Who has not felt stuck in theirlife?
Who has not felt stagnant andstale and just going?
Oh my gosh, what do I do next?
Just frozen in fear.
If you're like me, you've beenthere before, and I think you
have, because I don't knowanybody in the course of their

life who has not felt stuck.
So today I'm going to keep thisshort and sweet and I'm going
to give you simple yet powerfulsteps to use right now to turn
the page and start fresh.
Number one release what is nolonger serving you.
I know this sounds obvious, butso many of us need to let go of

old energies, of old beliefsystems and patterns that are
keeping us stuck?
What is keeping you stuck rightnow?
Grab a journal or engage in areflective meditation that can
help you identify those limitingbeliefs or unresolved emotions.
And this is a question I loveleading with.

Ask yourself, what am I holdingonto that is no longer aligned
with who?
I want to become Powerful, andit's so poignant.
This step requires completehonesty and vulnerability as you

pinpoint the emotional baggage,toxic relationships or outdated
mindsets.
The act of releasing isessential for creating space for
new energy to flow in, andthat's what we want.
We want the new out with theold and with the new.
There you go, so I'm going togive you an action tip that you

can do right now to help shiftyou into the state of releasing
all that is not serving you.
Are you ready?
Okay, so write down everythingyou're ready to release.
Just start jotting it down,just one by one.
What are you ready to release?
Basically, let it go by burningthe paper which is symbolizing
(03:02):
the clearing of old energy.
I utilize this a lot in mywomen's sacred experiences, and
how I do it is I have a big,huge burn bowl and I have Bay
leaves and you take a marker andyou're just going to write on
the Bay leave what it is thatyou are ready to let go.
You're ready to purge.

We all have areas in our lifethat are no longer serving us
right, like what is no longerserving you right now.
You know it at the core.
You know it's not serving you,yet you keep holding on to it
Because, let's face it, theunfamiliar is scary.
The familiar is safe, so tospeak and I'm using that in
(03:47):
quotation marks the familiarseems safe, the unfamiliar seems
scary.
So we're going to change that.
We're going to release thefamiliar that is no longer
serving you.
It's no longer aligned with whoyou want to become.

Number two reframe your mindset.

You know, once you've clearedout the old energy, it's time to
shift your perspective.
Being stuck often comes fromfocusing on what's no longer
working or feeling like there'sno way out.
So we're going to reframe theselimiting beliefs.
We're going to reframe thesethought patterns by looking for

new possibilities andopportunities for growth.
That's what we're doing.
It's a mindset shift.
It's a reframing.
I'm going to give you someright now that are going to help
you In my book, chapter seven,and I'm going to give you some
right now that are going to helpyou in my book, chapter seven.
I'm going to reference a few soyou can learn how to do this
right now.

All right, let's go through afew of them that are pretty
common.
So reframing the way youperceive and interpret
situations.
Disempowered belief what if Iregret this?
We're going to reframe it to anempowered belief, which is what

if this sets me free?
Hallelujah, heck, yeah.
What if this sets me free?
Think about that.
Think about, energeticallyspeaking, how that feels when
you hear that question.
What if I regret this?
Gosh, doesn't that feel scary?
It feels filled with fear andlack and limitation.

Now listen to this.
What if this sets me free?
Expansion, evolution, space,abundance that's what that
question feels like.
So that's a great example ofreframing.
Another one disempowered belief.
I'm not good enough.

I mean, that alone just soundsicky.
I'm not good enough.
Here's the empowered belief forthat one.
I am constantly learning andgrowing.
I can achieve greatness througheffort and persistence.
Yes, expansion, possibility,abundance, solution-based
(06:42):
thinking that's what we're doinghere.
And lastly, I love this one I'mtoo old to pursue my dreams.
Who the heck told you that?
It's never too old, friends?
Empowered belief, for that one,it's never too late.
Each stage of life bringsopportunities and I can create
(07:08):
anything I want in any season oflife.
I desire anything I want in anyseason of life I desire.
(07:40):
There's so many more in my book.

Yes, friends, reframing yourmindset is going to be the
biggest blessing of your life.
It's going to be the mostimportant process in creating

your whole new reality, becausewe are deleting all those old
programs that you have juststacked in there, day after day,
month after month, year afteryear, stacking negative beliefs
and thought patterns that are nolonger serving you.
So let's reboot, let's reset,let's take all that info and

throw it out in the garbage andwe're going to come back in and
you're going to practiceself-compassion and you're going
to remind yourself that everychallenge is temporary and can
also offer you valuable lessonsalong the way, if you allow it.
So action tip for this onereplace any negative self-talk

with affirmations, for example,I'm stuck.
Two I am in the process oftransformation or new
opportunities are on their wayto me right now.
Yes, say it with me, sistersand brothers, say it with me
(09:12):
friends.
I am in the process oftransformation, new
opportunities are on their wayto me right now.
Reframe your mindset and youwill see a completely different
reality.
You will start viewing lifethrough a totally different lens
(09:33):
, and a lens of abundance andprosperity and opportunity and
solutions.
Number three take aligned action.
This is big.
Clarity comes with movement,because clarity comes with
(09:57):
movement.
So, after shifting your mindset, take small, aligned steps
toward your new goals and vision.
Even if it's the smallest ofsmalls in your daily routine or
a new habit that you're forming,action helps break the inertia.
It's so important to choosesteps that align with your
values and the person you'rebecoming, because you want the
(10:22):
change to feel authentic andsustainable.
So I don't care how small it is, even if it's a different route
you take to work every day.
You're driving in the car andyou're just on autopilot every
morning, cup of coffee in hand,listening to whatever, and
you're just on autopilot.
Interrupt, interrupt thepattern, interrupt the whole
(10:44):
process.
Right there.
That is a small change, a smallshift in interrupting the
pattern.
Take a different route to work,see a new landscape, listen to
a new podcast or somethingmotivational.
One of my favorite people andhe's been on the podcast is
Eddie Pinero.
He has a whole library ofmotivation and inspiration, a

great way to just plug it inyour brain and begin resetting
and rebooting in a positivemindset and direction.
So, action step for this one.
Set one or two small,achievable goals for the week
that will move you forward.
And this is really important.

Celebrate each accomplishment,celebrate those small wins every
day, no matter how teeny, tinythey may seem and or
insignificant to you.
No, we are reprogramming, weare creating new neural pathways
, we are showing you what ispossible.

We are showing you what ispossible.
We are proving to self that,yes, I can show up, I can do
this, I can make shifts in mylife, I can get unstuck right
now, today.
The teeniest, smallest of stepsevery single day.
Maybe it's a two-minutemeditation to feel really good,

maybe you just turn on somereally fun music that just gets
you going and you just dance inyour house before you leave.
Whatever that looks like for you, just start doing something
different.
Maybe it's eating somethinghealthier, which is for most
people.
You, at the end of the day,know what is healthy and what's

not.
People do.
And if you really don't have aclue in what it's like to eat a
clean, healthy lifestyle and wehave YouTube we have a lot of
wonderful people out there thatare helping educate the
population on how to eat healthy.
Hate to break it to you, butfast food is a heck.

No.
So much fillers, so manychemicals and stuff.
You don't even know whatthey're making it with Seed oils
, I mean all this crap.
So, yes, if you want to geteducated, go to YouTube.
Plug in healthy diet, whateverit takes.
I'm just giving you an examplethat, even if you don't have the

money to hire a coach or atrainer in that department, you
still have access to freeinformation.
Get started, get going, makeyour list, because with these
three steps release, reframe andtaking action, reframe and

taking action you createmomentum for a lasting
transformation.
You'll feel empowered right nowto start turning the page and
embrace the fresh start that youdeserve.
