He's been vegan for 6 years and runs a vegan coaching company through the website www.fitvegans.com working which he has worked with over 200 hundred clients in 20 countries. Florian was a big meat eater but changed his lifestyle after being gifted and reading the book called Eating Animals by Jonathan Safran Foer.
