Speaker 1 (00:14):
Picture this you are in a meeting with your team
discussing quarterly projections.
You say I just think we shouldconsider AI for this process.
Your AI assistant would neverphrase it that way.
It would say analysis indicatesAI implementation will optimize

(00:37):
this process.
Same recommendation, completelydifferent authority level.
Hi, my name is sahar and radi.
I am your ai whisperer and weare diving deep into something
fascinating today in our aiconversations podcast how ai is

(00:59):
teaching us about theneuroscience of authority in
executive communication.
But before we go into that, Iwould like to share with you two
fascinating news that arehappening in the AI world One in
chat GPT, and the other is incloud with cloud anthropic.

(01:19):
And the third is aself-promotion shameless
self-promotion about my bookcoming up on August 8th on
Amazon.
It's called the Coach's BrainMeets AI and honestly not
because I wrote it, but you willsee, it's just different from

(01:40):
everything you have ever seenbefore and I actually co-wrote
it with two artificialintelligence and the rest you
will know if you read the book.
Anyhow, the first news that wehave for chat gpt is guys, it's
huge, I can't wait.
It has it's a feature for paidversions.
Uh, either you paid 20 for theplus or you paid 200 for the

(02:04):
pros.
There is something that SamAltman has just announced.
It's calling Chad GPT agent andit's amazing what it's going to
be able to do and this isbefore they even released the
Chad GPT-5.
So Chad GPT agent canseamlessly transition between

(02:25):
thinking and taking action, essentially combining ChatGPT,
deep research and operator intoa single tool.
If you want to have moreinformation about that, it has
been rolled out to people thatare paying the $20 a month or
the $200 a month.
You can go to help in thebottom of on the left hand side,

(02:48):
right under your name, and youcan put chat GPT agent and it
will give you a lot ofinformation.
So what it basically does isthat the agent can use it as its
own virtual computer and it'sshared its chain of thought as
it decides what to do next.
It can also access a terminalletting it analyze and run codes

(03:10):
, generate files and connect toyour private data sources.
Of course, you can interrupt itat any time to add more
instruction or clarify something.
So it can have a lot offunctions.
One of it that can be good foryou as a coach, as a trainer or
even as an entrepreneur is youcan use it to generate a

(03:30):
slideshow complete with chartand visuals.
It will even evaluate its ownslides and fix ones that are not
up to par.
So imagine doing a pitch deckfor investors, a training, a
coaching session.
It will be awesome.
The risks of it, of course, isum.
It could be um attacks, but theagent has built in monitors

(03:57):
that can flag when a websitelooks suspicious, but open.
Ai admits that the system is notfoolproof and agent should be
used with caution.
I mean, of course, this is aboilerplate precaution that we
should do with everything thatwe use on AI to be precocious.
The other thing on cloud or onI call him cloud.

(04:18):
Okay, so I know it's cloud forAnthropic.
The for anthropic is that itjust announced an integration
between, a new integrationbetween Paul, between Claude and
canva.
You can actually connect.
If you have a paid account oncanva, you can connect it to
your cloud directly and work onboth of them from Claude.

(04:41):
I tried it and Fortunately Iwas not successful to create
videos on canva with it, withcommands or prompts, but it
created multiple Still picturesthat I can use as and save it as
an mp4 on canva.
But it's still in the works, but you can integrate it by

(05:02):
allowing Claude to get into, butyou can integrate it by
allowing cloud to get into yourcanva.
Also, a few things that cloudcan integrate with.
It can integrate with yourGoogle Drive, with your Gmail
and with your Google Calendarand few others, I think was
superior as well.
So these are all these thingsthat are coming at us and I
can't wait to share all the news.
But coming back to what we weretalking about, about how AI

(05:30):
amplifies your authority gaps, the neuroscience of human
leadership versus AIcommunication.
So, coming back to that, hereis what's happening.
Ai for executive isn't justchanging how we work.
It's actually exposing how wecommunicate and for many leaders

(05:51):
, that exposure is revealingsome uncomfortable truth about
language patterns that underminetheir authority.
Today, we are exploring theneuroscience behind why humans
diminish their expertise whileAI states capabilities directly,

(06:12):
and how understanding this cantransform your executive
presence in the AI age.
Let's get in so ready to rewireyour leadership language.
Let's explore the neurosciencebehind authority communication.
Number one the authority gaprevelation.

(06:33):
Let's start with your brainlanguage center, specifically
how neuroscience reveals thedifference between confident and
diminishing communicationpatterns.
When you say just or simply, oronly, your brain is actually

(06:59):
activating, activating whatresearchers call the
self-deprecation neural pathway.
It's an evolution in our safetymechanism, designed to avoid

(07:22):
social conflict by appearingless threatening.
Women do that a lot.
They self-deprecate so they cantake less spin In general not
everybody, of course, there areexceptions so they can take less
space and they can appear lessthreatening.
But here is where it getsfascinating for AI for
executives.
Fascinating for AI forexecutives.

(07:49):
Artificial intelligence doesnot have this evolution baggage.
Ai coaching tools forexecutives demonstrate pure,
direct communication withoutsocial anxiety patterns.
So let's talk about the neuralcontrast here.
Your brain processes authoritycues within milliseconds.
So when you hear I justanalyzed the data your pre

(08:15):
frontal cortex the one in thefront in the forehead, where it
that has your logic thinkingregisters uncertainty.
When you hear analysisindicates it registers expertise
.
See the difference.
I just analyzed the data oranalysis indicate there is a

(08:36):
difference.
It's almost the same meaning, but the way the wording hit our
brain centers are different.
So we need, as leaders, remembering that and practicing
that.
Actually, ai has become ourcommunication coach, between
other things, modeling whatneuroscience calls authority

(09:01):
language patterns.
Remember leadership is not atitle, leadership is the journey
, is a development.
Part of it is your authorityand how you communicate it
through your body and throughyour language patterns.
It's not only do, it's notactually, it has never been do,

(09:22):
as I say, it's about influencingpeople and modeling the way
that you want them to exemplify.
Remember, we lead as leaders,we lead by example.
So I'm going to give you a realworld example, something real,
a case study.
Just changing details forprivacy.
I was working with a CEO lastmonth who was struggling with AI

(09:44):
adoption in her organization.
She kept saying things like Ijust think we should try this AI
tool and maybe we could justimplement this coaching system.
And I know that a lot of you, including me, I, used to use a
lot of just, like even an email.
I just wanted you to know, Ijust wanted to, even an email, I

(10:04):
just wanted you to know, I justwanted to say hello, I just
wanted to share.
You know what the word just inour brain?
What does it do?
It minimizes anything thatcomes after it.
Remember that I actually had avery interesting discussion with
Claude about the word just, butI'll come back to this later.
So, coming back to the CEO,when she says I just think we

(10:28):
should try this AI tool, ormaybe we could just implement
this coaching system.
What happens?
Her team's confidence in herinitiative was wavering, not
because the strategy was wrong, but because her language was
triggering the uncertaintyneurons in the brain.

(10:50):
So the neuroscience behindhuman-centered AI communication
is as follows when we interactwith AI, something very
interesting happens in ourbrains.
We start matching itscommunication confidence.
But most executives don'trealize this is happening.
Your brain has mirror neuronsthat automatically mimic

(11:13):
communication patterns you areexposed to.
The more you work with AIcoaching tools for executives,
the more your brain beginsadopting its direct,
authoritative communicationstyle.
This is not about becomingrobotic.
It has nothing to do with that.
It's about learning confidencepatterns that enhance your human

(11:37):
leadership.
Let's move on to the executivebrain versus AI communication.
Let's dive deeper into howexecutive coaching with AI
reveals specific patterns,communication-wise, that either
build or destroy authorityPattern one certainty versus

(12:00):
hedging.
Human executives often say Ijust think this might work.
Ai response this approachdemonstrates 87% success
probability.
Your brain processes thesedifferent statements in a
different way.
The first activates doubtpathways.

(12:23):
The second activates confidencecircuits.
Same things, different results, different wording, different
centers.
It hits in the brain Patternnumber two capability statements
, human pattern.
I'm just trying to help withthis decision.
Ai pattern says I providedecision support analysis.

(12:48):
The neuroscience here isfascinating.
Just trying signals effortwithout expertise.
Provide analysis, signalscapability and value.
Pattern three problem solving, framing Human tendency.
Between quotes I'm doing quotesin the air, virtual.

(13:10):
We just need to figure out thisAI integration challenge.
Again, the word just AIapproach, for that says
integration requires strategicframework implementation.
Your executive brain needs tolearn this reframing.
It's not about copying AI.

(13:31):
It's about understanding whatconfident communication does to
neural processing.
So now let's talk aboutauthority amplification effect.
How can we do that?
Here is what's really happeningAI adoption in executive roles
is exposing communication gapsthat were always there.

(13:52):
Remember AI will amplifygreatness or mediocrity is stark
.
The fundamental truth about AIfor executives is this AI
amplifies everything.
If you are already a strongcommunicator, ai will amplify

(14:14):
your greatness.
If you have communicationsweaknesses, ai will amplify your
mediocrity.
This isn't just about AIintegration.
It's about a leadership realitythat many executives haven't
faced.
Communication skills have beenthe hidden differentiator in
leadership success for decades.
Ai just makes it impossible tohide anymore and if you say,

(14:38):
okay, I'm doomed.
No, you're not.
We are in the ai age where youcan cooperate and you can
co-work with ai to change yourhabits, to keep doing new habits
.
That will trigger yourneuroplasticity in the brain so
you can build new neuralpathways in your brain and start

(15:00):
doing better habits,specifically in your
communication.
So when you are in meetingsdiscussing AI integration
strategies, your languagepatterns either match the
confidence of the technology youare implementing or they create
what we call cognitivedissonance.
The gap becomes extremelyobvious.

(15:23):
The communication reality checkhere.
Let's be honest about somethingMost leadership development
programs have failed to addressa fundamental issue.
Many leaders simply are notgreat communicators.
I see that every day and mostof, believe it or not not most,
but a lot of the executives thatI coach it comes back to their

(15:45):
communication styles.
That's all Basic, but we don'tlook at it at that.
This was manageable whenhuman-to-human communication had
built-in forgiveness factorsAgain, virtual quote marks in
the air.
But AI doesn't have thoseforgiveness factors.

(16:06):
When you communicateuncertainty to your team about
AI adoption and then theyinteract with confident, direct
AI tools, the contrast exposesevery communication weakness you
have.
The neuroscience here isunforgiving.
Your brain processes thisinconsistency as leadership

(16:28):
incongruence.
Your team's brains mirror thatuncertainty, making AI
integration harder than it needsto be A client of mine.
Let's call him David, runs amanufacturing company.
He was excited about AIleadership development for
coaches, but struggled tocommunicate its value to his

(16:48):
board.
His original pitch was I justthink we should maybe try some
AI coaching tools for ourexecutives.
After understanding theneuroscience, his reframe became
strategic.
Implementation of AI coachingtools for executives will
enhance leadership effectivenessacross our organization.

(17:10):
Boom, see the difference.
It hits differently Samecontent, completely different
neural impact on his audience.
So this is the real leadershipcommunication crisis we're going
through.
Here is the very uncomfortabletruth.
The majority of leadershipcommunication training has
focused on soft skills andemotional intelligence, while

(17:33):
largely ignoring theneuroscience of authority
language.
Ai is forcing a reckoning.
You can't hide weakcommunication patterns anymore
when you are standing next totechnology that demonstrates
clear, confident informationdelivery every single day.
This creates what I call theamplification choice.

(17:55):
Will AI amplify yourcommunication greatness or will
it amplify your communicationweakness or will it amplify your
communication weakness?
The executives who understandthis choice and choose to evolve
their communication patternswill thrive in the AI-enhanced
workplace that is here.
That is not going away.

(18:17):
Okay, that is not a fact.
Those who ignore it will findtheir authority steadily eroded.
By contrast, your brain hasspecialized neurons that mirror
the communication patterns youobserve when you work with AI
daily.
These neurons start adoptingits communication confidence.
But you have to be intentionalabout this process, otherwise

(18:42):
you create what I call authoritydissonance Confident AI
recommendations deliveredthrough uncertain human language
.
So how do we do neural rewiringfor AI enhanced authority?
Now let's get practical.
Okay, how do you rewire yourcommunication patterns to match

(19:02):
the authority of the AI toolsyou are implementing?
The three neural pathways ofauthority language.
Are these ways?
Pathway one eliminationlanguage Remove, just simply,
only maybe.
I think should, could, would,shouldn't, couldn't, wouldn't.

(19:26):
But though, replace all thatwith analysis indicates, data,
demonstrates, strategy requiresImplementation, involves your
brain, needs practice creatingthese new neural pathways.
It's like learning a newlanguage, the language of

(19:47):
executive authority in the AIage.
Pathway two certaintyframeworks.
Instead of, we should probablyconsider AI integration.
Try.
Ai integration strategy includesthree components.
This is not about being rigid.
It's about matching theconfidence of the technology you

(20:08):
are championing.
Pathway number three valuedeclaration.
Stop minimizing your expertise.
Ai doesn't say I just providedata.
It presents capabilitiesdirectly.
You should not say I just havesome experience with
neuroscience.
You provide neuroscience-basedleadership insights.

(20:33):
The cognitive reframe processhere is that your brain can
learn new patterns, but it needsrepetition, creating new habits
.
Here is the neural rewiringprotocol that I can share with
you.
Step number one awareness.
Notice, when you usediminishing language, your
prefrontal cortex needs to catchthese patterns first.

(20:55):
That's number one.
Number two pause.
Create a mental space betweenthought and speech.
This activates your brainediting function.
Step number three reframe.
Ask how would ai present thisinformation?
Then match that confidencelevel with your ai insight.

(21:18):
Realworld application.
In AI coaching scenarios thisbecomes crucial.
You are not just implementingtechnology, you are modeling
communication confidence.
That makes AI adoptionsuccessful.
If you are uncertain in yourlanguage about AI integration,
your team's brain will mirrorthat uncertainty.

(21:38):
They will resist the very toolsyou are trying to implement.
How to create an authorityauthenticity balance?
Because everything has to beauthentic.
We can't fake leadership.
Here is the key neuroscienceinsight.
Authority language doesn't meanbecoming artificial.
It means removing theartificial barriers like just

(22:03):
and maybe that your brain usesto diminish your actual
expertise.
Human-centered AI leadershipmeans combining AI's
communication confidence withhuman wisdom and empathy.
Let's bring this full circle.
How do you implement thisunderstanding in your daily

(22:23):
executive leadership?
So let's have a challenge.
I would call it the 30-dayneural rewiring challenge.
Let's talk about that For thenext 30 days.
I want you to try thisexperiment.
Week one observation Notice howAI tools in your organization
communicate.
Recommendations pay attentionto the language patterns.

(22:48):
Week number two elimination.
Remove one diminishing wordfrom your vocabulary each day.
Start with the word just.
Week number three integrationbegin using AI inspired
authority language in yourcommunication not copying AI,

(23:11):
but matching its confidencelevel.
Week number four mastery.
Combine confident communicationwith human insight.
This is where true AI enhancedleadership emerges.
This is your communicationevolution.
This is not about becoming morelike AI and I keep repeating
that, so it will stay there.

(23:32):
It's about becoming moreconfidently human.
Ai coaching tools for executivework best when human leaders
communicate with matchingauthority.
Your brain is already adaptingto work with artificial
intelligence.
Now you are consciouslydirecting that adaptation to
enhance your leadership presence.

(23:53):
The ripple effect when youcommunicate with AI enhanced
authority, something fascinatinghappens in your organization.
Your team's confidence in AIadoption increases, not because
the technology is different, butbecause your communication
about it is more compelling.
Your neural patterns influencetheir neural patterns.

(24:17):
Confident leadership languageabout AI integration creates
confident team adoption.
So what is the future ofexecutive communication.
We are living through acommunication evolution.
The executives who master thisAI enhanced authority language
will have a significantadvantage.

(24:37):
They will be more effective atAI adoption.
Most importantly, moreeffective in leading their teams
, more convincing in their AIintegration strategy and more
successful at leadinghuman-centered AI transformation
.
Your action plan Startingtomorrow, not today.

(24:57):
Listen to how AI presentinformation in your organization
.
Then ask yourself am Icommunicating my human expertise
with the same level ofauthority?
Your brain can learn thesepatterns.
Your leadership can evolve.
Your authority can expand.
The neuroscience is clear.
Confident communication createsconfident outcomes.

(25:19):
Ai is teaching us how to removethe language barriers that
diminish expertise.
Closing challenge I dare you, Ichallenge you, to go one week
without using the word, just inprofessional communication.
I dare you Notice how thissimple change affects how others

(25:40):
response to your ideas.
Your brain is ready for thisupgrade.
Your leadership deserves thisenhancement.
Your organization needsevolution Until next time.
Remember, AI amplifieseverything, including your
authority gap, but with theright neural rewiring, those
gaps become your greatestopportunities for growth.
