My life was figured out at a young age. I was going to become a lawyer and help people and change the world - simple, right? Of course that's not how things turned out. Although becoming a lawyer gave me status and money, it didn't fulfill a deeper urge... to make a difference in this world. The reason I became a lawyer was to help others, but that was far from the reality of high stress and low impact work. In 2018 I was suffering from uncontrollable stress, anxiety, and depression as a result of my career. In today's episode, I am sharing the exact steps and choices I made to become an online coach and why it was the 100% the best decision I made for myself and my future.
