Rosemary Started her career young in childcare and swimming instruction which led her to an Assistant/Nanny position at Parker's Beauty Bar. After completing beauty school Rosemary purchased Parker’s Beauty Bar and has transformed it into what is now… Foils Beauty Lounge, which is focused with mamas and kids in mind. She specializes in creating “Lived in Blonds” and can transform an entire wedding party with her skills as a makeup artist & hairstylist.
Rosemary is having her first baby!...a little boy coming May 2024!
