118: Overcoming All or Nothing Thinking + the Shiva-Shakti Dance

In continuation of honoring this month's series for Mental Health Awareness Month, this epsiode unlocks another aspect of our own internal struggle with all or nothing thinking and how this plays a role in triggering trauma or emotional disregulation.

I touch on the Tantric framework of polarity + bring to light the the Cosmic Couple, Shiva and Shakti, that exist in all of creation, and within ourselves!

What happens when you lean too heavily into masculine construct of Shiva, or the feminine in Shakti, and say with conviction THIS IS THE WAY (or the only way) is to lose touch with half of its entire existence! If you're already lost, I clarify all this in the episode!

The secret to healing + elevating your consciousness exists in knowing, honoring, and LIVING in both realities, and learning how to "live in the grey".
