Commander James Giles US Navy has spent the last few years in the Pentagon at the Office of OPNAV, N5, Policy & Integration. In March, James will be the Executive Officer of the Navy's brand new Destroyer USS Lenah H. Sutcliffe Higbee (DDG 123)
Β on her maiden voyage.
Β James is a "Normie", "Civilian", or a "Earthling" in terms to people in Addiction & Recovery, and although James is not an Addict/Alcoholic, the Commander is a great friend to recovery. James stops by to chat for an hour, we cover some stories of his first hand operations on the "War on Drugs", being my friend when it seemed impossible, and taking a media free position of nonpartisan duty to your country.
Background:
James Giles is also a Stimson Center Nonresident Fellow ( DC Think Tank).
