don't don't say nothing dumb, don't do nothing dumb, focus
on you, you know, and just you do what you
need to do, you know.

Speaker 3 (09:48):
He rained, Yeah, I don't know, it's almost we're not
pre archering at all.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
I know, we have to clear a lot of shit
all the time.

Speaker 6 (09:56):
Yeah, yeah, I think it's dope that you guys have
come far in the short amount of time. But what
would you say, is like the key to your guys' success.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Honestly is TikTok, TikTok, TikTok, a lot of TikTok, and
just you know, just don't give up, you know, to
all the people out there that want to be someone
one day, just you know, keep going because people on TikTok,
keep posting on TikTok.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
Yeah, just.

Speaker 3 (10:22):
Actually said that that was important because when well before
we like actually like talk to each other and all that,
when we did the video that that one was coming out, remember,
and I don't know who did it, but we mentioned
that we thought it was really good that you guys
were doing those tiktoks and making the content because I
feel like sometimes artists, you know, like they don't want
to do it or I don't know if they don't

(10:42):
know how to do it or what it is. But
I feel like you guys did a lot of that
before hid. Yeah, well, honestly, shout out to TikTok. TikTok
is the reason why, you know, our album kind of
blew up a little bit because honestly, TikTok is what
they had had a hype toward it, like they were
waiting for it. So when we dropped it, like everybody
was like damn if you know, because we did kind
of take pretty long, like we had like three months. Yeah,

(11:03):
like you were like, all right, this mother, we're gonna
drop it, and then the next one they're like, all right,
this drop this this month, and then the month were
liker for this time we're gonna dropping? Was that plans?

Speaker 2 (11:11):
You guys kind of had to push it back for real.
It was gonna be an EP at first.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
Yeah, it was gonna be ap of like five songs,
and then it just turned into twenty.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Yeah what song were people more the most hyped for.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
I think Malibu Malibu is the one, Yeah, that's doing
really good.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
But I also like the Ablita.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
I want to get that one more out there too,
because I think that's a really good song, like get
out there? Is that the one that says yeah the
interview had yeah, yeah, I think I was gonna say,
I think it's pretty like amazing. When you know these
artists they have like twenty tracks, and then you know,
you ultimately have to decide, like, Okay, this is gonna
be our focus track when there's so many good songs,

(11:50):
you know, Yeah, it is kind of hard to tell
because like I could say, like, oh, this song's gonna hit,
but then another song that I didn't expect to hit
will hit, you know, So it's kind of hard to tell, like,
all right, which is gonna be here? Which is gonna
go there? Like which was the focused track? But since
we were like promoting mal on TikTok, all right, this
one has to be the focus focus track because everybody's
like messing with this, So Malibu is our focused track
for now.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
And then you guys wrote like all the songs or.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
Yeah, he wrote most of them, me and him, but
he did most of the work. And then we also
have another writer. His name is not he's also a
writer for Street Mom. He did a few songs as well. Actually, yeah,
he did Tucci pop and yeah, we he mainly wrote
all of them.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
Is it easy for writing for you guys, or like,
let's question some pook.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
I mean, yeah, it's a little hard for me to write.

Speaker 2 (12:40):
Yeah, the Tayler or it was practice. I don't know.
I mean, I don't.

Speaker 7 (12:47):
I just started like three years ago, like in twenty twenty.
I started writing, and I don't know, just I just
like it. That's why I just like writing. You know,
you get heartbroken, that's crazy.

Speaker 6 (13:00):
A question that I always like to ask, like musicians,
is do you think it's better to like component music
with an instrument? Because I heard people like they're just
going with the flow in their head, which yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:11):
Like the people who write who don't play instrument, I'm like, damn,
Like that's why I'm like, bro, I struggled myself and
I'm like the people that don't play instruments and that, right,
I'm just like, damn, they have talent for sure.

Speaker 2 (13:20):
Do you guys have any composers like that instrument.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
We know that we know of No, I think everybody
there plays an instrument.

Speaker 2 (13:26):
Yeah, because that's pretty well. Imagine trying to write a song.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
Like and you just yeah, like no, no, no, no,
nothing straight poem right there.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Well, I mean I don't know or nothing what I did, right, No,
that's crazy, you know that the stream of had like
there's so many writers and like so much stuff going on.
Because you remember we were at We're in Bakersfield and the
guy was like, oh, like, this is you guys recording
the plot and then he I'm sorry I forgot your name,
but he introduced himself and he was like oh yeah,
and he dropped like eight songs that are like hits.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Oh no, song with Marshmallow, Harley Quinn. What was his
name was Gotto? He wrote Harley Quinn, Daniel Catto, Oh no, no,
another menta, we'll put the pieces of blog here.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
Yeah, yeah, because I know I know Gotto. Gotto wrote
Harley Quinn too. It was it was Gotto Armenta, but
I don't know who else hopped on that one.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
Yeah, it's we're always like surprised with everything going on there.
I feel like it's probably like one of the most
active labels. Yeah, honestly, it's like every week. Honestly, stream
I is the move right now. Stream I was is
making a lot of noise right now.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Did you guys get any offers from other labels? Yeah,
we did.

Speaker 5 (14:39):
We did.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
We were like literally like in between Ranch Mill and
Stream Up, which is funny because we were Toto had
like called us like, hey, you know, we're gonna have
your contract ready so and so. Then Jimmy is like, hey,
I'm gonna offer you so and so. I have your
contract right here. We're just like and then we were
telling Toto like, hey, Jimmy's also offering us so and so,
and he's like, well, you know, we're gonna be here
for you guys, like choose wisely, like you know, we're

(15:02):
not gonna peer pressuring you to anything. So then we
hung up and then we're just like, bro, like what
do we do? So it's like we just all got together,
we got an agreement, and we all went to our
stream mom.

Speaker 3 (15:13):
Yeah, and ultimately at the end of the day, like,
what did you guys decide stream instead of functioning?

Speaker 1 (15:18):
I just think because I think there's just more exposure
in stream mad right now. Yeah, and it's making a
lot of noise right now too.

Speaker 2 (15:24):
You all got the King of marketing right there.

Speaker 4 (15:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (15:27):
Literally, yeah, they know how to market really good. So
that's also one thing as well, that.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
Something that stands out to us through And I was
gonna ask you guys, I was, I was like, totally,
but where do you guys? Where do you guys? You
guess I told me you guys were from up north.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
Yeah, from up north. It's called Stockton. We're from Stockton.
And then Edgar's from Turlock.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
Oh okay, telling me like the names of everybody in
the group.

Speaker 1 (15:52):
Well, my name is Gustavo, my little brother Aiden, and
then Edgar and hold are you guys, I'm nineteen.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
Nineteen, twenty one, twenty one. We are getting the youngest
one in the room.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
He looks it's like starting with this one, really is
he lives like twenty oh you know, y'ah, twenty one
and then twenty.

Speaker 3 (16:18):
He's about to turn twenty five, what.

Speaker 8 (16:23):
You know, almost twenty four. Yeah, he's about next month,
not too month. That's crazy though, thinking putting the agent
into the Yeah, factoring in that's crazy what you guys
are going on.

Speaker 6 (16:34):
I always always mentioned how like we think the talent
is getting even younger, you know.

Speaker 1 (16:40):
Yeah, I know, Like I tell my brother, like, bro,
you're barely fifteen and you're like doing you know, like.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
You're on tour.

Speaker 6 (16:45):
You know, you're meeting all these artists, Like you get connected,
you know, you end up with a lot of resources
that could you know, benefit Your career.

Speaker 3 (16:52):
Has been a hard dealing with the lifestyle change.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
Say so now yeah low key, like not really but yeah.
At the same time, he has like it's different, really different.

Speaker 2 (17:02):
Like what has changed? What's something that you guys would say?
What do you guys do before? Like music? Like did
you guys get jobs or well, yeah I had a job.

Speaker 3 (17:10):
I was.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
I started working when I was like fourteen fifteen.

Speaker 1 (17:13):
My uncle owns like a he's an owner of like field,
like on the field, So he put me to work
and then I've just been busting ass ever since music
and then school and then that's about it.

Speaker 7 (17:23):
You go for me, I would just work at warehouses.
Sometimes you know warehouses and the group you know, kind
of like just the warehouse er in the weekend, the
groupol during the weekend, damn.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
Yeah, sig gigs and stuff like that. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
There was also like a month where we got gigs
like Friday through Sunday, like the whole month, so like
it was hours.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
Yeah, it was fun.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
Yeah, it's funny. I love he missed gigging, but you know,
glad that we have to do now, you know.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
Damns. I was about to say that because.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Just like just the vibe of the party, Like sometimes
they would be like that hasn't be a boring party,
and there would be like times were like damn, the
parties had to list, so you know, you would just
like give it like all, you know, because like the
vibes there, you know. But other than that, it was
just like all the partying, you know, drinking and all
that stuff.

Speaker 6 (18:10):
I feel like since you guys have that experience of
doing like backyard pretty bad as when you guys get
on like stage or or anything like that, that you
guys are ready, you know, you guys have that confihenso yeah,
I'm making in front of people.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
It was really nerve wracking. The first time we went
up stage with with that was hall. I was hellan nervous,
was it? It wasn't Reno? They yeah, they invited us
to Reno. That was our first like our first ever
time meeting jap as well. And then they did their
concert and then like like mid concert they called us
on stage and there was like it was a full arena.

(18:42):
So I'm just like damn, like I was hella nervous.
But that was our first time. How many songs dire
you sing?

Speaker 2 (18:48):
We just did one song?

Speaker 1 (18:49):
Yeah, at that time that like we had Bradley got
signed and at that time, like we're popping with a
little song on TikTok with that best Mallios, so we're
like kind of popping with that. So that's when thought
was like I want you guys to do that song.
So we just did that song and that was the
only song we did.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
And then after you guys were done with that song,
did you guys like we're ready to run off stage
or you guys wanted to stay and keep going?

Speaker 1 (19:08):
I was I was ready, like I wanted to stay
on there, but at the same time, like if I
want to get off, like I felt like, you know, heck,
nervous and ship. But other than that, we started like
doing more and more, and then the less I got nervous,
and then the more I just you know, let myself
loose and gave a show.

Speaker 3 (19:22):
Yeah, I'm pretty sure you guys have like so many fans.
I want to hear the song's life now.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Yeah, I know we did grow a lot of fan base,
you know.

Speaker 6 (19:29):
And it was like the reaction of your guys' family.
You know, I'm pretty sure they play a pig part
of you know, supporting you guys from the very beginning
to now.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
Yeah, well they're just really proud. You know.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
My mom is just proud of me, you know everything.
They're just all proud, you know, happy for us.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
Yeah, something specific.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
Yeah, my mom she's just like, just don't say nothing done, like,
you know, don't say that, don't do drugs and yeah,
you know, no.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
I'm not saying I'm not saying that. You eas, we
had someone say something dumb on the spot right here.

Speaker 6 (20:03):
While he's so tall, I'm trying to like slouch it
down that help him brother chair.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
But yeah, they just you know, not that you know,
just give it like all you got, you.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Know, was it hard for them? To like support you
guys in the beginning, because you know, it's kind of
like hard to tell, like your Mexican parents like, hey,
you know, I want to do music, and they're like, oh, no,
you should go to school.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
Well, actually not, because I started, like I started singing
when I was I want to say, like eight years old.
I was just showering and I just started singing, and
then my sister heard me, and they're just like, she
called my mom, she called everybody else. I was singing
and I don't even know. I'm there's showering, singing, and
then I get out and then everybody's by the door.

Speaker 2 (20:43):
Like like what the fuck?

Speaker 1 (20:46):
Would never come out in the restaurant, I was like, bro,
what are you guys doing here? And everybody's like, bro,
you sing hello good And I'm like, oh ship. I
was just singing, honestly. And then from there, like everybody
was like pushing me to keep going.

Speaker 4 (20:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
My Mom's like, don't stop, don't stop, keep going. And
then that's when when we first joined the group, that's
when she was like really happy. She was like happy
for me, you know, she was like just keep going,
don't give up. And then we're here, so that's what's
that did not expect I.

Speaker 3 (21:13):
Expected. Why could you guys be supportive like that too?
In my video?

Speaker 2 (21:19):
You're off the usually we have an artist and we
asked them the same questions. They're like, oh, you know,
our parents like told that, you know, we should stick
to school, and so it's pretty that's pretty cool. Interesting.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
So yeah, school was not for me, but I just
wanted to finish. So I graduated and then I just
focused on music and graduated high school. And what were
you guys is like inspirations when you guys started all this,
because I mean, there's so many good artists. Yeah, like
when I like when I was like when I first started,
like when first popped off, that's when I was like

(21:49):
I want to look up to them, you know. And
then that's when I seen Leon he's seeing good too.
Then I'm like I want to look up to him.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
That's crazy.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
So I just looked up to a lot of artists,
Like a lot of artists inspired me to be where
I'm at right now.

Speaker 7 (21:59):
You I mean, because well for me, since you know,
oh yeah, you know it's crazy. Uh, company, yeah, I'm
playing that.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
He's cool though, Yeah, pretty much. I guess what about you.

Speaker 6 (22:21):
Which one did you pop off with?

Speaker 3 (22:23):
I've only heard you play break guys, we're back from
the break.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
And then like before the break, we were talking about
you have like some pretty story like the bass player.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
Yeah, basically yeah, it was funny.

Speaker 2 (22:37):
It was cool.

Speaker 1 (22:38):
I mean, no hate towards the dude. But we like
from the group, like we had talked earlier and like
we would always have like, oh, like we should go
take pictures here, like group pictures here, like so and
so do this, just this, and then he would always
want his way, so we're just like hello, fed up.
And then he would just tell me a lot of ship,
like bro, you're not gonna go nowhere, like you know,

(23:01):
you're not gonna be knowing in life, and I'm like
what the hell damn. And then one day he had left,
he left the group, right and then that's when literally
like a month later he left, and that's when we
got signed the street mom and then and then he
was like, hey, can I join bag? And then this
guy was like nah, it happened sometimes. Yeah, So then
we're like not hail now. So then yeah, we're practicing

(23:23):
at his house, you know, like normal practice, and then
he calls me. He's like he's like because the system
was his, like all the speakers and stuff, and he
was like, hey, either you give me aw hundred bucks
to use it or I'm gonna take it. And I'm like, bro,
we're practicing. I don't care. Either I'm gonna go right
now or you pay up. I'm like, what the hell?
So I just I was like nah, like I'm not
gonna pay you, and I just hung up. And then

(23:44):
he pulls up and he takes everything from away from
us and we're just like there like mid practice, like
what the fuck? Like everything, speakers, mics, everything, but everything everything.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
I can buy all this shit.

Speaker 1 (23:55):
Yeah, and then and then we bought everything. Shout out
to my brother. He helped us a lot to buy it,
but it was hadly expensive, huh.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
And so you did all that and then like you
guys signed the street bars, let me join back?

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Yeah? Then yeah, he was like you know like that
people that that like he was like a backstabber for show.

Speaker 2 (24:12):
Damn.

Speaker 6 (24:12):
Imagine what he has to say now that you guys
have like an album that you know off.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
I mean, no hate to him, you know, he did
what he did, but you know, yeah, I'm pretty sure,
he's probably like, damn, I should have never left.

Speaker 3 (24:25):
I think sometimes people don't think how hard it is
to be in a group, because.

Speaker 2 (24:28):
Yeah, it is. It's hard. Yeah we're like a serious group,
you know too, because I feel like there's groups, but
then there's groups trying to make.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
It Yeah, like if you're really committed to like make
it out and you know it's gonna be hard. But
if you're just a group just to be you know,
backyard like groups, you know, I mean you just get
gigs every weekend, you know. But if you form a
group to like make it out, like you got to
really like put your full like focus like into that ship,
because you know, one little slack and you're done, you know.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
I think it's really difficult, like finding the right people too,
Yeah it is.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
You need to need to build a good team that
you know, that will have your back if you have
a downfall, you know, like people to support you just
in case, you know, to give you that extra boost.
But I just feel like you got to be like
really you know, concentrated, like don't give up.

Speaker 5 (25:07):
You know.

Speaker 2 (25:07):
Have you guys had any like downfalls in the process
there you talking about?

Speaker 1 (25:13):
Have we like so far Nah.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
Everything's been looking pretty good for you guys.

Speaker 1 (25:17):
Yeah, like yeah, we did in the way it did
Like back before we signed, like we were having like
back to back gigs and then like a whole month
we just no gigs. So we're just like struggling that
whole month, like like I don't have.

Speaker 2 (25:30):
Money, you know.

Speaker 1 (25:31):
So that was like basically like the only downfall we
really had, like a whole month with no gigs and
we're just like, bro, like what the hell do we do?

Speaker 2 (25:38):
That's a little bit too too, cause I'm pretty sure
now was like so saturated with so many groups.

Speaker 1 (25:42):
And yeahpecially like where we're from, like there's hell a
little post so it's like, you know, so yeah.

Speaker 3 (25:50):
So you said there's so many groups, like out of
all those and you guys like, what do you guys think?
You guys like, you know, essentially like made it up
compared to other ones.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Honestly, every group that we that is there is really talented.
But I just I don't know. I just think commitment, uniqueness,
you know, like unique, and.

Speaker 7 (26:08):
We focus more on like on this social media part. Yeah,
social media is where it's at.

Speaker 3 (26:13):
That's what it is, you guys, making tiktoks, you know,
like not waiting for somebody to like record you get.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
Here, yeah, because like, yeah, we would, we would post
a lot of tiktoks and they would actually they would
go like semi viro and then that's when we started,
like that's when we got contact by stream mod and
then we started posting more and more and more, and
then everything just started going out from there.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
Yeah, so you guys have like this whole like momentum
going on with the album, like you.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Know, it was really good. Yeah, thank you, thank you.

Speaker 3 (26:34):
How do you guys? Where do you guys go from there?
You know, and I lose that momentum.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
Just you gotta work twice as hard.

Speaker 1 (26:41):
So like you know, if if you worked really hard
for that album and it got where it got, work
twice as hard so it goes further. You know, So
like our next drop for example, you know, we just
got to put twice's effort into it so it does
better than the album, you know. And that's what you
know a lot of people don't understand, Like a lot
of people be like, oh, like it hit top six,
so you know, they just they just I don't know

(27:01):
how to explain. You could kill you could chill now, yeah,
but not like me, like I want more, you know.
So we had top six, but we gotta we gotta
make another album. We gotta reach Op one, you know.
So that's like our next goal to reach top one
and line charts.

Speaker 2 (27:13):
So you guys just dropped the album. It did better
than you guys thought it was. And right away, you
guys are like working on the.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Next one singles right now, like right now, we're just
focusing on our on our wet thos right now, Like
right now, we have a club especial, so we're gonna
we're gonna leak a little a little clip of that
as well, so you guys can hear that that might
be on a drop, who knows, but you know, we're
now we're just focusing on a lot of the wet those.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
I think that's cool with like street maks, like so
many people to record with.

Speaker 2 (27:38):
Yeah, have a lot of artists, good artists.

Speaker 3 (27:40):
And aside from a street Mark, who do you guys,
do you guys have any other whetos or somebody that
you guys want to collabor with with.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
Yeah, we have also one with No and then we
also have one with Common.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
Yeah, we just got thet yeah tott to hang it out.

Speaker 6 (28:01):
You guys are getting all these cool collaborations, Like what
is a dream collaboration if you guys?

Speaker 1 (28:08):
Yeah, yeah for sure, but like outside of like street Mob,
my dream collab would probably be, like.

Speaker 2 (28:16):
Who would it be?

Speaker 1 (28:17):
There's a lot probably like either since like the style
of music that we're doing right now, probably like either
like or Danny Looks.

Speaker 2 (28:25):
Yeah that's yeah, you bro, I say, Junior Age.

Speaker 1 (28:31):
Oh yeah, not that as well. I want to do
a song with Yeah, that'd be sick. Yeah, doing a
song with not that Junior as well? Junior and Gao.
Gao is doing it right now, he's dropping an album
to I think No, I think he's just dropped it today.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
Yeah, he just dropped it.

Speaker 1 (28:45):
But yeah, Gabo, Gabito, Junior Age, Nata and Danny Looks
and SA one and all them. That's what that would
be a dream? Yeah, you know, I.

Speaker 6 (28:54):
Think it's dope that you guys are focused on like
making the music with the instruments. But as we could see,
like there's been a change, what do you guys think
about like make a making a them bo or like
making a electro corrido? Like what do you guys open
to that.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
Yeah, sooner or later we're you know, thinking of making
a different style of music. But right now, I think
our main focus is like getting to a certain point
and then starting to make new music. You know, so
like we want to hit with for like one style first,
you know, hit with one style and then keep just
dropping music like that, and then once people are like, oh,
like drop something different, then we'll just give them something different,
you know. Yeah, right now, our main focus is just

(29:30):
getting up there.

Speaker 3 (29:31):
Angels in shock, because I feel like you just have
it like figured out, you know, like your roadmap or
a plan like that.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
Then you know, plan something that you guys had before
Street Mop or like after or was it like a
plan that question just came together?

Speaker 1 (29:47):
Huh Yeah, Like I don't think we had nothing planned, bro. Honestly,
we're just like all right, we're gonna be doing gigs,
just drop music. Hopefully you know, one blows up and
we get somewhere. But we defn't definitely didn't have plans
at all.

Speaker 3 (30:01):
Yeah, that's what you guys. Let me know words because
I was you guys were talking about the groups, and
you know, I feel like I consider, you know, we're
a group here and I was like, damn, like what
is our next to eat? After that?

Speaker 2 (30:13):
Some wing stuff?

Speaker 3 (30:15):
All right?

Speaker 6 (30:15):
Didn't have a question for you guys. That's kind of random,
But what is your guys' top three artists?

Speaker 2 (30:24):
There's three? Just three their top like favorite or like
who do they think that's like the top three right now?
Their favorite?

Speaker 3 (30:33):
Top three?

Speaker 2 (30:33):
Like top three basically the same.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
Thing, like top three, top three. I want to say
right now?

Speaker 2 (30:43):
Is doing it right now?

Speaker 1 (30:44):
Honestly congress too. He's going to drop his album from two.
I think he's he's doing it pretty cool right now.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
Basel.

Speaker 1 (30:50):
You know JLP not that junior, but you said three
with like five fingers. But top three, that's tough, dude,
because there's a lot.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
Yeah, it's crazy.

Speaker 4 (31:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (31:05):
I think for sure you put for number one, yeah,
and then not and junior age nice.

Speaker 7 (31:16):
I think junior age, junior age the same. Yeah, that's
fire the same.

Speaker 6 (31:25):
Yeah, things like that pretty much crazy, Yeah, because there's
a lot of music right now.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
Yeah, a lot of angel coming up too. Damn is
there a lot of pressure for you guys, because I
feel like now most is like going so quick. You know,
you drop a song next week? People like forget about it,
and you forget about it. They want another songs, they
listen to another artist, Like, is there a lot of
pressure for you guys?

Speaker 5 (31:44):
A lot?

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Honestly, Yeah, there's a lot of pressure because like right now,
like we dropped the album right and reached top six,
but it's slowly going down to the chart. So I'm
just like, like I gotta figure out what to do
to like make it go back up, you know, to
keep pushing it.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
So it's just a lot of pressure.

Speaker 1 (31:57):
Like you just gotta be really prepared on what's next
because your next banger can be less than the album.
You know, it has to be better, you know. So
it's just hard, bro, It's it's it's scary too, you know.

Speaker 2 (32:07):
Do you guys have a plan for that? Like how
can we make the next one better? Like the next
song better?

Speaker 3 (32:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (32:12):
Really like follow the formula.

Speaker 1 (32:15):
Yeah, basically, like right now, since Tennessee was like our
biggest hit right now, we're just following that, Like Okay,
we gotta make keep making music like that, you know,
just keep going because that's what people are like mainly
like yeah, it's hard, Yeah, it.

Speaker 2 (32:30):
Doesn't give me like something like that, Like deep.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
Yeah, yeah, it would like like I said, like, it
would be dope to make a song with Danny looks
because that's like that kind of style.

Speaker 3 (32:44):
You know, that would be crazy.

Speaker 2 (32:46):
You guys good even on a song that'd be like
pull up running, We're gonna run.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
Your back.

Speaker 2 (32:54):
All deep and ship.

Speaker 6 (32:56):
But we didn't want to congratulate you guys. Once again.
I think we would all be excited to hear some live,
live songs of your guys' choice.

Speaker 1 (33:03):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, we're down.

Speaker 2 (33:05):
Yeah do it. Let's do it.

Speaker 3 (33:06):
Do a quick break and we're gonna have the whole
group coming. That's right, so I stay right for the group.
