Joe (00:02):
Hello everybody, thank you for joining us on Alien Talk
Podcast.
This is the show where wediscuss all things about aliens
and UFOs and, as always, wherewe push the limits of our
understanding.
We are Joe and Laurie here withyou again to embark on another
topic from the annals ofextraterrestrial lore, so as to
attempt to seek the truth andfind the facts.

(00:23):
Lately, we've been getting intostories of specific events in
which there is a sighting ofsome kind, some unidentified or
unexplained aberrations,occurrences, encounters said to
have been witnessed by multiplepeople at the same time.
There was the Varginha, Brazilincident, the one in Ruwa,

(00:44):
Zimbabwe, and in Westall,Australia these are just a few
that are documented in whichentire communities have
seemingly experienced contactwith alien entities.
So, laurie, when we coveredthese incidents, we found that
most of the reporting was doneon a pretty local level.
On a pretty local level, oftenin rural areas, like we find

(01:05):
with many of the stories aboutthis kind of thing, in which
there are aliens or some otherkind of paranormal activity.
What if there was one that wasdocumented and that it suggested
it happened at the nationallevel?
What if, instead of it being ina remote corner of the world,
it involved the federalgovernment and the Department of
Defense.
How would an encounter likethat be handled?

Laurie (01:29):
Well, joe, for one, we know there would be a ton of
cover-up and secrecy.
The narrative provided to thepublic about such an incident
would be greatly altered fromthe truth.
We know that facts and evidencewould be suppressed or made to
disappear and there would be anofficial talking point from

(01:51):
which there would be nodeviation from.
And we also know that thegovernment would propagandize to
their advantage, maintainingboth political power and
national security.
You know, make the enemy wonderand fret that we might possibly
have something that they do not.
So a more important question isif someone like a top Pentagon

(02:14):
official or someone even higher, has such an experience, what
action would be taken in directresponse to it?
You know, would they attack it,would they capture and conceal
it?
Would they utilize it in someway?
Well, as it is, there is such astory, and the top officials who
had this encounter include noneother than President of the

(02:37):
United States, and it is knownas Valiant Thor, or I should say
the name of the ET is ValiantThor, not to be confused with
the rock band Valiant Thor withtwo R's.
And the contact supposedlyhappened right in the White
House, and he is rumored by somepeople out there to have come

(02:57):
from the planet Venus along withtwo others on March the 16th of
1957, in a 300-foot-longspaceship that landed in
Alexandria, virginia, where theyhad an encounter with two local
police officers, I guess, whowitnessed them landing and who
eventually escorted themstraight to the Pentagon.

(03:19):
So it is said that Valiant Thorinsisted on meeting with the
president, and naturally theyaccommodated him.
It is also said, by someufologists and conspiracy
theorists too, that Valiant Thorwas able to provide the US
leaders with special resourcesneeded to help advance our
technology, and it was prettymuch directly responsible for

(03:42):
getting Americans ahead in thespace race with the Soviet Union
.

Joe (03:46):
Yeah, and what we know about this character, this alien
character, valiant Thor?
It comes from a book written bya guy named Dr Frank Stranges
in 1967.
It's titled Stranger in thePentagon, and a movie with the
same title came out in 2013 thatwas based on that book.
So, on the surface of thisstory and I'm sure others are

(04:09):
thinking the same way I'm verymuch inclined to reject it
outright.
There is so much about thenarrative that is full of holes,
right and as it is.
We know it is the sourcematerial for some fictional
stories that have used this verysame idea.
One that sticks out prominentlyis the Day the Earth Stood

(04:30):
Still a classic black and whitesci-fi film from 1951.
And the theme is thatextraterrestrials are deeply
concerned about humanity notliving peacefully and they come
here in an attempt to interveneand help.
And they come here in anattempt to intervene and help.
But the story of Valiant Thorhas made its way into urban
legend from the time thatProject Blue Book was going on,

(04:54):
and there are some aspects of itthat are worth considering.
So the story goes that thesecops in Alexandria, virginia,
which is a pretty populated areaoutside of DC it's not
someplace way out in the sticksand they responded to an
incident in which a large UFOlands in the daylight hours of
the morning.
It lands safely, it doesn'tcrash like the one in Roswell,

(05:22):
and a door opens while the twoofficers are said to have drawn
their guns as they didn't knowwhat was going to come out of it
.
And what came out of it?
Out of the spacecraft?
Out of the object is a man, anormal-looking Caucasian man,
who walks normally and speaksperfect English with an American
accent, and was dressed in likea shiny gold and silver

(05:42):
jumpsuit, and he greets the twocops in a friendly tone and a
wave of the hand and requests tospeak with the president at
once.
He is taken away with them intheir patrol car and then the
police department calls over tothe Pentagon and goes through
the office of the US Navycommander at the Pentagon named

(06:03):
Harley Andrew Byrd.

Laurie (06:06):
Yeah right, when you said wave of the hand, it's
almost like he used a Jedi mindtrick or something on them.

Joe (06:12):
I think he was just waving, r ight?

Laurie (06:16):
But now this guy, harley Byrd, is supposedly the nephew
of none other than Admiral Byrd, the famous explorer who reached
both the North and South Poles, who at this time would have
already passed away.
But not only is he a navalofficer at the Pentagon, he is
part of Blue Book and is deeplyinvolved with UFO investigations

(06:38):
.
He, the Chiefs of Staff and theSecretary of Defense, charles
Wilson at the time, meet up withthe human looking alien who is
tall, with brown hair and, likeyou said, he was wearing some
kind of silver and gold jumpsuit, and I guess you can say he
would have resembled Elvis.
Other than that, I mean, he didlook normal.

(07:01):
But this jumpsuit he had on wasanything but normal, I mean.
Later on it was taken to anearby military laboratory to be
tested and was found to beindestructible.
Like gunshots, they threw acidon it, they torched it with
flames, blades, drill bits.
Nothing even left the slightestmark on it.

(07:22):
And, oddly enough, it was verythin and lightweight.
It's almost like that materialthat they described in the
Roswell crash.
And yet this material kept thebody at an optimal temperature,
it was never too hot, it wasn'ttoo cold.
The material of which it wascomposed of was never identified

(07:44):
and it was nicknamed theMiracle Garment.
It was clothing that gaveabsolute, perfect protection.

Joe (07:51):
Yeah, and so he gets changed out of that and into
regular business attire and issecretly taken to the White
House to meet withthen-President Dwight Eisenhower
and then-Vice President RichardNixon.
So now the ET ET looks prettymuch likea completely regular
person.
This is when he gives his nameof Valiant Thor, or just Val for

(08:13):
short, and when asked where heis from, he says from the place
that our Bible calls the MorningStar.
And the president tries toclarify by asking him if he is
referring to the planet Venusand he says yes, venus, the
world in the solar systemclosest to ours and a place that
is completely uninhabitable toany life form.

(08:34):
It is 900 degrees Fahrenheitthere and has a sphere of sulfur
dioxide.
As of yet, nothing has beenfound to be living on Venus.
Now remember, valiant Thor camewith two other aliens, yet very
little, if anything, is saidabout them.
But he has a serious andinformative conversation with

(08:56):
the president.
So ol' Ike is intrigued by theLiberace kind of fellow and
wishes to know what it is thathe wants.
Why is he here?
And that's when Val explainsthat there is a high council, a
sort of federation of alienplanets that is seriously
concerned about humans havingdeveloped and proliferated
nuclear weapons.

(09:16):
He goes on to say that we havebeen watched by them for
thousands of years and that hecan be of assistance in helping
us with the problems that we'rehaving with war on this planet.
So, the president and his staff, they take a vow up on that and
request that he stay in theWhite House or somewhere close
by, maybe, the Pentagon, butalso ask that he join them on a

(09:41):
meeting, a gathering in a largeestate in Highbridge, New Jersey
, that belonged to someone namedHoward Menger, and there they
discuss ways to end hunger, disease, pollution and warfare.
And Val proclaims that in orderfor this to be achieved, there
must be a total disarmament ofnuclear weapons everywhere in
the world.

(10:02):
They, that being the humans, said that this is too drastic.
And well, it just ain't goingto happen, mr Alien man.

Laurie (10:11):
Well, I guess you know, if one country does it, they all
have to do it, and we justdon't trust one another.
So the US could give up theirnuclear weapons, but then Russia
won't give up all of theirs, and North Korea, and North Korea
and China, and so it all comesdown to trust.
I guess right.
But now some of you out thereare already giving a chuckle and

(10:33):
probably saying, yeah right, seeing UFOs and UAPs is one
thing, but saying three ETs weremet by cops and escorted
straight to militaryheadquarters in the White House
is in a completely differentball of wax altogether, and you
have every right to be skepticalabout this.
But like you said, joe, thereare aspects to this story that

(10:55):
are worth some consideration, like some things that exhibit
strange coincidences andcorrelations with other told
accounts.
And take this meeting in NewJersey, where Eisenhower takes
Valiant to meet with top-levelresearchers.
This may actually be a clue toanother ufology mystery, and

(11:15):
that is the existence of theMajestic 12.
Now, could those guys they'llmeet with be the ever-shadowy
group that is believed to be thesecret advisors set up by
President Truman, eisenhower'spredecessor, about the alien
activity on Earth?
Now, oddly enough, photographswere taken at this meeting, some

(11:35):
in color and some in black andwhite, and they were eventually
leaked.
It shows Valiant, thor and theother two ETs at an outdoor
gathering, and it's found outthat the names of these other
two aliens is Don, with two Nslike D-O-N-N, and Jill like Jack
and Jill.
Again, they look like regularpeople, like two Caucasian males

(11:57):
and one Caucasian female whowere dressed in the clothing of
the time.
But if this picture is one of abunch of special government
agents and officials and it wasnever supposed to be seen by the
public, then it may be showingwhat could be photographic proof
of the MJ-12 altogether, youknow, at somebody's house.

Joe (12:18):
Well, maybe even just people who were part of Blue
Book or the CIA, and no oneseems to stand out as being
recognizable in the pictures.
This could be a picture ofanything.
No one has come forward to saythat they are the ones who are
in it or that they were there.
Likewise, there are otherphotographs that are out there,
taken of individuals said to beValiant Thor, and in these

(12:40):
photographs, he looks differentthan in the ones of taken at
Highbridge, New Jersey.
It does not look like the sameperson, and in these
photographs, he looks differentthan in the ones of taking it uh
, hybrid, new jersey.
It does not look like the sameperson, so obviously his
identity cannot be confirmed, and no one can say who the
others are in that group.
So, it is sketchy.
But there is something to thisillusion made about a planetary
or galactic federation.

(13:00):
It has been brought up beforeand we've heard about it in
recent years, like by the formerCanadian Defense Minister,
peter Hellyer, and a formerIsraeli Space Director, Haim
Eshed, and of course, the wordcouncil.
When we hear that word itreferred to alien races and

(13:21):
that's been conflated throughliterary analysis to be
comparable to the council ofgods.
We've heard that before, particularly with the number of
them being 12, a council of 12,as in the Olympians, the
Apostles, the Zodiac.
We've talked about that beforeto quite an extent.

Laurie (13:40):
Yeah, and now something about the MJ-12, which we never,
when we talked about the MJ-12before and we did an entire
episode on them, we didn't.
I don't think we brought thisup, but there is a 24-page
memorandum that was provided tothe Dallas FBI field office in
1988.

(14:01):
In 1988.
And this was written 35 yearsprior to 1998, in which all the
names are listed of the peoplewho were part of the Majestic
12.
, and it also affirmed theexistence of Project Blue Book,
Grudge and Sign.
It even talked about the deathof an MJ-12 member and how he

(14:23):
was replaced by another member, and it mentioned Kenneth Arnold
and his sightings of thedisc-shaped objects skipping
across the sky and where theterm flying saucer was coined.
However, the document had theword bogus printed in black
marker across the pages thatdetailed those parts.

(14:44):
The problem with the word bogusbeing written on these pages is
there is no chain of custody asto show which agent or agents
had reviewed the memorandum todetermine it was somehow fake.
I think, though, that they didhave an agent's name redacted,
had some marker crossed out overhis name, but who is saying it

(15:08):
is?
You know this agent is sayingit is fake or bogus and, more
importantly.
You know, why would he put thaton there?
And if it is bogus, why was itin the FBI's position for so
many years?
Why not just shred it if it islegitimately determined as
invalid?
And the reason I'm bringingthat up now is to show how

(15:29):
sneaky our government can bewhen it comes to disclosing
things.
So you can review this 24-pagedocument for yourselves on the
FBI website at vaultfbigov slashmajestic 12.

Joe (15:44):
Yeah, these classified documents need to show some kind
of chain of custody, who hadthem and whose possession and
who did redact or amendsomething.
There has to be a pretty goodquality control process usually
forms that go along with wherethe documents are kept in a

(16:04):
library or a vault or somethingso that they know that somebody
doesn't walk in and grab it andtake it and do something to it
and put it back.
It's like evidence.
You have to have proof of whohad it at any given time and
there's an accountability forwhere it is.
And that seems to be lackingwith this memorandum here.
It seems like it could havejust come from anywhere and gone

(16:26):
anywhere, and somebody wentahead and just slapped the word
bogus on all the pages becauseit was released to the public
forum under a FOIA request sothat there would be plenty of
plausible deniability if anyquestions were to be raised or
ufologists were to start probinginto the names and backgrounds
of those individuals mentionedin the memorandum.
And the official position on itis right there.

(16:50):
The document has been deemed asbogus and therefore whatever it
says is invariable.
But you know it was after hisgathering in Highbridge, new
Jersey, that the account ofValiant Thor started to take a
rather bizarre turn.
It is then that Frank Stranges, the author of the work that
documents this whole account, and that's when he enters the

(17:10):
scene.

Laurie (17:13):
Right, and just to add to the whole bogus written
across the pages, there wasactual information in there
about the three projects theblue book, grudge and sign and
that was determined later on tobe true.
Like these things, theseprojects actually did exist and

(17:36):
it had the word bogus.
Whoever wrote the word boguswrote that across the page.
Even with that on there.
Even with that on there.
But what you're saying aboutFrank Strange is he was a
Christian, theologian, and hewas an evangelist and I think he
died in like late 2000 or early2000,.

Joe (17:56):
2008 maybe 2008,.

Laurie (17:58):
yeah, yeah, 2008.
And it is he who is chosen by.
For some reason, valiant Thorchooses him to help spread the
message of peace and disarmamentbecause he was intelligent and
open-minded.
So, as it was, someone at thatmeeting in New Jersey reached
out to Stranges and told himabout the secret photographs of

(18:20):
Valiant which he talked about insome of his sermons.
Eventually he was introduced toValiant Thor by someone from
the Pentagon and when Strangeswas brought into the room where
he was, vel graciously shook hishands and said hello, frank.
It's like he already seemed toknow everything about Stranges

(18:41):
and his life.
It is at this point that Veltells him that he needs his help
.
So obviously, stranges isamazed by this and asks Valiant
you know why me?
So Vel says it is because he isopen-minded and an evangelist
who tells masses of people aboutthe gospel of Jesus Christ.
So I mean, was Valiant Thor aChristian?

(19:03):
Yeah, an alien Christian?
I don't know.
But not only that.
Stranges was a big-timeufologist and he was a proponent
of the ancient astronaut theoryand he claimed to believe that
Jesus of Nazareth and all theangels and the demons were
actually extraterrestrials thatyou know incredible spectacles

(19:26):
of them found in the Bibledescriptions are of UFOs, and
keep in mind that this wasbefore Eric Von Daniken
published his initial work andZachariah Sitchin and his
initial work.
As we know, it is what got thewhole subject in the forefront
of contemporary discussionsabout this.

Joe (19:48):
Yes, so Valiant Thor's mission and yes, it does seem
like he is Christian becausehe's telling strangers that he
is interested in spreading thegospel of Jesus Christ.
And that is what strangers.
That's his career, and that iswhat Strange's.
That's his career.
So Valiant Thor's mission is tohelp the human race by showing
it the way to return to God and,in doing so, to share with it

(20:11):
the knowledge of all the wondersof the cosmos.
Now, frank Strange's career ofpreaching sermons and
prophesying to people seemed tomake him a good fit for this,
and he is said to have workedwith Val for three years
Interestingly, the same amountof time attributed to the
ministry of Jesus of Nazareth.
While Stranges is with Val, heis told that there are countless

(20:34):
planets throughout the universethat have intelligent life on
them, and he even takes Strangesto see his spaceship that is
called Victor One.
The one that took them on thistook them on quite a journey.
As you see, the ship wasn'tanywhere in Washington DC, but
instead it was hidden down inMexico.
So first Stranges flies to SanDiego, where he meets up with

(20:56):
Val, and then they drive toMexico, to San Felipe.
That's a good thousand milehaul driving through Mexico, and
there they go off a beaten pathto a secluded part of the beach
, and this is where Strangessees a 300 foot disc shaped
craft hovering above the water, and Val even takes him on board
and shows him around, andStranges described it as the

(21:19):
most tranquil and enlighteningexperience he ever had.
Now, this was in 1968, a yearafter he had already published
his book, but he mentioned thisin some of his later lectures.
So even after Val's missionwith Frank's strangers is over
in 1960, they are still in touchfor many years after that, and

(21:39):
supposedly the ship has sincebeen moved to a remote spot
somewhere off of Lake Mead inNevada and it is rumored that
thousands of people living inthat area are aware of it being
there.

Laurie (21:52):
Yeah, so one of the things that Valiant Thor shares
with Frank Strange is that hishome world of Venus is inhabited
, but no one on Earth knows that, because his race resides in
cities that are under thesurface.
So that is how they are said tobe able to survive the harsh
environment.
And he actually tells him thaton most worlds, the inhabitants

(22:17):
they all live underground, marsbeing one of them as well.
And this, of course, soundslike a reference found in the
Book of Enki of how the Martiandwellers made underground
facilities after the cataclysmicevents that devastated the
planet during the time of theAnunnaki, which was somewhere
between 5,000 to 10,000 yearsago.
In fact, vail even said thatEarth life is unique in that it

(22:42):
thrives on the surface and notunder it like on most other
planets.

Joe (22:47):
interesting, yeah, and you know we we try to be careful not
to spiral into any kind ofconspiracy theory here on this
show.
We always want to follow thefacts as they are known to us at
this point in time, andsometimes we don't have
established facts about aparticular idea.
What we have is hypothesis, andsome hypotheses are better than
others.

(23:08):
There are those pieces ofinformation that suggest aliens
may have bases under the surface, whether it be on Mars or Venus
, the Moon or even under ouroceans.
It is not evident.
There is no proof.
Could it be that one day itwill be found or discovered?
It definitely could.
Ipso facto, right now, such aconcept is not supported or

(23:31):
justified through reasonablededuction.
We speculate as far as theevidence allows us to go by way
of any logical analysis.

Laurie (23:41):
Right Now.
It should be noted that thereis another narrative that has
been floating around and basedon an article what Happened to
Valiant Thor on Indantecom,dated October 31st 2023,.
He was quickly taken to AndrewsAir Force Base in Maryland and
he stayed there for three years, more or less confined, and he

(24:04):
tried to get the Eisenhoweradministration to set up an
opportunity for him to addressthe UN General Assembly and talk
to all the world leaders, andthey almost allowed it until the
CIA stepped in to block it,fearing it could threaten the
American military posture in theCold War.
Now, remember, valiant Thordidn't look like an alien and if

(24:27):
the whole world saw hisphysical body, it could make our
adversaries raise, you know, our advisories, raise doubt or
even ridicule about oursuperiority.
As to where he went afterwards,it's unknown.
He possibly went back to hishome world and his ship and any
trace of him is completely gone.

(24:47):
And there are others who thinkthe Valiant Thor is now at Area
51, where he is as good as beingdisappeared, but is deeply
involved in the reverseengineering projects, without
any way to verify these stories.
His whereabouts is anybody'sguess.
Out any way to verify thesestories, his whereabouts is
anybody's guess.
However, you know you findbooks online that are published

(25:11):
about him and you know, but thenthat goes into these conspiracy
theories now of who he was, where he went and whatnot.
And I mean, is it just like theUS government and the CIA to,
just you know, step in a blockand use this fear?
You know that it could threatenthe American military posture.

Joe (25:27):
Yeah, supposedly you can actually find books by Valiant
Thor from Amazon right now.
I mean he writes books.
So the whole story aboutValiant Thor, particularly as
told by Frank Stranges, it getsvery problematic.
And according to Brian Dunningwith Skeptoidcom dated May 14,

(25:50):
2019, the good doctor is notconsidered to be a credible
individual as much as what hehas claimed on record about
himself.
It does not check out.
He said that he has twodoctorates right One in
psychology and one in philosophy, both from Faith Theological
Seminary in Florida, and whilethat is a real school, it does

(26:12):
not offer PhDs in those fields.
And later in his life he wenton to say that he had a third
doctorate, this one incriminology from a place called
the National Institute ofCriminology in Washington DC.
However, there is no such place.
There are a few by that name inEurope, but they do not offer
PhDs in criminology.

(26:33):
And another oddity about thebook Stranger at the Pentagon is
that it was published in 1967,ten years after Stranger said he
met Valiant Thor.
You have to wonder why hewaited so long to write about
him.
He did write other books andtalked a lot about UFOs and
alien life within that time, butnever mentioned Valiant Thor.

(26:53):
We have to remember that he wasan evangelist and he believed
that the theme of ETs being hereon Earth both in the past and
the present was a way to deliverthe gospel of Jesus.
And indeed this notion fitswell within the ancient alien
theory.
Right, we've been saying thathere for quite some time, but it
doesn't take long to realizethat the whole story he used for

(27:17):
his book is one that hasalready been told.
It actually almost perfectlymirrors the alien Kauatu in the
day the earth stood still and insome ways, the main character
Valentine in Heinlein's Strangerin a Strange Land.
So again, his aim at writing abook about Valiant Thor was to

(27:37):
bring people to God.

Laurie (27:39):
Well, to this day no one knows who or what Valiant Thor
is and there is virtually nocorroborating evidence for Frank
Strange's account.
But there is another person whois said to have met Valiant
Thor, not in the 50s or 60s butmore like in the 70s and 80s,

(27:59):
and we've brought him up beforeas one who said he witnessed a
battle between the US militaryand aliens out near Dulce, New
Mexico, and that guy is PhilSnyder, the engineer who claims
he was involved in theconstruction of an underground
base.
In addition to saying thatthere is extraterrestrial
hardware all over the Earth, healso said that he had seen and

(28:21):
spoken with Valiant Thor.
But now his description ofValiant Thor, his physical
appearance, is a littledifferent than what Frank
Strange and Harley Bird haddescribed.
So to Snyder, he was veryfair-complicted like, very tall
and slender, and he had blondehair and communicated more

(28:43):
through telepathy.
So he was more like a Nordic, aPalladian.
However, he carried the samemessage of goodwill and genuine
concern for Earth's calamities.

Joe (28:54):
Yeah, and also Harley Bird.
His version doesn't hold up toowell under scrutiny either.
He was on Coast to Coast AMwith Art Bell back in the day,
back in I believe it was 1995.
And the interview he had withHarley started to take some
weird turns in which Harley wasnot able to verify or

(29:15):
corroborate anything.
He was saying false informationabout his life and his Navy
career and his relation to hisuncle, admiral Byrd.
Nothing he was saying wasadding up and Art was finding
that out in the interview on theradio.
And this was in particular withregard to his age in 1957, when

(29:39):
he would have met Valiant Thor.
As that time frame that he wassaying wasn't jiving with what
he was saying as being a kidnephew to Admiral Byrd, the
times just didn't add up.
So this was caught on theinterview on Coast to Coast AM.
So this obviously raises somedoubt to the overall

(30:00):
truthfulness of the accountabout Valiant Thor.

Laurie (30:04):
And also Laura Eisenhower, the
great-granddaughter of theaccount about Valiant Thor, and
also Laura Eisenhower, thegreat-granddaughter of the late
president Dwight Eisenhower, hasclaimed to have met Valiant
Thor.
However, her statements arealmost identical to the ones
made by Frank Stranges andHarley Bird, so it's almost like
she is merely repeating whatshe had already heard from them.
So unfortunately, there are somecredibility issues with those

(30:27):
who say they met Bell.
But that is not to say that thewhole thing was a complete,
100% fabrication, and we'vepointed out a few times how this
period of the 1950s and 60s wasmarked by technological
advances the world has neverbefore seen.
Now, nasa was founded just 18months after the date that

(30:47):
Valiant Thor was introduced tothe Eisenhower administration
and the American jump into spacetravel and engineering
hyper-achievement was wellunderway and we have to ask if
there could be a correlationbetween the two.
And perhaps, but it may be justas sensible to assume that such

(31:09):
an innovation or an innovativepivoting point happened because
of the recovery of the Roswellspacecraft just 10 years prior
to this, and we said before thatthat transition happened
overnight.
I mean not in a literal sense, but through the 1950s decade the

(31:30):
US military goes through rapidtransitions, not only because of
Roswell, but because ofOperation Paperclip that brought
over German scientists frompost-war to Europe.
Guys like you know, werner vonBraun.

Joe (31:45):
Right, and we see that there were many other factors
and players that contributed toall of that.
So we have to ask if therewould be some kind of connection
between the narratives aboutalien technology and alien
bodies being kept at militaryinstallations and with what the
intelligence community waspropagandizing through their own
channels as part of the normalsort of psyops that was taking

(32:09):
place during the Cold War.
Is that where the tale ofValiant Thor really originates?
Now, while much of the wholenarrative does seem far-fetched
and even a little bitpreposterous, there is a certain
detail that is uncannilytelling at least I think so and
that is the content from DwightEisenhower's farewell address

(32:30):
given in 1961, just before JohnF Kennedy was inaugurated.
This speech has been given a lotof scrutiny over the years, as
it seems to have been a messagefor the ages.
It is a warning about themilitary-industrial complex.
This was only one year afterValiant Thor's mission is said
to have ended, and this speechgiven by the president seems to

(32:52):
echo Vow's very words about thedangers of weapons proliferation
that could cause a disastrouseconomic imbalance in the world.
So this seemed to be like a180-degree turnaround for
Eisenhower, whose entire lifeand his entire career was
centered on the understanding ofabsolute military might so as
to win wars.
And here he is warning thepowers in Washington about risks

(33:16):
of the US becoming too powerfuland too rich from the
profit-building of weaponsresearch and development for the
armed forces.
And this happens during theheight of the Cold War and with
the Americans still behind theRussians in space technology.
So Ike got some criticism fromthe Pentagon, the CIA and
Congress for suggesting that weshould somehow slow down our

(33:38):
military proliferation in theface of nuclear threat.
So we have to ask why did hehave such a quick change of
heart right at the very end ofhis presidency?

Laurie (33:47):
Yeah right.
Well, added to that is thisidea of a council or a
federation.
President Ronald Reagan evenhinted at that in his 1985
meeting with Miguel Gorbachev inGeneva by saying that the
Americans and Soviets would putaside their you know differences

(34:08):
, their pity differences, andfully cooperate with each other
if there was ever an alieninvasion or an alien threat.
Now, of course, we're allfamiliar with the Federation of
Planets, like what is mentionedin Star Trek.
Right, in that worldview thereare no more wars.
Humans have put aside theirpity differences and joined
together to reach the stars atAstra.

(34:29):
But you know, we have to takeeverything into consideration
before we make a conclusion, andone of the things is that
important people, world leadersand top officials have openly
described it and top officialshave openly described it Well
Haim Eshed, who I brought upearlier.

Joe (34:51):
He was once the chief of space security and he had that
position for 28 years over inIsrael, and he stated publicly
that the US government has beenin contact with
extraterrestrials for 70 years, going back to the 1950s and
1940s, and there was a programin place to assist humans in
becoming a space-faringcivilization.

(35:12):
However, he also said that thenthey will not reveal who they
are to the world, that being thealien races.
Pity to that.
And as it is 70 years ago, thatwas a time when a lot of these
things were happening.
The 1950s is just loaded withall kinds of narratives

(35:33):
concerning UFOs and militarystrategic projection and space
technology.
So could Valiant Thor have beenpart of it?
Probably.
Was he an alien?
Probably not.
Something about this wholestory tells me no.

Laurie (35:48):
Well, I'm glad you brought that up, because Eric
Davis, an American physicist, said publicly that they have
technology that was not of thisearth, not made by human hands.
This, along with other notesjotted down on papers, where
Eric Davis and two otherscientists talked about having a

(36:09):
program where they were tryingto exploit the technology from
an intact craft that could flyand that it was impossible for
it to have come from anothercountry, and this was all stated
publicly as part of thePentagon's UAP Task Force task
force meeting.
Um luis elizondo was was alsothere, and and others, and

(36:30):
there's like 364 pages of thismeeting that you know I'm
currently trying to read overright now.

Joe (36:36):
You know, maybe we'll do an episode on that meeting soon
yeah, well, you know, one thingthat I will say about all this,
for whatever it it's worth, isthat Frank Stranges never
recanted anything in his book, never up to the time of his
death.
Nor has he ever deviated fromthe specific details, and they
do get very specific.
He gets into the conversationshe had with Val, he never

(37:00):
deviates from that, and whilenone of this has ever been
verified, it has also never beenconclusively debunked.
So, like always, you, theaudience, must decide.
Is there enough preponderanceof evidence to support the
belief that Valiant Thor was anactual ET?
Eh, let's just say I wouldn'tblame someone for thinking no.

Laurie (37:23):
Right, Well, that's what you know, that's what the whole
mystery about it that's whywe're here to talk about that's
why we're here to talk about it.
Yeah so, but anyway, great, uh,great discussion, joe, as
always, and uh.
So just a friendly reminder toeveryone out there that our
novel was uh available.
Uh, Battle Planet A.

D (37:44):

Check it out at Amazon andBarnes and Noble, and we hope
you pick up a copy and let usknow your thoughts on it.

We also have a monthlynewsletter where we put a blog
on our website to talk about thetopics that we're going over
