One of the most well received episodes from last season was with John Vignola and if you haven’t heard his first interview, briefly, he spoke about his journey from a severe back injury in the 1990’s to taking a chance with the Pilates Method. He saw many specialists who helped a little or not at all. Then with a few little nudges from me, his SIL (sister in law) he discovered the power of the Method and how it helped him become pain-free. Today, he’s back to talk about his full recovery! And I'd like to add, it's not just because JV is family, his message to all of us is a powerful reminder about committing to our health.
