On this week’s episode of #AlchemizedGlory, I am discussing an introduction to Shadow Work. For those who are unfamiliar with the term, the shadow self is defined as the part of ourselves that we fail to see or know. In Owning Your Shadow, our shadow is described as the process of culturally sorting out characteristics that are acceptable to our society and culture and those parts of ourselves that are not accepted and have to be put away. The “refused and unacceptable characteristics do not go away” but they collect in the dark corners of our personality or the shadow. The parts of ourselves that are parts of our shadow are repressed, denied parts of Being waiting to be integrated into our consciousness and shown light.
Shadow Work is liberating work is truly freeing and liberating work - at the end of the day it is work and we are rewiring how to operate in our individual lives.
This work not only allows us to heal but to transcend and illuminate asour brightest and truest selves!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
