A friend of mine made the statement "I forgot how to live. I am simply surviving." That struck a chord in me as I myself was walking through postpartum and it got me thinking of the many women who may have said this exact statement, thought it or are currently feeling it. In this episode I share some heavy truths of postpartum and the reality of choosing your hard. The dark side of postpartum, while real, it is ultimately a choice to live in the pit or working until you get out of it. I also share more on the importance of sabbaticals and especially disconnecting from social media during the first couple months of postpartum.
