In this episode, I am discussing energetic hygiene practices and tools that continue to support me in clarifying and calling my energy back. During the last few days and weeks of the linear year, there is so much activity. Whether it is at work and the responsibilities to be closed out before year-end, your own personal projects, or gatherings, there can be a lot happening around us that can drain our energy and leave us feeling depleted. I've created this episode with the intention to share the mirroring techniques I have held up to my energy and to fully embody slowing down, reflecting, and envisioning what is ahead in the new year. ⠀

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
