All is Not Lost
I Volunteered for a Past Life Regression-Here's What Happened
*Connect with me
Even though I live my life in the realm of the paranormal and use my psychic abilities to guide most decisions in my life, I would still consider myself more on the side of skeptic. I’m not a full-blown believer in all things outside the realm of what most would call “normal”. I can’t help but look for alternate explanations for things and I definitely look for “proof” whenever I can. I think this keeps me on my toes as a psychic medium and I think it keeps me humble.
Past life regressions are no different, in that as fascinating as they seem, I’ve always been a skeptic. I’ve had many opportunities over the years to have my past lives read, but I’ve always declined. For one reason, I was worried I would somehow be disappointed, but more importantly, I was worried there would be no “proof” that I was visiting an actual “past life”.
Reincarnation has been studied by parapsychologists with the conclusion being that there just isn’t enough “proof” that the information isn’t coming from alternative sources; the collective consciousness, TV, books, memories, dreams, etc. The only studies on reincarnation that have turned out to be considered real are the ones done on very young children-who haven’t lived long enough to have built up a memory bank, and, more importantly, who have been able to provide verifiable information.
Considering all of this, I had decided that I didn’t want to spend the money on a past life regression, yet, recently, I was given the opportunity to be a volunteer for one. I thought, well, there’s no harm in being a volunteer, as not only would it help the student facilitating the session, but I could see what it was like without investing anything more than my time.
Let me just say this-I’m so glad that I did it! The result wasn’t exactly what I expected, because honestly I had no expectations, but I DID get something out of the experience that I hadn’t even realized I would get.
I hope you enjoy listening as I describe exactly what happened, what I saw, and what I learned from the session. If you have any questions or comments, please be sure to reach out. I’m curious about how others see the topic of past life regression and am always open to learning more.
