Unlocking your body's natural healing potential might be simpler than you think. Peptides—those tiny chains of amino acids that serve as your body's natural messengers—are revolutionizing how we approach wellness, weight management, healing, and even cognitive health.

Unlike pharmaceutical medications that flood your system with foreign compounds, peptides work through precision signaling, telling your body exactly what to do without disrupting other functions. This targeted approach explains why they deliver remarkable benefits with minimal side effects. While many people now recognize peptides through weight loss treatments like Ozempic and Mounjaro (GLP-1 agonists), their potential extends far beyond shedding pounds.

The real magic happens when peptides are strategically combined. For weight management, lower doses of GLP-1s paired with muscle-preserving and visceral fat-targeting peptides deliver healthier, more sustainable results than pharmaceutical megadoses. For healing, compounds like BPC-157 and TB500 work in concert to reduce inflammation while accelerating tissue repair—whether you're recovering from surgery, managing arthritis, or bouncing back from intense workouts. Growth hormone peptides restore what naturally diminishes with age, supporting everything from sleep quality to tissue regeneration. Perhaps most exciting are the cognitive peptides that cross the blood-brain barrier to potentially prevent neurodegenerative conditions and enhance mental performance.

What makes peptide therapy truly revolutionary is its personalized approach. Through specialized assessments that analyze your specific health concerns, lifestyle, and goals, practitioners can now create customized peptide protocols tailored precisely to your needs. Ready to discover what peptides could do for your health journey? Visit NudaLabs.com to take their quick assessment and find the peptide combinations that might transform your wellness from the inside out.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, friends, and welcome to another episode of
All Things Skin, and today we'retalking about wellness.
It is kind of my new obsession,as many of you know, and today
we are talking about acollaboration that I have with a
dear friend named Dr Nick Ogleand his beautiful wife Chani,

(00:22):
who have co-created a companycalled NUDA Peptide Therapeutics
with me and we are partneringtogether to bring the safest,
most advanced peptide technologyand treatment methodology to
premier dermatology, aestheticsand wellness.
So I cannot wait to talk to youtoday about peptides, because

(00:46):
I'm personally taking peptidesand they've kind of changed my
universe.
We will be having a futurepodcast where we bring my
partners in to talk about howpeptides have changed their
universe and why we havepartnered together.
But today I want to just giveyou a little background on what
peptides are, what the differentreally you know big categories

(01:10):
of peptides are and which oneswithin those categories do
specifically what they do inyour body.
So let's give it a start.
So, first of all, what is apeptide?
So I'm going to play a littlevideo here so that you can
listen to the discussion, andthen I'm going to talk to you a

(01:33):
little bit more about what apeptide is.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
Peptides the building blocks of a revolution in
health optimization.
Peptides are short chains ofamino acids, the natural
messengers of the body, regulating essential functions.
Unlike medications that alterbiochemistry or supplements that
provide nutrients, peptideswork by signaling the body to
take action.
Found naturally in the body, peptides send signals to trigger

(01:59):
healing, improve cognitivefunction and support gut health.
Improve cognitive function andsupport gut health.
Some well-known peptidesinclude GLP-1, now known as
Ozempic Manjaro, and others usedfor weight loss and blood sugar
control.
Bpc-157 is known for gut health, tissue healing and many other
benefits.

(02:19):
Peptides aren't new.
Insulin, the first peptidetherapy, was discovered over a
century ago.
Today, scientific advancementsare unlocking their full
potential, paving the way formore targeted and effective
applications.
From anti-aging and weight lossto cognitive function and
recovery.
Peptides offer precision-basedtherapy with fewer side effects

(02:42):
than many pharmaceuticals.
Backed by science, peptides areshaping the future of
personalized medicine.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
So, as the video said , peptides are these tiny little
molecules that are theprecursors to protein.
They're just little tiny chainsof amino acids that, when they
are injected into your body, they go to specific places to
turn on and turn off switches.
In some cases they turn offyour appetite, like as the GLP-1

(03:20):
.
So a lot of people have beentaking GLP-1s like semaglutide,
terzepatide, manjaro, all ofthese others that are out there
now to really lose weight.
But what we don't realize isthat there are also a lot of
peptides out there that can helpyou maintain muscle mass.
They can turn on growth hormonesecretion.
When growth hormone goes away, they can turn off inflammation.

(03:42):
They can do lots of things inyour body very specifically
without causing lots of otherside effects, which is what is
really really amazing.
Most of the pharmaceuticalmedications that we take, you
know, they go into our stomach, they get absorbed into our whole
body and they have all kinds ofeffects on cells and they have
all kinds of other interactionswith other medications.

(04:04):
But peptides, because they arealready natural endogenous
things that your body is used tothat are signaling proteins and
signaling peptides theyactually target very key things
that are happening in yoursystem without causing side
effects, without causing druginteractions and without causing

(04:25):
a lot of the other potentialnegatives that a lot of the
pharmaceutical medications can.
So what we have found is that alot of times, using peptides in
conjunction with each other, like the GLP-1s, a lot of our
patients use them at very highdose that the pharmaceutical
industry was recommending, andpatients lost weight very, very

(04:46):
quickly.
They also lost muscle mass.
They also lost bone massbecause that rapid weight loss
was not really healthy.
So now what we're learning isthat those GLP-1 peptides can
now be used in a much smallerdose.
Maybe you can use them alsowith other peptides that help to
you to maintain your musclemass and help you to maybe

(05:08):
mobilize the fat that's in yourvisceral area, which is the fat
around your organs, which is themost important fat for
elimination if you want to havelongevity the fat in our
subcutaneous tissue.
Of course, we want to eliminatea lot of that too if we feel
like we're overweight and we'renot at our goal weight.
But the really dangerous fat isthe visceral fat, the fat

(05:32):
around your organs, and thereare actually peptides that can
actually target that fat andhelp your body get rid of that.
So I'm going to talk to youabout several different
categories of peptides today, and the first one we're going to
start with is the metabolic andweight loss management peptides
.
These peptides help supporthealthy metabolism, fat

(05:52):
utilization and appetiteregulation, and they work
through these natural processesthat your body has always used,
rather than forcing theseunsustainable changes that you
might get with, say, intermittent fasting or a full
vegan diet or full you knowmaybe you want to go paleo.
There's lots of different dietsout there, but they're not

(06:15):
really sustainable in a lot ofways, and so peptides can
actually suppress your desire toeat, but then they can also
help your body to really storemuscle and to get rid of the
dangerous fat.
So let's talk about some ofthese peptides that are out on
the market right now.
There's trisepatide, which isMojaro.

(06:37):
It is a combination of a GIPand a GLP-1 receptor agonist, so
it supports blood sugarregulation, appetite control and
metabolic health.
There's also semiglutide, whichis juiced, a GLP-1 receptor
agonist, and that's Ozempic, regovi and now Rebelsis, and

(06:57):
those are the ones that actuallyhave a pharmaceutical company
that has created these drugs.
There are also compoundedversions of these medications
that are very safe and that youcan actually use in much lower
doses so that you don't get theslowing of the GI tract that you
can often get with higher dosesof these medications.

(07:18):
Often with the lower doses youdon't get the nausea but you
also get the long-term metaboliceffects at these lower doses
that your body intended to havethese peptides used for.
These peptides are actuallymade in your GI tract in tiny,
tiny doses.
So I think the mistake that hasbeen made in the pharmaceutical

(07:39):
industry is we have givenpeople massive doses of these
medications that then cause alot of the slowing of the
gastric emptying, so that peopleyou know have a lot of reflux,
maybe not great absorption, andreally the beautiful thing about
taking them at lower doses isthat you don't have those side

(08:00):
effects but you get all of thebenefits.
And when you combine them withother peptides like AOD-9604,
which was originally developedfor fat loss, it actually helps
mobilize the fat in your bodywithout affecting your blood
sugar, which is kind of magical.
And then there's also ametabolic and weight loss

(08:20):
management peptide called MOTC.
That is a mitochondrial derivedpeptide.
As you remember mitochondriaprobably you remember this from
like eighth grade science themitochondria is the powerhouse
of your cell.
So what this peptide does is ithelps to support mitochondria,
and your mitochondria isresponsible for all of the

(08:41):
energy production in every cellof your body and every organ in
your body.
So if we can support thatmetabolic health in every part
of your body while we're alsosuppressing your desire to eat
and then also mobilizing thedangerous fat, then we can
really get amazing resultswithout the negative side

(09:04):
effects that we get from some ofthese peptides alone.
So we can get improved glucosemetabolism, enhanced fat
utilization, appetite regulation, metabolic support and also
overall body composition support.
So really exciting what we cando with the combination of some

(09:25):
of these peptides.
There are also peptides that arepretty incredible for healing
and regeneration, and thesepeptides support tissue repair,
reduce inflammation, acceleratewound healing and recovery.
Maybe you had a really hardworkout, maybe you actually have
had a surgery that you reallyneed to recover from, and these

(09:47):
peptides work through multiplepathways to really improve
healing and help your body tojust recreate that homeostasis,
that healthy living environment,so that your body can repair
and really recover from anything, any kind of stress out there
that you have placed on yourbody.
So BPC-157 is also called BodyProtection Compound 157, and it

(10:13):
has shown remarkable healingproperties, not only for the
skin, the nerve tissue and thegut, but any inflammatory
process in the body.
It can help you recovertremendously.
Tb500 is derived from thenaturally occurring thymus.
It is a gland that helpsregulate your hormones, and it

(10:35):
plays a vital role in cellularmigration and tissue healing.
So there are a group ofpeptides that are really
responsible for helping yourbody heal and regenerate, and
that can you know.
Anything can cause the injury.
Maybe it's a really hardworkout, maybe you've had a
major trauma or a serious injuryfrom a biking incident, or

(10:58):
you've torn a muscle, or maybeyou've had surgery and you know
your knee has been replaced oryour hip has been replaced and
your body just really needs torecover.
There are several peptides thatwill specifically go.
If you inject them into yourbody, they will specifically go
to the area where your bodyneeds to get repaired.
Your body needs to getrejuvenated, your body needs to

(11:21):
heal, your body needs to healand will really help your body
to calm down the negativeinflammation and to use the
positive inflammation to giveyour body the best possible
healing result.
One of them is BPC-157, whichis Body Protective Compound 157.
It is a really amazing peptidethat works everywhere in your

(11:42):
body.
It can actually heal your gutif you have leaky gut syndrome.
It can help your muscles, yourjoints, really repair.
If you have arthritis or maybeyou've had a joint replacement
surgery, it can go right to thetarget of that inflammation and
really calm down thatinflammation and help your body
repair Kind of amazing.

(12:02):
Tb500 is a similar peptide andthey're often used in
conjunction and they actuallyare combined in some of our
peptide cocktails togetherbecause of the synergy that they
have together.
It's from thymus and alpha-1,and it plays an amazing role in
cellular migration and tissuerepair.

(12:23):
So not only if you put the twotogether, you have the
anti-inflammatory effects andthen you also have this
migration of the natural healingproperties of your skin, the
cells, the cytokines, all of thethings that then you're
recruited to that area naturallyby these peptides, so that not
only are you getting the benefitof the peptide but you're

(12:46):
stimulating your own body towake up and start really coming
to the area where it needs tofocus to really get you healing.
Ghkcu is a very cool compound.
It's a copper peptide and itactually supports skin
rejuvenation.
So I'm, of course, absolutelyobsessed with GHK-CU because

(13:08):
skin is sort of my thing.
It helps with wound healing.
It helps with the anti-agingprocesses.
Spoiler alert I have a skincareline getting launched in
January and one of the peptidesthat is in my skincare line is
GHK-CU, because it helps toreverse all of the damage that
we have done over the years toour skin.

(13:30):
So there's often compounds orstacks of these peptides that we
can put together and, interestingly enough, there is a
compound called the Wolverinestack that combines all three of
these peptides together.
So if you are undergoing, youknow, any kind of process where

(13:50):
your body's just not healingwell, where you've had injury or
you've had chronic stress, oryou've had chronic, you've just
been, you know, you've just wornyour body down and your joints
are not responding well.
Maybe you have arthritis, maybeyou have just this chronic pain
or this chronic fatigue, thisgroup of peptides could actually
come in and really heal yourbody from the inside out without

(14:13):
any of the side effects ofmedications and
anti-inflammatory drugs that arecurrently used to treat these
things.
Because right now a lot of themedications that old school
medicine is using to treatinflammatory disorders, like
NSAIDs, steroids, are verydangerous long term.

(14:35):
They actually break down yourtissue and cause continued
tissue damage if you use themlong term, whereas peptides
cause none of that damage andjust give you the rejuvenation.
So really excited about thisparticular group of peptides.
In my practice for patientsthat have any kind of

(14:55):
inflammatory disease, autoimmunedisease, arthritis a lot of the
autoimmune diseases, likeeczema, psoriasis, alopecia
areata, could possibly betargeted and treated without the
side effects of a lot of thepharmaceutical drugs with just
this category of peptides.
So let's talk about the nextcategory.
So the next group of peptidesare the growth hormone peptides.

(15:20):
These peptides stimulate yourbody's natural production of
growth hormone, and growthhormone is really crucial in
metabolism, in tissue repair, incellular regeneration.
But growth hormone productionnaturally decreases over time.
So I'm 52.
I have very little naturalgrowth hormone production in my

(15:41):
body.
So in order to really helpbuild muscle, to really help my
body repair and recover from alot of the stresses I'm putting
on it, like the laser proceduresand things that I do, I need
that natural growth hormone tocome in and help me to really
repair and enhance my recovery.

(16:02):
So there are several peptidesthat fall in this category that
are either growth hormonesecretagogues or help your body
to increase your natural growthhormone production, your natural
growth hormone production.
Cgc 1295 enhances the naturalgrowth hormone production in
your hypothalamus and thatsupports fat loss.

(16:23):
It supports muscle developmentand it also improves sleep
quality.
How many people out there aren'thaving trouble sleeping these
days?
I think all of us.
So this is a really greatoption for those of you that
really want to heal andrejuvenate and also get a great
night's sleep.
Ipamoralin is a great onebecause it's called the gentle

(16:45):
growth hormone secretagogue.
It stimulates growth hormonewithout affecting cortisol, and
cortisol is that hormone that'sreleased with stress, or
prolactin, which is a hormonethat is released when women are
lactating.
Most of us don't need that tobe secreted naturally on a daily
basis.
So I love epimoralin for peoplewho really want just a boost in

(17:09):
their growth hormone withoutany of the possible side effects
any of the possible sideeffects.
Tesamorelin is a really amazingpeptide in this category because
it targets visceral fatreduction while supporting
overall metabolic health.
So if someone's on a GLP-1 andthey want, you know, to really
target their visceral fat maybethey have a cardiovascular

(17:32):
disease and they have a reallybig abdomen and you know lots of
visceral fat this would be agreat peptide to add into what
they're doing to really helpmobilize that visceral fat,
while also helping to supporttheir metabolism.
So with this group of peptides,we can get enhanced recovery.

(17:53):
We can get improved bodycomposition, better sleep
quality, increased energy andvitality and also support for
tissue healing and regeneration.
So, depending on what we'retrying to address, this group of
hormones really falls into alot of different categories.
So I'll talk to you about howdo you know which hormones are

(18:14):
right for you at the end of ourlittle discussion today.
But this group of hormones isoften something that we need to
add into someone's regimen ifthey are really trying to just
support their overall metabolismand tissue repair.
So now let's talk aboutcognitive and neuroprotective
peptides.
This is sort of a newercategory.

(18:36):
A lot of people are really, youknow, concerned about their
long-term cognitive health.
We all want to live longer, butwe don't want to live longer at
the expense of our brains notfunctioning.
No one wants to live longer andbe a burden on their family.
No one wants to developdementia.
No one wants to develop, youknow, some of these

(18:57):
neurodegenerative diseases likeMS.
So are there peptides out therethat can maybe prevent these
things?
And the answer is absolutelythere are.
So this group of peptides arereally specific to supporting
brain function, brain health.
They actually are able to.
Once you inject them into thebody, they can cross the

(19:19):
blood-brain barrier.
A lot of medications can'tcross the blood-brain barrier
and that's why it's very hard totreat neurodegenerative
diseases sometimes, because alot of the medications that are
being formulated out there can'tactually get to the source of
the problem, which is in thebrain.
So there are a few here that Iwant to talk about.
The first one is C-Max.

(19:40):
It was originally developed inRussia Rush Rusher.
It was a visually Okay.
It was originally developed inRussia and it actually supports
brain circulation.
It is neuroprotective and itreally supports brain
circulation.
It is neuroprotective and itreally supports cognitive
function.
So this peptide is actuallybeing used quite a bit in early

(20:03):
studies for early onset dementia.
So really excited to talk moreabout this peptide and really
excited to do some studies withsome of our patients that have
early onset dementia to see ifwe can see some reversal or some
improvement with that.
Solanke is known for itsanxiolytic or anti-anxiety

(20:24):
properties, and the beautifulthing about this is that you can
take this peptide and, unlikeValium or a lot of the other
medications that we take forpreventing anxiety.
It doesn't make you sleepy, itdoesn't make you groggy, it
doesn't slow down your abilityto think and be cognitively very

(20:46):
, very sharp.
So I think Selenic is great foranyone that has anxiety but
really is a high performer andwants to continue to stay very
active, very sharp, in theircareer and in their life.
So this is a great peptide foranyone who just feels like they
have a lot of anxiety, maybe alittle brain fog, and they don't

(21:06):
want the side effects of thepharmaceutical medications that
are available right now.
Cerebralicin is a complexpeptide mixture that supports
brain health and alsoneuroplasticity, so it actually
improves your ability to learn.
So this peptide's actually beentested in patients with ADHD

(21:27):
because it actually can helppatients who have difficulty
focusing to really focus and tolearn potentially better.
So the beautiful thing aboutthis group of peptides is they
enhance your focus, your mentalclarity, they can help with mood
stabilization, they can helpwith stress, they can help

(21:47):
support memory and learning andbe very neuroprotective against
future brain diseases.
So anyone that potentially hasa family history of dementia, of
MS, of any of the otherneurodegenerative diseases,
these peptides can actually beprotective.
And we are looking, we're justat the beginnings, I think, of

(22:10):
knowing what these peptides cando.
There have not been a lot ofcontrolled clinical trials on
most of these peptides, and thatis something that new to
peptides.
Therapeutics and I arepartnering together to create
these different clinical studiesso that we can prove that these
peptides really work andpotentially are much safer than

(22:32):
a lot of the pharmaceuticalmedications that are out there
and hopefully someday we cankind of prevent or reverse or
stop all of theseneurodegenerative disorders.
So the next one.
Let's talk about sexual andhormonal health peptides.
This is a group of peptidesthat help support sexual

(22:52):
function and hormone balance.
They're great for reproductivehealth in both men and women.
They are recognized to kind ofwork together with physical,
hormonal and a lot ofpsychological factors together.
Bromelanotide, which is PT-141,it works through the nervous
system more than the vascularsystem to support sexual desire

(23:15):
and function.
So for a lot of patients thatyou know maybe are having
erectile dysfunction or maybejust having decreased libido,
this peptide is amazing becauseit can really just give you that
kind of boost that you mightneed to feel that normal sexual
desire that maybe you've beenmissing since your hormones

(23:36):
started to fall away, and a lotof men and women who are now
doing bioidentical hormonereplacement therapy, this
peptide could could be a gamechanger for those patients.
Along with their testosteroneor their their bioidentical
estrogen and progesterone, thispeptide might really just help
with their overall sense ofwell-being, their overall sexual

(23:59):
desire and overall sexualimprovement.
Cispeptin is another one thatplays a really key role in
fertility and hormone signaling.
So for a lot of my clients thatcome in and maybe they, maybe
they have unexplained fertility.
I had unexplained fertility forsix years after giving birth to

(24:21):
my, my oldest daughter.
No matter what I did, Icouldn't get pregnant.
Even with artificialinsemination and one round of in
vitro.
All of that failed.
It took the second round of invitro for me to get my adorable
twins failed.
It took the second round of invitro for me to get my adorable
twins.
So maybe if I had had Kispeptinback in the day, maybe that
would not have been a problemfor me, because it really does

(24:43):
improve just the natural hormonesignaling that can really
increase your fertility.
Gonadarylin is another one thatsupports this hypothalamic pit,
pituitary, adrenal, gonadal axisin humans.
So, as you probably know, fromyour brain to your gonads, which

(25:03):
is ovaries and testes in men, your whole body communicates
together Estrogen, progesterone,testosterone, thyroid cortisol
all of these hormones worktogether, and so gonadarylin is
this peptide that just helps allof those hormones work in

(25:24):
concert together.
So with some of these peptidesyou can enhance libido and
sexual satisfaction.
It can support your hormonalbalance, also improved mood and
relationship, wellness, greaterenergy and vitality and, of
course, reproductive health.
So this is a category ofpeptides that has been very,

(25:46):
very minimally studied and we'rereally excited to see, you know
, what these different peptidescan do for patients.
The immune modulating peptidesare something that I'm super
excited about, because there areso many patients that come into
me and they just feel likethey're chronically inflamed,
their joints hurt, they haveback pain, they just don't have

(26:07):
energy, they just don't feellike themselves anymore.
So we know that a certainamount of inflammation is good
for your body.
If you have a wound or you havean injury, you need a little
inflammation to trigger yourbody to heal it.
But sometimes your body doesn'tknow how to shut off that
inflammatory process and thatcan lead to disorders like

(26:29):
osteoarthritis, rheumatoidarthritis.
It can lead to all kinds ofissues that cause inflammation
like maybe even autoimmunedisorders like lupus or
dermatomyositis.
Eczema is an autoimmunedisorder.
Psoriasis is an autoimmunedisorder.
So a lot of times the diseasesthat are happening in our body

(26:49):
are happening because ofuncontrolled inflammation and
there are peptides that can goin and shut off that switch and
say, okay, inflammation, you'vedone as much as you can do,
you've done all the good.
Now we need to shut you downand you need to quit causing
these inflammatory pathways tokeep triggering.
Thymus and Alpha-1 is one ofthose.

(27:10):
It helps support your immunefunction and also cellular
immunity.
Thymus and Alpha-1 was studiedquite a bit during COVID because
it actually did help a lot withcellular immunity.
Ll37 is an antimicrobial peptidethat supports the body's
natural defense mechanisms.

(27:31):
So if you are very prone toinfections maybe you have an
immunologic disorder where youdon't make the right amount of
immunoglobulins and you have ahard time fighting off
infections LL37 could help.
Kpv is an ultra-short peptidethat has very powerful
anti-inflammatory properties.

(27:52):
So these peptides, when used inproper amounts and at proper
times, can balance your immuneresponse.
They can help reduce unwantedinflammation, they can support
you if you're having troublefighting infections, they can
enhance your recovery and theycan also improve your skin and

(28:12):
your gut barrier support.
So these peptides can all worktogether in concert to really
give your body this kind ofboosting immunity without
causing chronic inflammation.
So really exciting what we'relooking at here.
So what we are really talkingabout now is trying to figure

(28:34):
out what peptides are right foreach person.
You know there's so many outthere and so many of them have
very overlapping effects.
They're all just really good at, you know, turning the switches
in your body that need to beturned to really give you your
overall best health and bestwell-being, really give you your

(28:56):
overall best health and bestwell-being.
So we are trying to figure outat NUDA Health and at I'm sorry,
let me say we're trying tofigure out at NUDA Lab and at
Premier, how do we figure outwhat peptides are best for you
that are going to give you thebest long-lasting results.
Some of the peptides you mightneed to take daily, some of them
you might need to take once aweek.

(29:16):
Some of them you might need totake once or twice a year.
So we have actually created avery short, 10-minute survey.
At max Most of us can finish itin about seven minutes.
I know everybody's very busy, but if you go to NoodleLabscom
and say, take my Noodavitae, itwill give you a little quiz that

(29:38):
you can take and it will askyou all kinds of questions about
your symptoms, your medicalhistory, the medications you
take and based on that it willhelp you to figure out what
peptides are going to be mostbeneficial for you.
And then we can actually sitdown and have a consultation to
discuss.
It may give you two peptides,it may give you five or six

(30:01):
peptides that might bebeneficial for you.
So then we would sit downtogether, look at your medical
history, really determine OK,let's start with maybe one, two,
maybe three of these.
Let's do this for a few monthsand see how much improvement we
get and then over time we canadd peptides in.
We can take peptides away toreally target specifically the

(30:24):
things that are going on in eachindividual patient's body.
So, unlike somebody that comesin with high cholesterol and I
throw you on a statin we're notgoing to do that this little AI
driven quiz will tell us kind ofthe peptides that are going to
work well for you.
But then we really customizethat to your specific needs and

(30:45):
the things that are going toreally fit your lifestyle.
Some people may not want to doinjections every day.
Some people may only want to dothese every other week, or we
can help you determine what isgoing to work best for your
lifestyle, but also give you theresults without, hopefully, a
lot of the side effects that youmay have experienced from
trying to treat the disordersthat you're dealing with with

(31:08):
traditional medicine.
So we're very excited about thepossibility of what peptides can
do, and we cannot wait toexplore this a little bit more
with you guys.
So, guys, thank you so much fortuning in to an episode of All
Things Skin.
We sure appreciate you beingone of our listeners.
Not only do we thank you forlistening, but please continue
