I invite us to sit with ourspines tall and our eyes closed

widening of the liver, a gentlerelease of the diaphragm as it
rests gently on the organ andalso letting there be a

plumpness around the kidneys inthe lower back, lower mid-back,
allowing the adrenals to rest,gently dropping down a bit onto
the kidneys, allowing the lowerback to feel wide and spacious

Take a deep breath in togetherand, on the next exhale, letting
this yang, this bright yang,chi, move all the way to the
perineum, noticing the widththere, the part of the pelvis

feeling an expansive quality andlike there's a bowl at the
pelvis, a wide bowl where theyang is, with each breath,
pouring into this bowl andfilling up the pelvis with
bright light.
So, with each inhale, more yangis pouring into this pelvic

bowl and with each exhale it'sjust staying there, filling up

your pelvic bowl with light,fullness, right, energetic,
clarity.
Inhale our light and we'regoing to continue breathing in

sending it down into the pelvisand exhaling, letting this light
become even brighter.
But now we're going to start tolet the light become this
pelvic bowl, become molar, notthe pelvic bowl but the point of

behind the navel and a littlebit lower it's a different place
for each person A little bitlower on most women, a little
bit higher on men, breathing inthis light, exhaling and letting

Practice to gather this brightsummer chi and store it into our
