My guest this week is Nick Clayhton, someone I met in graduate school when we were both studying for our Masters in Organizational Development. We reconnected a few years ago when Nick was leaving his “day job” for his new venture as an executive coach and consultant to small and medium sized businesses. He’s now a part of my monthly Coaches Cohort, where we connect, share our progress and challenges, and generally support one another.
