Let's cook up some thoughts and, as you can hear the flow of
water behind me, so we willstart, as usual, by some news

about what ai, what happened thelast week, and then we are
gonna move to our episode.
So the first um news that Iwanted to share with you we have
been talking the last couple ofweeks about a bill at the State
Senate of California about AIsafety that is called SB1047.

It has been controversialbetween people supporting it.
Most of AI giant tech did notsupport it because they think
it's gonna to stifle theirinnovation.
But people like Elon Musk thatis always the odd one supported
it, which is weird because heusually does not agree with the

senator that put it in there.
But it did pass.
Sb 1047 passed with 29 versus 9voting split in favor of the
bill.
Now it's down to governor gavinnewsom to either sign it or not
, and he has it.
By January 1st of 2025, thetech companies will have to

write safety reports for theirAI models.
In other news of AI, there isactually a couple of people that
created a lobbying company forAI.
That turned out to be a scam,and the name of the company was
called lobby matrix.
Um, it's an ai platform forlobbyists and it, according to

the website, uh, the, thetechnology can monitor hearings.
Uh, making sure that lawmakersare important for certain issues
.
And guess what?
It turned out to be twopreviously convicted felons that
did it, and they changed theirnames, but they meanwhile
secured some big clients liketoyota, boundary stone partners

and drug company lanentius, fora three month test run.
Yikes or yikes.
Google Gemini has upgraded itsadvanced AI model, which is
Gemini 1.5 Flash, so now it's50% faster at responding.
Once users will upgrade theirGemini task extension, they will

be able to modify existingtasks with Gemini prevent the
cues from previous conversations, making it feel more natural.
It can help you basically withyour tasks.
The founder and owner of Amazonhas put like $4 billion in cloud

Now, believe it or not, alexa,which is the Amazon new and
improved voice assistant thatwas to be called Remarkable
Alexa.
It will have a new version forit.

So in mid-october it will bepowered by anthropic ai model
club, not amazon in-house AImodels, which is kind of strange

So it will launchconversational shopping tools,

aggregated news stories,child-focused chatbot and an
improved home automation hub.
The current one actually hasbeen struggling with words and
responsiveness, often taking afew seconds to acknowledge and
prompt and reply.
I can't wait to see it.
I mean, I can't wait to try it,but Amazon is planning actually

to charge five to $10 per monthfor the new version, but the
current classic one will stillbe free.
In other news, google haslaunched a bioacoustic AI model
called HEAR H-E-A-R, which ishealth acoustic representations.
Researchers can now use theacoustic data to listen to human

sounds and flag early signs ofrespiratory diseases like TB or
tuberculosis.
This, think, is gonna actuallybe great for especially people
that have maybe a risk of havingCOPD or even cancer.
It has improved the ability, orit will improve the ability, to

Now, so far they have beenmainly concentrating on TV, but
hopefully it will extend toother stuff.

my marketing researcher or asmy branding consultant.
Another prompt that canactually also be helpful is, as
my social media content creator,create a content calendar for

the next three months, includingthemes and topics.
Share who you are, share whatyou do, share who your audience
is.
Ask it for a specific platform,like for instagram or for
linkedin.
Ask it to include emojis,keywords, keywords and hashtags.
You can also ask it to build it.

Start with a hook, insight,then a call to action, and see
what it does Magic.
And now I want to start our newepisode.
This is our 22nd episode.
You people, I can't believethat.
So let's begin with our ai chef.
Imagine an ai that could siftthrough millions of flavor

combinations and cookingtechniques to create something
brand new.
This is isn't just a futuristicdream.
Apps and platforms alreadysuggest recipes based on what's
in your pantry.
Even chat GPT, if you open yourmobile app, open your camera

(08:30):
and go through your pantry orthrough your fridge, you can ask
it to put a menu for yourdinner, including recipes.
But AI takes this further,offering custom recipes that
cater to specific dietary needsor even creating entirely new
dishes that might one day becomehousehold favorite.

So, for example, you can say itI want a low sodium menu, I
want a gluten free, I want veryfree, I'm a pescatarian, I am a
paleo, I am a keto.
So you can basically saywhatever dietary needs that you

(09:15):
have Awesome right.
What are the ingredients forsuccess here?
The potential benefits aremouth-watering and less
creativity personalized mealsthat could help with diet
management and even reducingfood waste by suggesting recipes
based on leftovers.

(09:36):
And let me share somethingpersonal that happened.
I saw this person on tick tockand she said that she gives
personalized meals for people tolose certain weight and she
gives you an assessment.
I took the assessment and itsounded really good and it was
only $20 for a personalized meal.

(09:57):
It made you understand thatit's for a month and then I paid
it and I had to wait for 24hours.
I asked where is it?
They said you have to wait for24 hours.
I found out that they actuallyuse Kajabi AI, so it's actually
AI that creates it and I get themenu personalized.

It's for six days and it's onlytwo menus for the six days.
That's it two menus repeatedwith four recipes.
So I answered them back.
It's like, really, I paid $20for two menus that you basically
can get online.
Yeah, but if you want to havemore details, just go and join

our coaching academy and youknow what I'm going to do.
I'm just actually going to puta testimonial online.
That is not going to beflattering, because it's not
supposed to be that way.
So be careful again with whatyou do.
Be authentic, be generous withyour information.

Make sure that you actuallygive what you promise people to
do.
So AI actually can become aninvaluable sous-chef in both
professional kitchens and ourhomes assisting without
replacing the personal touch ofa human chef, of course.

But every kitchen has itsnightmares.
What about the concerns?
Many worry that AI might dilutethe rich cultural heritage that
comes from traditional cookingmethods, the flavors we have
known from our grandmother'skitchens, the recipes handed
down through generations.

Can AI understand and preservethis heritage, or blend
everything into a homogeneousmix?
Question, question, right.
And let's not forget theethical spice mix, issues like
the ownership of recipes If anAI creates a dish, who owns the

recipe?
The program, the user AI itself?
The recipe, the program, theuser, ai itself?
These are the modern dilemmasfacing the culinary and legal
worlds as AI becomes moreprevalent in creative industries

designed by AI and the reviewsare actually as mixed as chopped
salad.
Some find the novelty thrilling.
Others prefer the tried andtrue recipes created by human
