Welcome to the very first episode of Sunday Soul Drop - a new weekly ritual inside the Aligned + Alive podcast.

Every Sunday, you’ll be guided through a powerful meditation designed to help you release what’s heavy, reconnect with your truth, and begin your week grounded, clear, and fully you.

In today’s Soul Drop, we return to self.

This meditation is an invitation to drop the attachments - expectations, pressure, comparison, and come back home to the only place that truly matters: the seat of your soul.

You’ll be guided through:

  • A release to let go of what no longer serves you
  • A return to your inner sanctuary, rooted in peace, stillness, and presence
  • Closing affirmations to carry this energy into the week ahead

When you drop the attachments… you return to the truth of who you are.

This is your moment. This is your reset. This is your Sunday Soul Drop.

Listen to this episode when:

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or disconnected
  • You want to start the week with intention and clarity
  • You need a soul reset - fast, potent, and real

things should be, because whenyou release what you've been
gripping, holding onto sotightly, that's when you can
allow space to return toyourself and to reconnect.

(01:06):
It's a space to release, toremember and to not add on
anything more.
We're actually letting go.
So let's drop in together bygently closing your eyes,
softening your breath, andsettle into wherever you are.
Take a deep breath in andexhale again.

(01:36):
Take a deep breath in andexhale, letting your body be
held.
Let this moment be enough.
With each breath in, imagineyour body softening more and

(02:05):
more, melting into the earthbeneath you Feel your feet heavy
and rooted, your spine tall andsteady like an ancient tree.
You are safe here, you arefully held here.

(02:31):
Now, in your mind's eye, beginto walk through a forest.
The light is soft filtered bytall trees above you.
The air is rich with scent pine, cedar earth and with every

(02:53):
step you feel more and moregrounded, more and more
connected.
You notice the breeze kissingyour skin.
You hear birds in the distance.
You feel the pulse of Gaiabeneath you, alive and vibrant.

(03:20):
This forest is not separatefrom you, it is you.
Every root, every leaf, everybreeze reflects your own inner
landscape.

(03:40):
And as you keep walking andwalking, you feel more and more
connected.
You come upon a small clearing.

(04:03):
A soft patch of moss awaits youand you sit here, letting
yourself be still, lettingyourself be known, and in this

(04:25):
stillness, notice what you'vebeen carrying, let it come
forward gently.
No judgment, just observation.

(04:47):
And now, as if placing heavystones on the forest floor,
begin to release, letting go ofthe pressure to be anywhere but
here, letting go of the noiseand any attachments to the past.

(05:17):
Let the earth hold its what youno longer need and just feel
yourself coming back to center, connecting in the seat of your

(05:38):
soul, dropping the mask, dropping the obligations, the
expectations, dropping thetension.
Sink into the stillness, rooted, real and reconnected.

(06:11):
Now imagine the earthwhispering to you.
You don't need to be more, youonly need to remember you belong

(06:39):
, you are already whole.
Allow her words to land deeply, let them fill the space inside
you that's been waiting toexhale, taking a deep breath in

(07:28):
and exhale, allowing yourself toreturn with grace, feeling

(08:38):
deeply rooted, safe, present,held, supported.
When you drop the attachments, you create space to remember,
remember who you are underneathit all.
Just allow yourself a moment tobreathe into that space.
It's quiet here, it's wise hereand it's all yours.

(09:03):
Take a few breaths here, inthis space, breathing deeply and

(09:46):
exhaling completely.
No fixing, no force, no forcejust being.
And repeat quietly after me Idrop what I no longer need, I am
home in myself.
I feel fully supported,supported.

(10:10):
I release all that no longerserves me with love.
The answers I've been seekingare already within me.
I sink into the seat of my souland feel fully supported.

(10:38):
I return to myself with grace.
I am rooted, I am real, I amfree.

(10:59):
And take one last deep breathin through the nose and exhaling
gently through the mouth, andbegin to bring your awareness

(11:27):
back to the space around you, wiggle your fingers and your
toes and, when you're ready, slowly open your eyes.
You are back, but you're notthe same.
You've returned with morestillness, more strength, more
