In the second episode of All The Things, The Magical Cartographers weigh in on the actual “Exit Interview” questions posed to KJ after she left her full-time position as manager in a corporate mental healthcare setting.

• Exit Interview Question #7: Is there anything that would have changed your mind about leaving? 
• Why aren’t these questions explored during the employee’s tenure? 
• What is the amount of time that passes in between making the decision to leave and actually leaving?
• Choosing to Stay or Leave: An especially poignant decision working women consider every single day. 
• What if an annual evaluation question were: “Why do you choose to stay?”. 
• What if there was a reframe to reflect value and appreciation instead of shame and demoralization?
• When did our relational model shift to transactional and disconnected, away from humanistic and communal?
