We are now moving fully into the Autumn season and I made a sound healing journey for you to attune to the season.  This meditation is designed to help you shift into the Autumn Qi and drop deeper into a heart-centred space.

Autumn is about the out-breath of our lives, a turning inward and a time for the vital reflection that comes with slowing down. The beginning of Autumn is the most important time to pay attention to the changing of the seasons, and, conversely, the most difficult time to do so. This is because of the very nature of summer's yang-dominant energy.

During summer yang energy moves upward and outward. It is about doing and going. If we are very busy with summer's yang activities we may fail to notice the changing of the light, the increased wind, and the garden ready to harvest. All of these signal a time to shift our conduct and begin our journey inward.  This meditation is designed to help you shift into the Autumn Qi and move into a heart-centred space.

Embrace a journey of mindfulness, introspection, and spiritual renewal. This audio is focused on releasing the summer's drive, tuning into the longer nights and channelling the yang energy from the head and upper body down into the kidneys to store it for winter. You will be gently guided to set an intention for the Autumn season

With love and grace, we'll remember the values closest to our hearts and open ourselves to the guidance of divine universal intelligence. By the end of this journey, you'll feel aligned and ready to embrace the next three months with a sense of calm inspiration.

This meditation is set to the Golden Bowls of Karma Moffett and is designed to be listened to in a quiet place with headphones.

And before we dive into that,I'd love to ask for your support

(01:26):
that there are a few spots left.
If you'd like to apply, pleasesend an email to info at
bronwynilacom.
All right, I recommend gettingstarted by sitting somewhere
comfortably, preferablysomewhere where you can close
your eyes and take a moment totune into your body so you can

(01:46):
fully absorb the transmission ofautumn coming from the yin.
We are sitting at the beginningof autumn, that time right

(02:17):
between summer solstice andautumn, equinox, anatomiconox,
yin is growing and young, hasthe opportunity to begin to

(02:44):
yield, to begin to yield, tobegin to soften, which is not
exactly Yang's nature of theYang was born at winter solstice

(03:07):
and the Yin is born at summersolstice.
Yin is now about afive-year-old girl, young and
bright and innocent and aliveand soft and in need of tending

(03:33):
and care and cocooning.
So, because Jung's nature isnot yielding, so because Yang's

(03:54):
nature is not yielding, it takessome focus to begin to allow
the Yang inside of us to recede,to let go and to notice the
younger Yin and all of thequalities of childlike

(04:15):
brightness, yin brightness.
What is the technology that wecan use to help young?

(04:43):
to let go of the ambition andthe've put into flourishing this
summer.
We're transforming that nowinto deciding what we want to
bring in to store for the wintermonths and what we want to let

(05:09):
go for the year, which are therotting fruits or the pieces
that didn't make it this year.
I'm just letting rest, I'm justletting rest.

(05:33):
With all of the fullness of thesummer, it can be difficult to
notice the darkening nights, thelonger nights and the shorter
days.

(06:01):
So take some opening intolistening, a transformational
path from frenetic, busy heat.
Doing is by opening our poresand listening, centering
ourselves and listening somemore, noticing the thoughts and
listening some more to the earth, quietly calling us to pay

(06:30):
attention to the shift in thevibration.
Right now, as a collective, wehave the capacity to

(06:57):
ceremonially turn to the yin andamplify this process by our
capacity to do this in a, inunion, in unison, in a synarchy,

(07:18):
but inviting us all to take abreath, harmonizing our energy

(07:45):
together.
Harmonizing our energy togetherand then noticing what parts of
ourselves are ready to bereleased or what parts,

(08:08):
masquerading as if they're partsof ourselves, are ready to be
released.
Perhaps there's a freneticquality in the front of the
cranium that can be gentlycoaxed towards the back of the
skull, where a gentle wideningcan happen to enhance our
capacity for listening.

(08:28):
Perhaps there's some energy inthe inner ear that can be
deflated and drained downtowards the heart, just allowing

(08:56):
it to gently turn downward and, once it makes it to the heart,
inviting that energy to move allthe way down to the kidneys so

(09:18):
that heat can nourish the yangto make it through the long
winter, storing it up in theMingmen, noticing any tension in

(09:49):
the body that feels like theremnants of ambition, seeing how
that could be surrendered togravity.
Perhaps there's somefrequencies of trying in the
belly that can be invited tosoften, dropping even deeper

(10:36):
into that listening space.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
What else is?

Speaker 1 (10:49):
ready to be released to prepare for a quiet, serene
winter?
Perhaps there's some things onthe to-do list that are just

(11:10):
going to be let down andreleased to the ethers from
whence they came?
And as this energy in the head,or the heat, the frenetic

(11:38):
quality and the busyness keepsdraining down towards the
kidneys, just what else wants tocome down with it?
What frequencies are in theupper body that are ready to be

(12:16):
drained down to the earth starchakra?
This chakra about a foot belowour feet.
We're looking down on it.
It's turning counterclockwise.
This earth star chakra iscreating a whirlpool effect of

(12:45):
bringing down anything elsethat's ready to be let go into
the earth.
These energies are not harmfulto the earth.
Taking a deep breath inexhaling more, releasing more,

(13:22):
quiet, me feeling the supercollective of our unified

(13:48):
consciousness that's helpingeach other to soften here.
So that we can remember whatit's all, for all of the
flourishing and going and doingof summer, to amplify, invoking

(14:23):
that undefended heart prayerthat's at the center of all of

(14:45):
the things that seemed soimportant.
Feel into the heart now, softbeating Emperor.
Empress the body, this nobleheartedness, this capacity to

(15:09):
bravely be undefended.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
undefended.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
All of the security that's needed is in trusting the
divine, intelligent, creativeforce of the universe to
organize for us what we needmost.
Take a breath into the heart.

(16:15):
Let's take a moment to set aquiet, soft intention for the
autumn, three months of autumn, time of harvesting, collecting,
sorting, releasing.
How can that process be done ina way that feels buoyant,

(16:38):
joyful and precise, moving intothe metal element, the lungs,
the large intestine, what wantsto be released, what wants to
stay within our boundaries, whatwants to be said no to?

(17:14):
What do we want to draw closer?
Feel this not only on a mentallevel, with the thoughts of
those things, with the intention, but also on a frequency level

(17:34):
the body's capacity to sortthrough the things we want to
keep in our field and the peopleand the stories and those which
we're ready to let go ofthrough the technology of the
large intestine or the earthstar chakra, just releasing.

(17:59):
So, as the, the lungs and themetal element, seeks to draw
these more clear boundaries forthe autumn time, the heart is
still the governing, the heartis still the emperor or the
empress.
The fire element still has thecapacity to melt too much

(18:32):
harshness from the lungs, toomuch dryness, just allowing the
lungs to bow to the heart.
These drawing of the boundariesfor autumn will be at the

(19:02):
hearts, calling the hearts, following out the spine of

(19:34):
quietness, empathy and clarityand precision.
If we were to make a collectiveintention or prayer, perhaps to

(20:03):
ask for a massive divineassistance in sorting through
our lives, to release that whichis no longer in service at this
time, to prepare for a quietwinter In service at this time
to prepare for a quiet winter,to do this with grace and love

(20:27):
and ease, to remember what ismost important From the heart,
to ask for any messages to comein through these three months to
remind us to listen more, payattention more, soften more and

(21:03):
to keep the mind clear.
Bring all the blessings forthis autumn and the abundant

(21:36):
time that this brings.
All the blessings for thisautumn and the abundant time
that this brings that cannourish us on a deep level and
to nourish all beings.
Aho Matakoyasi, thank you fortuning in to this.

(22:00):
Autumn Begins attunement.
Having a collectivetransferring of our
consciousness into autumn modeis incredibly helpful, and I'd

(22:27):
like to especially thank KarmaMoffitt for the Golden Bowls
audio that was used throughoutthis.
