We’re now fully entering the Autumn season, and I’ve created this sound healing journey to help you attune to its rhythm. This meditation is designed to guide you into the Autumn qi and drop you gently into a heart-centered space.

Autumn represents the out-breath of the year. It is a sacred turning inward, a moment to pause, reflect, and realign. It is a time when nature begins to slow down, and we are invited to do the same. Yet this shift can feel challenging, especially following summer’s yang-driven energy of doing and expansion.

In summer, yang energy rises and moves outward. It is all about momentum. So when we are deep in activity, it is easy to miss the early signs of seasonal change: softer light, cooler air, shifting winds, and the quiet signal of a garden ready for harvest. These are cues from nature asking us to adjust our pace and begin the inward journey.

This meditation supports that transition. You will be guided to release summer’s drive, embrace longer nights, and draw yang energy from the upper body into the kidneys to store and preserve it for winter. Through sound and stillness, you will set a personal intention for the Autumn season.

With love and grace, we will reflect on what truly matters and open to the wisdom of divine universal intelligence. By the end, you will feel aligned, nourished, and ready to welcome the next three months with grounded inspiration.

Set to the healing tones of Karma Moffett’s Golden Bowls, this journey is best experienced with headphones in a quiet, uninterrupted space.

illumination.
Mama dancer, diviner andpractitioner on the path of
illumination.
Today is the beginning ofautumn and I've done an autumn
meditation for us to help dropinto the seasonal chi and
calibrate with what's happeningenergetically right now.
And before we dive into that,I'd love to ask for your support

(00:47):
for this podcast.
Some of you know that I've beenpodcasting for a while, but just
getting going with thisparticular platform and I'd love
it if you could follow, likesubscribe in whichever major
platform you're listening to.

That would be great.

do so at the link in thecomments and the show notes.
To become a sponsor is superhelpful.
These podcasts take quite a bitof energy to produce and I'd
love to get your support in thatway.
There's also an upcomingtraining beginning in Reiki that

(01:34):
there are a few spots left.
If you'd like to apply, pleasesend an email to info at
bronwynailacom.
All right, I recommend gettingstarted by sitting somewhere
comfortably, preferablysomewhere where you can close
your eyes and take a moment totune into your body so you can
fully absorb the transmission ofautumn coming from the yin.

(01:54):
We are sitting at the beginningof autumn, that time right

(02:54):
between summer solstice andautumn equinox.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Yin is growing and Yang has the opportunity to
begin to yield, to begin tosoften, which is not exactly
Yang's nature.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
If the young was born at winter solstice and the yin
is born at summer solstice, yinis now about a five-year-old
girl, young and bright andinnocent and alive and soft and

(03:35):
in need of tending and care andcocooning.
So, because Yang's nature isnot yielding, it takes some
focus to begin to allow the Yanginside of us to recede, to let

(04:02):
go and to notice the younger Yinand all of the younger Yin and
all of the qualities ofchildlike brightness, yin
brightness.
What is the technology that wecan use to help young to let go

(04:44):
of the ambition and the doingand the going and the drive, all
of the energy that we've putinto flourishing this summer?
We're transforming that nowinto deciding what we want to

(05:04):
bring in to store for the wintermonths and what we want to let
go for the year, which are therotting fruits or the pieces
that didn't make it.
This year we're just lettingrest.

(05:27):
With all of the fullness of thesummer, it can be difficult to
notice the darkening nights, thelonger nights and the shorter

(05:48):
days.
So take some opening intolistening, a transformational
path from frenetic, busy heat.
Doing is by opening our poresand listening, centering

(06:20):
ourselves and listening somemore, noticing the thoughts and
listening some more to the earth, quietly, calling us to pay
attention to the shift in thevibration.
Right now, as a collective, wehave the capacity to

(07:00):
ceremonially turn to the yin andamplify this process by our
capacity to do this in a inunion, in unison, in a synarchy,

(07:21):
but inviting us all to take abreath, harmonizing our energy

(07:48):
together.
Harmonizing our energy togetherand then noticing what parts of
ourselves are ready to bereleased or what parts,

(08:11):
masquerading as if they're partsof ourselves, are ready to be
released.
Perhaps there's a freneticquality in the front of the
cranium that can be gentlycoaxed towards the back of the
skull, where a gentle wideningcan happen to enhance our

(08:33):
capacity for listening.
Perhaps there's some energy inthe inner ear that can be

(08:59):
deflated, drain down towards theheart, just allowing it to the
heart, inviting that energy tomove all the way down to the
kidneys so that heat can nourishthe yang to make it through the

(09:24):
long winter, storing it up inthe Mingmen, noticing any
tension in the body that feelslike the remnants of ambition,

(09:53):
seeing how that could besurrendered to gravity.
Perhaps there's somefrequencies of trying in the
belly that can be invited tosoften, dropping even deeper

(10:31):
into that listening space.
What else is ready to bereleased to prepare for a quiet,
serene winter?
Perhaps there's some thoughts, thought patterns, perhaps

(11:09):
there's some things on the to-dolist that are just going to be
let down and released.
And as this energy in the head,or the heat, the kinetic

(11:41):
quality and the busyness keepsdraining down towards the
kidneys, just what else wants tocome down with it?
What frequencies are in theupper body that are ready to be
drained down towards the earth?

(12:05):
star chakra this chakra about afoot below our feet.

(12:27):
We're looking down on it.
It's turning counterclockwise.
This earth star chakra iscreating a whirlpool effect of

(12:48):
bringing down anything elsethat's ready to be let go into
the earth.
These energies are not harmfulto the earth.
Taking a deep breath inExhaling more, releasing more

(13:25):
quiet night, feeling thecollective of our unified

(13:51):
consciousness that's helpingeach other to soften here.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
So that we can remember what it's all for.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
All of the flourishing and going and doing
of summer, to amplify ourcapacity to be in our hearts,
invoking that undefended heartprayer that's at the center of

(14:47):
all of the things that seemed soimportant.
Feel into the heart now.
Soft beating Emptiness, emperor, empress the body, this noble

(15:08):
heartedness, this capacity tobravely be undefended.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
undefended.

Speaker 1 (15:25):
All of the security that's needed is in trusting the
divine, intelligent, creativeforce of the universe to
organize for us what we needmost.

(16:16):
Take a breath into the heart.
Let's take a moment to set aquiet, soft intention for the
autumn, three months of autumn, time of harvesting, collecting,
sorting, releasing.
How can that process be done ina way that feels buoyant,

(16:41):
joyful and precise, moving intothe metal element, the lungs,
the large intestine, what wantsto be released, what wants to
stay within our boundaries, whatwants to be said no to?

(17:17):
What do we want to draw closer?
Feel this not only on a mentallevel, with the thoughts of
those things, with the intention, but also on a frequency level

(17:37):
the body's capacity to sortthrough the things we want to
keep in our field and the peopleand the stories and those which
we're ready to let go ofthrough the technology of the
large intestine or the earthstar chakra, just releasing.

(18:02):
So, as the, the lungs and themetal element, seeks to draw
these more clear boundaries forthe autumn time, the heart is
still the governing, the heartis still the emperor or the
empress.
The fire element still has thecapacity to melt.

(18:34):
Too much harshness from thelungs, too much dryness.

(18:59):
Just allowing the lungs to bowto the heart.
This drawing of the boundariesfor autumn will be at the hearts
, calling the hearts, followingout the spine of quietness,

(19:39):
empathy and clarity andprecision.
If we were to make a collectiveintention or prayer, perhaps to

(20:05):
ask for a massive divineassistance in sorting through
our lives, to release that whichis no longer in service at this
time, to prepare for a quietwinter.
In service at this time toprepare for a quiet winter, to

(20:29):
do this with grace and love andease, to remember what is most
important From the heart.
To ask for any messages to comein through these three months
to remind us to listen more, payattention more, soften more and

(21:06):
to keep the mind clear.
Bring all the blessings forthis autumn and the abundant

(21:39):
time that this brings.
All the blessings for thisautumn and the abundant time
that this brings that cannourish us on a deep level and
to nourish all beings.
Aho Matakoyasi, thank you fortuning in to this.

(22:01):
Autumn Begins Attunement.
Having a collectivetransferring of our
consciousness into autumn modeis incredibly helpful, and I'd
like to especially thank KarmaMoffitt for the Golden Bull
bowls audio that was usedthroughout this.

(22:22):
