Keeping a business going can be pretty exhausting, especially if you are basing your business off of a 1 on 1 model with you dealing directly and individually with each client.
Today’s episode is all about how to plan your business for scaling up, whether it be to include multiple staff, or for courses and workshops that deal with groups of people at one time.

Sarah is then joined by Dr Lizzie McCreedy, a veterinarian who specialises with horses, but when her health prevented her from doing the hard, 1 on 1 work with clients she found herself being pushed to pivot and actually scale her business in a way where she could deal with more people in less time.
She loves all things equine and is the founder of the business Empowering Equine Education where she offers the everyday horse owner expert advice straight from the vet.
