Let's take a moment.
If you were in a place whereyou can close your eyes and sit
tall, take some long, deepbreaths, perhaps gently
lengthening the inhale, gentlylengthening the inhale and

letting the exhale just kind offall out the body.
So every inhale we arebreathing in through the nose
all the way to the perineum andwith each exhale we're just
releasing more, letting go moresoftening, more Inhaling,

allowing the breath to deepen,letting the breath reach all the
way into the pelvic bowl andeach exhale, releasing,
softening, allowing and justcontinuing this process of

deepening the breath on theinhale and deep on the inhale.

So we're bringing ourselvesinto the state of revelation.
Through our intention, throughour breath and through the grace

increasingly easy to tune in.
As we head deeper and deepertowards winter, tuning in

becomes gentler and easier andever more assisted by the

And again, each breath, theinhale is lengthening all the

In each exhale there's areleasing and letting go.
The same way the trees arereleasing their leaves as the
sap moves downward, as thebreath moves downward, and then

as the thoughts may come and go,as we drop in, that we're kind

of awakening to awareness.
You're awakening to thisawareness of the thoughts.

system A quietness, a stillness,and let's tune even more

So we're in a place here wherethe days are growing shorter,

It's the growing yin, dreamtime, calling us to drop deeper

There's some energy of settlinghere, deeper, available.

settling here, surrendering togravity, letting the rib basket

intention to make space this thenext of intention, to make
