Speaker 1 (00:03):
Let's take a moment.
If you were in a place whereyou can close your eyes and sit
tall, take some long, deepbreaths, perhaps gently
lengthening the inhale, gentlylengthening the inhale and

(00:36):
letting the exhale just kind offall out the body.
So every inhale we arebreathing in through the nose
all the way to the perineum andwith each exhale we're just
releasing more, letting go moresoftening, more Inhaling,

(01:04):
allowing the breath to deepen, letting the breath reach all the
way into the pelvic bowl andeach exhale, releasing,
softening, allowing and justcontinuing this process of

(01:38):
deepening the breath on theinhale and deep on the inhale.
The spine also elongates, growing taller, and with each
exhale there's like a softening,a releasing of anything extra,

(02:14):
of anything extra, inhalingtaller, exhaling, softening and
releasing.
So we're bringing ourselvesinto the state of revelation.
Through our intention, throughour breath and through the grace
of the support that we'rereceiving, there's a tremendous

(02:40):
capacity to self-heal,self-balance, self-regulate
through this process of tuningin and it may become

(03:04):
increasingly easy to tune in.
As we head deeper and deepertowards winter, tuning in

(03:29):
becomes gentler and easier andever more assisted by the
environmental Ian growing, coaxing us, calling us,
encouraging us.
And again, each breath, theinhale is lengthening all the

(04:02):
way to the perineum.
In each exhale there's areleasing and letting go.
The same way the trees arereleasing their leaves as the
sap moves downward, as thebreath moves downward, and then

(04:32):
the exhale just shedding thatwhich is ready to be released,
as the thoughts may come and go,as we drop in, that we're kind

(04:59):
of awakening to awareness.
You're awakening to thisawareness of the thoughts.

(05:32):
So you may notice, with thisslowing down, the possibility
for new insights, codesrevelations to pour into the
system A quietness, a stillness,and let's tune even more

(06:16):
towards the environmental chi,the growing yin, the receding
yang.
So we're in a place here wherethe days are growing shorter,
the yang receding and the nightsare getting longer.

(06:38):
It's the growing yin, dreamtime, calling us to drop deeper
into the unknown and thedarkness, the quiet and the

(07:06):
stillness, the rest and thesolitude.

(07:48):
There's some energy of settlinghere, deeper, available.
Just take a moment to allowthis settling, this deeper
settling here, surrendering togravity, letting the rib basket

(08:12):
be wide, the cocoon of the lungs.
Thank you, notice the way inwhich the yin is calling us to

(09:24):
sense into this deeper awarenessof our roots, of what's beneath
the surface, of the quiet riverflowing underground, of these

(09:56):
invisible forces shaping ourlives, thoughts, our experience
are experienced.

(10:18):
The yin is calling us to sensethis deeper wave.

(11:30):
Thank you.
As we journey into these depthsof yin in late autumn, we have
the capacity to cleanse thedoors of perception, to see more
clearly into how it is that wesee, go beyond the busy and the

(11:56):
activity and the excitement, into a vibrational level of
seeing and feeling, knowing.

(12:42):
Let's take this moment to kindof set a clarified kind of
intention to make space this thenext of intention, to make
space this the next last weeksof autumn and into the winter.

(13:04):
To make space for tuning intothe quiet, tuning into the yin,
tuning into the softness, theletting go, the allowing the
dark, just setting that into thespace-time continuum.

(13:33):
This intention to make thespace to months in this way,

(14:10):
perhaps you can see yourselfsitting on your cushion or in
the forest.
Perhaps you can see yourselfsitting on your cushion or in
the forest, morning practice, evening practice, quiet moments,

(14:33):
interspersed Moments of pausingand reflection, moments of
retreat, quiet.
I'm just asking the universe, the creative, divine

(14:57):
intelligence, to magically openup space for us to have this
kind of opportunities to restand be still Angels, archangels,

(15:25):
great ones, assistance of thelight, of the light.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
Magically open up opportunities for us to be quiet
and still in solitude andself-reflection and prayer.

(16:15):
Thank you.
