(00:00):
Hello and welcome to allegedly a pop culture podcast. I'm your host Jordan. I grew up with

(00:14):
celebrity drama from us weekly people team Z all thanks to my best friend mom and co-host
Beth.
Oh, pop culture became our way of life. So here we are tuning in to discuss our top stories
of the week.
Mom, how are you?
I missed you.
It's been so long.
I know I just saw you Tuesday. So just like three days ago.

(00:36):
Yes.
But you're out of town before that.
Yes.
So we didn't meet last Friday.
We didn't meet last Friday.
Yeah.
I'm sad.
I know.
And I feel like we do a lot of talking on our on our Friday meetings versus like Tuesday.
We talk but yeah, not too much on Tuesdays. It's dinner movie, which this week Brandon

(00:56):
came to dinner this week.
It was it was okay. I don't even remember where it was called.
Haunting in Venice was the pick.
Yes.
Yes.
It's okay.
So that was the movie we tried to go see at the drive in and like the really small town.
Yeah.
Rinky Dink drive in and it was horrible and it was misinformation. Like they didn't tell

(01:19):
us.
We knew it was on a screen. We didn't know which screen and we got there could not find
the screen because when you're driving in, you've got like it spray painted like screen
one this way screen two this way.
Right.
And we couldn't find screen.
Literally nowhere.
So we went into like their snack bar in the middle and got some food.

(01:41):
Horrible food.
No, horrible.
So we had to ask where the screen was and then they pull out a dry raceboard map.
Oh my goodness.
And like put it up and we see screen eight connected like to screen nine on this tiny
itty bitty rectangle in like the middle of their property.
So we go driving around and it is on a freaking shed.

(02:04):
It is the size of a, I don't know, a large TV in someone's living room.
It was ridiculous.
There were like two trucks that could fit right in front of it.
Like that was all that was it.
That was it.
And I had like a picnic picnic table out front.
Like, I guess if you just want to, you know, look up and watch the movie like you're at
home anyway, we decided not to watch the movie.
And we watched Saw instead, which turned out to be good.

(02:27):
But yeah, so we chose, well, Brandon chose to watch it.
Now that it was on Hulu, I liked it.
Like it was, it was okay.
I don't think I'd watch it again, but I've never watched any of the other ones again.
No, no, like a good murder murder mystery.
Who done it?
Yeah.
Next week's my pick.
Do you know where you're going to pick?

(02:48):
I think I'm going to go with Swiss family Robinson from like, I remember watching it
when I was a kid, me and my brother, like on Sunday night, Disney, when like Bob Eisner
would come on and be like, it's Sunday night Disney movie.
Bob Eisner, the CEO.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Was he was a young man.

(03:09):
Yeah.
But I still thought he was old back then.
That's crazy.
Yeah.
But he would introduce the Sunday night Disney movies.
The fact that they had someone introducing Sunday night Disney movies just isn't saying
that age is you.
It does.
Well, I'm kind of looking forward to it.
The only, when I hear that, I think of me, the Robinsons just because of the word Robinsons

(03:33):
or the name.
No, no, this is a family who like lives in tree houses.
What?
Yeah.
They like live off the grid in tree houses and stuff.
That's really the only thing I remember.
It's a kid movie.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Interesting.
But see, I was also thinking laying in bed and this sounds so weird, but like, in my

(03:55):
having a Mandela effect, like it's really got to be called Swiss Family Robinson.
I don't know why I didn't look it up until I just brought this up.
But like, what is Swiss Family Robinson mean?
Like, are they a Swiss family?
Or is are they Swiss Family named Robinson?
Is this a part of the research you're going to have to come with?
Yes.

(04:16):
Because I would like to know, are there any big names in it?
I don't think so.
I mean, so it was just like a made for TV movie?
No, I think it's an actual Disney movie.
Like went to VHS.
What was, what did they have in your time?
VHS, yes.
I do remember the VHS.
Let me just look.

(04:37):
Swiss Family Robinson, 1960.
You know, we watched quite a few movies from back in the day.
We have, because we're all watching something that, from our childhood, from our childhood.
Oh, let's see.
The family flees the region of Napoleon to start a fresh life in New Guinea when their

(05:00):
ship gets damaged and root and takes a family refuge on a deserted island.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
They learned to live in the wild.
So explain the name.
Huh?
They don't explain the name.
No, no.
The Robinson's learned to live in the wild.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And see, I thought they're, I mean, I didn't, I couldn't imagine them being from America.

(05:22):
But New Guinea, maybe that's why it's like Swiss family.
Is New Guinea, Swiss?
I don't know.
I don't even know.
How about New Guinea?
What?
Pal-Pal, New Guinea.
What the hell's that?
The place.
Pal-Pal.
Yeah, it's like P-A-P. A-U, I don't know.
Oh, okay.
That's what it's called.
Do you know someone in New Guinea?

(05:43):
No, I'm surely not in school.
Somewhere.
Don't ask me why.
I have no idea.
Can you tell you?
South America?
No idea.
Sometimes I feel like such an American.
We are not a geographical podcast.
That's the second time we've said that.
That is so funny.
We really don't know A-B-P.
No, no, no.

(06:03):
So don't come to us.
No.
Geography advice.
I mean.
Oh, speaking of geography, I also went from our small town outside of New Guinea.
Small town outside of Dallas to Tulsa to see Chris Stapleton.
And then from Tulsa drove all the way through the panhandle of Texas and went to Albuquerque.

(06:26):
How long was your drive?
Well, Duane figured it up and we went 1,100 miles in three days.
It truly sounds horrible.
I thought I used to like driving.
I used to drive from a college town in Lubbock back home like five hours.
That's a cake.
That's like a day off of work.
That's insane.
We drove from here to Tulsa was like five hours, which is not a big deal.

(06:50):
It was fine.
Then we went from Tulsa to Albuquerque.
It was nine and a half hours.
And then on the way home, we lost an hour or gained an hour.
I'm not sure how that works because the time changed.
Is there a time change in New Mexico?
Like they, so you were ahead or behind.
The sun sets on that coast.

(07:13):
So you guys were behind in New Mexico?
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Because when you were in California, the sun, you were, were you ahead or behind?
The sun rises in the east and sets in the west and that's the west coast geography.
Yeah.
Boom.
Boom.
Yeah.
Because when you called me, when I called you at like five after work, it was like four.

(07:36):
Yeah.
Yeah.
And then on the way home, it was like 10 and a half hours.
It was miserable.
I was getting so irritated.
I wanted to be out of the car, got on my car trips because I could just put my car, my
AirPods on, listen to podcasts, fall asleep, but I just wasn't tired.
So I just listened to a lot of podcasts and now Duane's listening to podcasts.

(08:00):
So like NPR.
No.
Well, no, not NPR, but he listened to Joe Rogan.
Okay.
But oh my God, it's like people that I don't want to listen to.
What the fun, you know.
I'm on Joe Rogan interviews.
These were just, oh, put me right to sleep, but I'm glad to be home.

(08:24):
Got my brother all moved into their U-Haul and then they're moving to another part of
Mexico.
And so we're back from out of town and Duane leaves for his hunting trip in a few days.
And then he's got another seven hour drive.
Well, that's cool.
My two weeks have really been unadvanced.

(08:46):
I don't know.
I was trying to like think about the things I've done in the last two weeks, but not a
whole lot.
I feel like I only have like two big things.
And one was like catching up with like a high school friend one like last Friday, I guess.
I haven't seen, I was like really good friends with like a few girls in high school and I

(09:09):
like randomly ran into one of them at the fair.
I don't want to keep looking at you for a second.
I really, I don't know what was happening.
I'm like, I'm trying to talk to you.
I'm trying to wonder, I'm trying, I'm trying it out.
I don't think I don't.

(09:31):
Well, like when I talked to my therapist, when I was in session or whatever, and I can't look
at her, like I can't look at somebody and like tell all of my life and like feelings and
stuff.
And I was trying it out.
I don't like it.
Because we usually have like this really intense eye contact as we're telling these stories,
but it's a lie.
Look at your computer or something.
Yeah, I find space and I look at it.

(09:54):
And I look at it and I just talk.
Okay.
And it's up to you to keep your ears open and listen.
Okay.
Okay.
And now I lost my train of thought.
I'll look at you now.
Just glance at me.
So I can know I'm still here.
Anyway, anyway, your high school friend.
Oh yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
We went to this place and lost Kalinas.

(10:17):
It's a little restaurant over by Toyota Music Factory.
And I'm going to pull up the name and ask you if you know what this word means because
we didn't and thankfully like they say it when they give their big spiel.
You get a spiel before dinner.
So we had a trainee with her trainer.
Oh, so she was like go through and like sail the thing should go through.

(10:41):
And I was, I literally thought about asking like what it meant, but she said it.
So I always forget how much I'd like grown as a person in 10 years until I see somebody
I haven't seen in a really long time.
Yeah.
She was like afraid to send her beer back because it was the wrong one, like not when
she ordered and I was like, she will change it.

(11:03):
Like just to say something.
Yeah.
Like I flagged down the lead first myself.
I'm like, excuse me.
And then she like is able to say it, but she was like, that was Balzy.
I'm like, literally it wasn't what you ordered.
Like what do you mean?
I do feel a little smidge more outgoing than I was.
Like I'm not afraid to say things now.
Are you apologetic when you're telling the waitress like you brought me the wrong beer

(11:26):
and she goes, she's apologetic because she has to.
Um, my friend was apologetic.
She's like, I'm so sorry.
Like yeah, that's what I'm saying.
Yeah.
So she was very much apologetic about the whole mix up.
Oh, that's why I'd be too.
She's been a server.
Sorry.
That's really like the thing she said, but she's been a server.
So I think that like takes into account a lot of it.

(11:46):
Oh my gosh.
And randomly we had just gotten there and then boom, all of the power goes off the whole
like block.
It was so weird.
And like me and my friend were like, nobody's reaction.
Well, that's the big storm.
So we weren't caught in the big storm that night, but it was supposed to storm.
It just hadn't in that part, but I don't know if that's why the power shut out or what.

(12:10):
It eventually kicked back on and it started to smell weird.
And we were like, this is concerning.
It's not like, I guess like the ovens or something had turned on.
I don't know.
It might be like the heater.
Sure.
Sure.
But no one was responding or reacting.
So we were just like, okay, like we're all right.
Anyway, so it's called the thirsty line gastropub.
Okay.
What is a gastropub?

(12:31):
I mean, a pub would obviously mean beer.
Okay.
What is gastro?
I mean, that sounds like an intestine.
Like you've got gastro.
Gastro.
I mean, okay, but it's because they have like such an array of items.
Like it was like a full culinary experience.
Like they had Japanese, American, Italian, and apparently it just because they cover

(12:59):
everything.
So gastropub.
At first glance up, that was gastrop.
Gastrop.
Yeah.
I got, it's a pub that serves food or similar quality quality into a restaurant literally
makes no sense to me.
No, I mean, that allowed.
Well, that's not how she said it, but it's because she was like saying it's because
they have so much on their menu and they did.

(13:19):
And it was really hard to like select and figure out what the heck you wanted because
there were so many options.
I was like, this isn't fine.
I need one cuisine and one only because I was like, do I want this massive burger?
Do I want these meatballs?
It was like, do I want this sushi?
It was too hard.
Yeah.
It was too hard.
Oh, look at the Zachary.
It's their menu's like forty-five pages.
Oh my gosh.

(13:39):
I saw somebody dressed up as the Cheesecake Backman name from Halloween.
People are hilarious and creative.
And like this girl literally had like this massive rectangle around her body and like
pages.
And she was the Cheesecake Backman menu.
That's hilarious.
So funny.
I have seen some very creative costumes.
I am not Halloween, I guess.
Yeah.
They're so funny.
I mean, and the ones of Ben Seen have a lot to do with like trending sounds and like

(14:05):
memes and stuff. Yeah, I had a lot for my past childhood because I think I might be the peak age for social media. So like it's all been like the proud family or King of the Hill or like all these, you know, just 90s, early 2000s. Don't make me older than me.
I'm not going to be a big fan of. All right, well, are you ready to get into the top stories that we have of the week? Yeah, I'm ready. Okay. So you got first story. Yes, Britney Spears. Yes, ability Britney Spears book came out and I spent my part of my road trip listening to it because only five hours long but it did take me a little while longer because, you know, I just can't listen straight.

(14:53):
But it's she's already sold 1.1 million copies and it just came out a week in a few days. Wow. So you know, Michelle Williams is reading it for her. She did read just like the intro, but it was like,
Oh, right. Right. Britney did read the intro. Britney did read the intro. That's what it was. Oh, like her weird robot baby voice. You know, it's like she got something stuck in her throat and it sounds weird. It was it was weird. But the book, like we need to protect this girl at all costs. Like I feel terrible. It broke my heart so much of the book was just so sad.

(15:35):
And a lot of the book was her addressing things that has happened that we know about like, like, yeah, like big moments in our life like shaving her head and she is giving like actual like thing like what was going on in her mind was actually happening in these specific moments of her time of her life.
But a lot of the things I mean, there was no like bomb shells like well, there was a few bombshells. Justin and Britney actually lived together. They had a house together in Florida. Like, you know, something like 17. Yes, exactly. 17.

(16:14):
17. So we were all meant to believe like they were just like, you know, cute little teeny bopper couple teeny bopper couple. Well, they weren't like she lost her virginity at 14 with one of her older brothers best friends, which was like way older than her.
So she wasn't, you know, this sweet little innocent girl that they sold her ass. And another part like I told us that last week, you know, Justin got a pregnant 19.

(16:47):
So a lot of it went into that and I really do think this is the this was the capitalist. This is where it started. This is where it started.
And Justin did want to be a dad and he talked to her to get an abortion at home. She took the no one even knew no her family, nobody. So she took the abortion pill.

(17:09):
At home and she remembers laying on the floor for hours in the bathroom just like writhing in pain just crying and in such pain.
But pause right there. Yeah, Justin thought it would be soothing to play the guitar for her at the time. Are you kidding me?
Do I mean, terrible. I mean, it sounds like a 19 year old boy.

(17:30):
But like, yeah, I'm saying, but like, you're kidding. Right. Yeah.
Oh, I don't know. But why they didn't tell her mom or take her to the hospital or something. It was just it's just sad. So she had to deal with that by herself.
Like she never even got to process, you know, that loss and, you know, her and Justin, the only two people that know that.

(17:54):
Yeah. So that was a big deal. And that she says she would have had the baby like not a big deal. She was wanted a family with Justin.
And she said he was dead said I'm not being a dad. So she did what he wanted because he she was so in love.
He broke up with her two months later via text via text. Sick. Discussing.

(18:18):
Go from living with somebody and clearly, I mean, she says like wanting a family and like, you know, being so in love and then just be like, you know, text, text, text, hey, we're over or whatever. Yeah.
I mean, they are number one both 19. Number two, the height of their careers.

(18:40):
They were living together like they were already so close. Like how can you I just don't get it. I mean, I guess it's really hard.
And he cheated multiple times. She said, you know, yeah.
Yeah. So she so that was devastating. But she forgave him because she loved him. He was a dick. He was mean and terrible to her. And just wrote her off.
Like after that text message, that was it. So she met Kevin two years later. Pause.

(19:06):
So he went to her in Louisiana because she went home after the breakup and like, you know, despair, couldn't move, whatever.
He wrote a breakup letter framed it and took it to her.
I didn't know that.
That's the book.
Framed a letter.
Yeah. Yeah. He wrote like an apology letter like went and visited her.

(19:27):
I must have but must have been one of the parts I like tuned out. Okay.
Well, and then he had the audacity to frame it like and give it to her. Yeah.
I don't know what happened after that.
But I was listening to it.
She admits that she kissed Wade Robson, her dancer, but that doesn't and went and told me about it.
Constitute a breakup.
No, no, no, no, especially if he's cheated multiple times and she just had an abortion with their baby.

(19:54):
She said once he started planning his like solo stuff, he started to become more distant and pretty much using like her as ammunition.
We got Kravya River.
I made it pretty.
Everyone did.
And like he had, you know, the look like in the video and just made it seem like she was a cheater, bad guy.
She said she had to sit on the Barbara Walters interview and be grilled on how you broke Justin's heart.

(20:20):
And she took it like she she didn't say that he was, you know, she cheated or he cheated.
She the Barbara Walter was like you cheated on him.
Like how does that make you feel and she she just she's just she's broken.
It makes me so sad.
Broken.
Meanwhile, her fucking dad is telling her suck it up buttercup.

(20:41):
Let's make this cash.
Let's get out there.
Get busy.
So she met Kevin two years later, had two kids in two years.
I mean, literally she got pregnant with her second baby.
She would she met Kevin 21 22.
I think she had a first baby at 22.

(21:03):
But she got pregnant when her first baby was three months old.
Like they're like Irish twins are like 13 months apart.
It's cool.
Yeah.
So and she said that she had the postpartum depression.
But that's where it started.
And then Kevin started taking off on his rap career.

(21:25):
And she was like, you know, bless his heart.
Like he wanted to be a rapper.
Did he have anything out like is there a Kevin Federline song?
Popo's out.
That's his only I'm sorry.
What?
Popo's out.
It means big ass or fat ass in Portuguese.
But he put corn rolls in his hair and wore big chains.

(21:49):
It was just terrible.
And she was like bless his heart.
Like this is his first taste of fame.
You poor thing.
Like it was terrible.
The only thing he said, baby, he was ever going to get.
Yeah.
So Kevin started keeping the kids later and later because he
well, first he said he wanted to divorce, but he said, bridge
and you can file so you don't, you know, so it doesn't make this

(22:11):
whole thing look bad.
So she filed for divorce and her youngest kid was only two months
old.
So Kevin started keeping the kids later and later and longer and
longer and for more days.
So the day she shaped her head, you know, we know why.
Yes.
We all everyone's speculated like so she's going to have a drug
test.
So she saved her head.

(22:32):
That's what they said.
And in reality, she was like, oh, I'm going to get a drug test.
And in reality, it was the day that she went to go pick up her
kids and Kevin was like, no, you can't have them.
I'm going to take you to court for full custody.
You don't need them.
You're not well.
So she was set outside his house just bawling and crying.
All the paparazzi watching her every freaking move.

(22:56):
She's like 300 men out there with cameras watching her and she
was so fed up.
She was at her breaking point and she said to herself, she's
like, I'm done.
Like I don't want to do this anymore.
Fuck y'all.
Fuck this.
Y'all want me to be pretty?
No.
Wow.
So she went into a salon and shaped her head and she was like,

(23:19):
I know that men like long hair.
So I shaved it off.
It was a big fuck you.
I know my dad tells me I'm fat and I need to keep working out.
So it's a big fuck you.
It's big fuck you to this whole world that wants me to be this
image that they have.
Not it.
So sad.
And that led to her first psychiatric hold.

(23:42):
Makes sense.
She said people were scared of her.
Her mom was scared of her because she shaved her head.
Like that she has that she's, they said that she had gone so far
off the deep end that they were literally scared of her.
Wow.
And she was like, I'm not nobody to be scared of.
I'm broken.
This is, you know, hurts.

(24:03):
It hurts my heart.
Yeah.
So then that's when the conservatorship started and she had to
get an IUD.
They told her what drugs to take.
Like the lithium and all that.
Yes.
Yes.
When to go to bed, nine o'clock at night, no cell phone.
She had to wake up at seven o'clock each day.
She had to work out.
Wow.

(24:24):
And then that's when the circus tour took off in her Vegas
residency and she was like, I feel bad for the people that
came to watch some of those shows because I did not care.
That's like a black hair era.
Grinsey, not great makeup.
No after that was.
Okay.
Circus was after that.
Yes.
Cause like in my brain circus, the kids were already like three

(24:48):
and four, whatever the album is when she was like in all black
and stuff, I was thinking she was off the rails then and then
circus came and she was like put together and like, no, she
wasn't put together at all.
Mentally.
And is that when she also like was a judge?
Yes.
Yeah.
She's like, I couldn't, she's like, I'm, which is so crazy.
I thought that was her comeback.
Yeah.

(25:09):
No, she, she didn't want to be, she didn't want to come back.
She was a shell of herself.
It was so sad.
Like she was like, I am their robot.
And she's like, I got to the point where like, I don't want to be a
robot anymore.
Like I can't keep doing this.
So her dad found out she was taking energy pills to like give her
energy and he sent her to rehab and she was like, it's from the

(25:30):
gas station.
It's energy pills.
And she said that she wants, you remember the guy that she dated
Sam Lufty, who was like this weird guy and they ended up getting
a restraining order on him because they think she, he was the one
giving her all the drugs.
Yes.
She never even mentioned him.
Interesting.
She talked about this photographer that she was hanging out with

(25:53):
and her parents didn't like, but this guy was like literally
supplying her with what we thought was drugs.
And that's why she looked so crazy and was crazy most of the time.
I have to this, do you like actually believe because if she
drugged out, was she drugged out and she's just trying to say it's
these energy bills?
Well, she wasn't using Adderall.

(26:14):
Okay.
That was not a crack.
For sure.
My words.
Yes.
She, she does admit she was using Adderall and she said she
recognizes to a lot of people because she was so mean and but
she was, you know, under the influence of Adderall.
Then she, her parents put her on lithium.
It's just, it's just not having any kind of control over your
life.

(26:35):
Did the book have any sort of redemption?
Like what was the ending like?
The ending, the ending is, I mean, she's married to her husband
still in the book.
Yeah.
So she mentions like meeting Sam and meeting Sam.
He's like what a great time they've had.
Like fake wedding with all these fake people she doesn't know.
No, no, doesn't talk about any of that.

(26:56):
I mean, she doesn't, there's a lot of stuff that I wish she would
talked about, like, like actually her life, like day to day, but
she says she's gets on Instagram because she's so lonely and she
was so controlled that this is the only thing that she has control
of and she's going to do it.
I get that.
Yeah.
Whatever she wants.

(27:17):
But I do think she's got like, you know how, you know,
how when especially teens when they get famous or child actors
or something, they get famous at a young age, it like, since
their mental growth.
And I think like that's where she, you know, she acts like a,
such a kid.
Mentally.

(27:38):
Whenever your trauma occurred in your life.
It like, that's where you're in.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I believe that.
Like you are that age.
Which is wild.
It makes sense, I guess I can see that like what's happening.
Yeah.
Poor Brittany poor Brittany.
She probably will never speak to her dad.
Probably never speak to her mom.

(27:59):
Straight out called Jamie Lynn a bitch.
So I'm validated in everything I have said previously.
And that Jamie Lynn was spoiled and was given everything and she
wasn't grateful for anything.
And she's her sister and she loves her, but she's a straight up bitch.
Yeah.
So funny.

(28:20):
Yeah, but it made me think a lot different.
The matter about her story.
Yeah.
Did you see that Matthew Perry, the RIP, which we need to touch on
also his memoir that he recently released this year last year has
come back out since his death and knocked like Britney's out of

(28:41):
the spot.
Wow.
Yeah.
He's back at number one for his memoir.
I didn't listen to that.
Happen.
And he reads it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So they just his funeral was today.
I wasn't.
Yeah.
I just saw it on TMZ.
I didn't see pictures of.
Call it like the friends cast.

(29:02):
The women were there.
Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox and Lisa.
Those are the women that I saw, but I'm sure there was only 20
people at the funeral.
So I'm sure they were there, but.
Well, that's what I saw.
They all released a joint statement.
Yes.
I do.
The statement saw the statement and I was kind of like underwhelmed

(29:23):
with the statement for them to have like taken days to like have it
drafted or written out whatever.
Well, this is what they said.
We are also utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew.
We were much more than a castmate.
We are family.
There's so much to say, but right now we're going to take a moment
to see what's going on.
I mean, I think that's nice.

(29:46):
I mean, I guess that's probably like best because I'm sure they are
just reeling.
Yeah.
Specifically, I saw that the women that were like having such a very
hard time, which I've also been seeing things resurface with Jennifer
Aniston.
Yes.
That she was one of the ones like pushing for him to get help.
His intervention.
And like she was in an interview crying about it.
Yeah.

(30:07):
So I'm sure it's really tough.
Yeah.
This decir Hy induced the doctor control orいました she was
currently inUm.
Symmetric anal uprising.
But beforeVE.
Might?
Dot toad.
Um, but do you know how he died?
Yes.
He drowned in this hot tub.

(30:31):
But his toxicology reports are still pending, but there were no
drugs found at the scene.
And the initial toxicology, there was no meth or fentanyl
in his system.
stroke those are obvious signs to your body. So they would have been they would
have been able to tell. I'm wondering if it's like the heat from the hot tub maybe.
Yeah well my mom told me that the medication that he was on but probably

(30:56):
like methadone to like get off of the opiates said something about not being
in bodies of hot water or something like that. I couldn't find that but she
managed it up. I saw that he had like prescription drugs found in his house.
Yes. Which makes sense they were like they were probably anxiety. Yes. Yes. Yes.

(31:18):
Depression. Yes. Yes. Yeah. But also this is interesting. He spent over nine
million dollars on drugs. Like when he was when he was. Yes a full
blood addict. How long was he an addict? Do you know it says decades. I remember I

(31:40):
would assume it's decades because I remember in the book like him talking
about he's like skinny era when he was like skinny and he I don't even remember.
He said he can't even watch Friends because he knows what when he's skinny
era is and it's you know chubby era like yeah he knows he's like when he's
skinny he's on some things are pills and when he's heavier he's on you know he's

(32:02):
not he's drinking so much but he had 15 stents in rehab 15. Wow. Yeah. He also had
14 surgeries related to his addiction. What kind of surgeries can you have. I
don't know. I mean maybe some if it's alcohol I'm being maybe like liver

(32:23):
kidneys. Yeah. Things like yeah. I mean if it's cocaine it's gonna ruin your
nose. It's gonna ruin your whole sinus. Yeah. Can ruin your whole sinus
cavities. Wow. Yeah. So toxicology reports are still pending and that and but
he did have his autopsy but they are keeping that close to the vest for now.

(32:45):
So I really hope that he was sober and really think he was because in the end
he was like very proud of it like yeah right and like pushing for it. Said he's
been sober since 2021. Yeah. It kind of makes me sad that people jump to the
conclusion that it was like oh he's like he was back and you know a drug
cycle or whatever. Yeah. Yeah. When he had been sober. Yeah. Yeah. I'm like happy. I

(33:11):
also saw that he had a new like acting job lined up like apparently things were
going forward for him like yeah this was his plan come back like that's what
they're saying this all this matman. Batman stuff like he was supposed to be
some kind of new character. Yeah. So he'd been posting all this like Batman stuff
about being a vigilante and yeah whatever. I saw that his assistant whenever

(33:34):
she posted like her tribute to him she posted like something love you
matman see you later matman. I don't know something like that. Yeah. So apparently
that's like yeah so there's all kinds of conspiracy theories thrown around. I just
hope they're all just conspiracies. I yeah me too. I hate my like ideas and

(33:54):
images of somebody or Tarnished. I know but he really does seem like people love
him and yeah I really cared about him. Yeah. The tributes have been really nice.
Yeah. Like Selma Hayek and Joey Roberts. I didn't see hers. Yeah. And they
dated. I saw Goop founder. What is her name? Gwyneth. Gwyneth Paltrow. She posted

(34:15):
a tribute and they were like good friends and like went on a date and blah blah
blah but I'm really I it's sad when people die and like that's when all of
these things like nice things come out like I don't know what that's called but
yeah I agree. I hope thing. Yeah. I hope he knew all these people loved him. I
would like to think so. Yeah. I don't know. But I saw other things say it's weird

(34:37):
because I've seen contrasting things. Some articles were saying he was lonely. He
was so sad. But then I've seen like his assistant and like a couple of people
being like this is the happiest he's ever been. Yeah. And he was looking forward to
the future but I feel like people are just still reeling off of the addict
stuff and like want him to be portrayed as sad and this writing. Right. Right.

(34:59):
Drug related. I mean yeah I hope it's very sad but he was more than that and is
more than yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
RIP. RIP Matthew Perry. Chilandr. Chilandr. What is it? Chilandr.
Chilandr. Chilandr. Remember what they wrote on the TV guide. Yeah. I don't know.

(35:24):
You were friends fanatics. We've watched friends. How many times have you seen
Friends. We had a birds on CDs. Oh yeah. Illegally.
It does make a lot of friends. I might. Oh I bet it. Yeah. A few episodes. Yeah.
It. Max has already like promoted. I was about to say I'm sure it's going to be

(35:48):
everywhere now. It's kind of sad like people are trying to crop it off of it
because like like Max is like Matthew Perry all is like greatest hits come
watch our stuff. It's gross. It is gross. All right. I'm going to throw in some
lighter news. Yes. Ready to hear. Yes. I had two sad ones. I know I know. I said

(36:08):
this is what I'm throwing this one in. I would honestly say this one's probably
more of an honorable mention for me. But I can't not mention it. As we know I
love Taylor Swift. Really. I haven't heard. Therefore I love Travis Kelsey. So
this is about Travis Kelsey. He has now filed for five trademarks and

(36:29):
trademark. Trademarks. He is trademarking. Shut up. His. All right. Now his
little catchphrase and he says like on the New Heights podcast with his
brother Jason. He also trademarked flight 87 which is his Jersey number. Okay. And
he trademarked what's flight mean. No. Watch for Taylor. They're playing in

(36:52):
Germany and he was asked Taylor was going to be there. Dwayne did have the game
on the other day and I was like oh is Taylor Swift there. No because it was an
away game. Yeah. And they lost and it's going to be like this whole thing that
she's the lucky charm. It's what's going to happen. Anyway he also trademarked.
He has a serial brand called Kelsey's Crunch. Kelsey Crunch with a K. What. I

(37:16):
don't know if that's like a current thing or just like going to appear. We're
going to see Kelsey's Crunch. No. Like when they would put celebrities on
weedies. Yeah. So he's just you know doing all the things. But less we not
forget Taylor is the the like mastermind. The the the megasource of
trademarking. Oh for sure. She's a fantastic business woman. Like fantastic. She is.

(37:41):
You're going to tell me she's not she's a billionaire now. I would never tell you
she's not. Well I'm just saying. But he is taking her advice. I'm thinking. Yeah.
He should have trademarked Taylor's boyfriend. But that's on him for missing
that business opportunity. So this means like he'll be able. So with these
trademarks he'll be able to offer pins posters bobbleheads clothing and then

(38:02):
like now I'm going to serial. So no one can will be able to utter the word Travis
Kelsey or apparently flight 87. I don't know where that's from. Like why is it
because he's fast. What is he. He's tight end. Does he run. Is it. Are they the
Eagles. No. That's his brother James. Oh. So it wouldn't be fly. Because I think
maybe the Eagles fly but that's not the same team. I don't know. I'm not.

(38:26):
Oh my gosh. I'm. What was I listening to. I don't know. Another podcast.
But all I can think about is him saying like I'm going to rock Arrowhead Stadium.
It was the toast. They're saying it. And that's all I think about too. He should
have like somehow made that a thing. I don't know if other like people reference

(38:47):
that or if it's just this like minded zillennial brains that do is so funny.
Anyway. So that's my little light news. But
you know is he going on tour with her. So rumor has it. Allegedly. It's all speculation. I guess.

(39:08):
It's what we do. It's true. Please don't come here for real advice. Like we don't know real things.
No. It's practically pulled out of thin air over sitting here talking to each other.
So I saw that he could potentially be going on the South American leg of her tour.
But I don't know. She goes back on tour soon. But he sounds like football until February.

(39:31):
You know if he makes the Super Bowl which I hope he does. I am very conflicted. I like football
for men. And I like football for the chiefs because I like Travis Kelsey by association.

(39:53):
Yeah. And I like Patrick Mahomes by my Texas techno association. Right. But I also like the
evil Eagles because that's also a Taylor Swift association. So it'd be so cool to see the Eagles
and the chiefs play in the Super Bowl again. But yeah. Didn't they already do that? That was last
year. Oh yeah. But the 49ers are doing really good. And do you know who plays for the 49ers?

(40:14):
I do not. Christian McCaffrey. Do you know who that is? I've heard his name. I think he's hot
didn't he? He's beautiful. No. Pull him up. Let me see. Okay. Anyway. I'll just my Christian
McCaffrey reference I guess he is engaged to Olivia Colpo. I love Olivia Colpo. I love the
Colpo sisters which I love them because she dated Nick Jonas back in the day. That's how I know

(40:39):
his name. Yeah. Yeah. So he's engaged to Olivia and she is now rocking the Wag status and she's
doing great. I mean she fits perfectly. She's beautiful. Yeah. But Christian McCaffrey is also
beautiful and is clearly killing it for the 49ers. Don't ask me anything else about that. But I know

(41:00):
he scores lots of points. Don't look at that picture. Yeah. And you know I like a certain type. Yeah.
And he very clearly fits my certain type. Which is clearly the opposite of mine.
And it always has been. But hold on. Hold on. Let me look at Christian. Like Christian McCaffrey

(41:21):
jacked. That's probably what we should look at. But I thought hold on. But it's telling
me about his body. His face. He's so cute. And he loves Olivia so much. Jordan. Mom.
Jordan. Great. Hold on. I'm going to have to show you his Instagram.
So don't stop it. Stop it. Don't judge him off of these football pictures where he's literally
in action. Okay. Hold on. He's running back. That's probably why I score points. Don't ask

(41:46):
me. Don't ask me. Don't ask me. Don't ask me. I think he might be like too swole. Like I might need
like too muscular for my case. Wouldn't you. Whatever. But look he's he's so cute. So he is
not you're you're a liar. You're a liar. He is not. You're wrong. Let me show you my sports guy.

(42:08):
Who. You say his name first. I don't even I don't. Gabe. And I think he's I think he was a coach.
I don't know. I'm game. I know. Well and the only other sports player I know he's a dolphin now
is Braxton Berrios. He used to date the other Coldwell sister but apparently like cheated on

(42:29):
that Coldwell sister with Alexis Earl who's like this massive TikToker. Yeah. Alex.
Earl. Alex Earl. What did I just say? Alexis. Oops. I don't know how that came out of my mouth.
But anyway. Yeah. I was like Jimmy G. But I think he's injured and not playing.
Okay. This is the San Francisco's Giants coach. Gabe Kepler. Okay. This man.

(42:57):
Gabe Spell Kepler. Oh. Hey. Hey. P. L. Y. R. You said it. Oh he's a giant. So he's baseball.
Yeah. Baseball. Um. Mom in what world. Look at this man. He look at this man.
Where his eyeballs. Where his eyes. Okay. He's smiling. Ew. Where his teeth.

(43:18):
Look at his teeth. I mean look at them beautiful. Look at them beautiful choppers.
Okay. Well this I guess the one I'm looking at is a bad picture. I mean look at this.
This man needs to be on a cover of a magazine. It's the beard you like. It's the beard you like.
I mean and the blue eyes are pretty. I do enjoy it. He has very beautiful blue eyes.

(43:42):
He's a beautiful man. He has good jaw. I like a good jaw line. But he just got fired and I'm
not even sure why. I hope he didn't do something bad. I mean yeah. Um. Well.
No. No. I like his hair line. Yeah. Is that why he wears that?

(44:02):
You get catfished. I bet. Did you get catfished by your husband?
Hatfished. Hatfished. Dang it. Did you get catfished by your husband?
I did. I did. See. See all the pictures I showed him. He had a hat. Exactly. Literally every
single picture. The one I click he does it. Yeah. Okay. So he's not as attractive with that big
forehead. He definitely needs a hat. Yeah. No. Anyway. That's my sports. Yay sports. Yay sports.

(44:29):
All right. Moving on. We're going Kardashian. What you got? So every speculation allegedly.
Courtney had her baby. No. That's what they're saying because Travis potentially do on Halloween.
Yes. So Travis Barker wanted the baby to be induced on Halloween. I don't know why because

(44:50):
I think they're just on for being gone. Yeah. It's just on brand for them for sure. But
Kylie was spotted at the hospital today. We already know that the baby's name is Rocky.
Rocky 13. Rocky 13 which is so weird and interesting. Courtney is 44 years old.
Yeah. And this was a natural pregnancy. Natural pregnancy. And she already has three kids with

(45:15):
Scott Gusset. And Travis is 47. And he has like an 18 year old. Yeah. He has two kids with Shayna
Mowkler and then like a stepdaughter that he still like you know is father to but jar done.
They were trying. They were going through this crazy. Yeah. True. They're old. They're old.
Yeah. But they were trying. So they they were going through in vitro like this is what they

(45:38):
wanted. True love like they want to be together. So they were like planning to have a family.
Yeah. But I think he wanted Kim Kardashian first. No. No. No. Don't put that narrative out there.
He has already come out in like recent interviews saying that is not true. Yes. There was something
there. But period. Not. Period. No. Period. But he loves Courtney. They were roommates and they were

(46:04):
roommates. That's a fine. No. He's been neighbors with Courtney like a neighbor friends. Friendship
just grew. I mean I'm here just stuck on him having been in love with Kim Kardashian for a second.
They may not have even have hooked up. You never know. I'm sure they did. Wow. They're just old
and they're having babies but hey they just own. They got they got the means and all the love.

(46:28):
Speaking of the Kardashians. Kendall is 28 years old today. Happy birthday Kendall Jenner.
We're the same age. She's 20. She just turned 28. Stop it right now. We are in this moment. Me
and Kendall are the same age. But yesterday y'all worked yesterday. She was a little bit younger.

(46:50):
Today we are 28 together. Okay. Did you see. Okay. So her and bad buddy are like dating. Oh yeah.
They're beautiful couple. Oh I just I listened to another podcast on the breakdown of some of his
lyrics. Yeah. And it's disgusting. It's gross. But I mean I don't know how to tell you. It's the

(47:12):
same as rap music in English. It's rap music. But it's it's it's it's talking about her
and her booty hole. Ew. Right. Don't tell me. Don't say booty hole ever again.
Anyway he was on SNL and he's bugging. Yeah. Him. I okay. I want to know the communication

(47:40):
breakdown between him and Kendall Jenner because him speaking English on SNL it was like like broken
English like you can tell his primary languages. Spanish. Yeah. So I need to know like what a full
conversation is. Is kind of learning Spanish like does he just speak English all the time. Different
kind of relationship. We're there. You probably don't do a lot of talking. That's that's not fair.

(48:05):
They've been together a while just saying you know I actually really liked Kendall Jenner and
Harry Styles together and I really wish that we could get back together but they have already
like been back together and broken up multiple times. So I have a story Kylie Jenner just one
she was just awarded the brand award for her new fashion line. Kai she's like hi fashion. Hi Kai.

(48:26):
Khy. Oh Khy. Yeah. I don't know why that's how she's felt it but probably to make herself more
esteemed and couture. But I was she had been seen at like Paris Fashion Week and all this kind of
stuff and people on the internet were like she's trying to be Sophia Richie because you know Sophia
Richie went from dating Scott this big wearing crop tops and hair. She went to high fashion dating

(48:49):
her now husband rich guy like Nara. Everybody wants to be that old money look. Right. And people
who are like hating on Kylie for seeming to like adapt that also. But she I think she was just you
know trying to get her way into high fashion. So she was I mean what's the difference. High fashion

(49:10):
and for like size two model zeros like stuff that you would never wear. You're out on this
truly never going to wear it. Only famous people are going to wear it on a red carpet.
OK. Our regular people like us can't afford it. Oh well. Oh or wouldn't wear it. No it's not like
we would wear that for us. So she just got the brand innovator award from the Wall Street Journal

(49:35):
and she walked through the carpet but did not walk the red carpet with her new boyfriend Timothy
Chalamet. He walked in himself but then they were like seated together. But it was all because she's
done so much. She's had Kylie cosmetics. Her and Kendall have like Kylie and Kendall. She's
stepping into high fashion. She is a billionaire on her own. I mean I'm not on her own but like

(50:02):
as her she's the first Kardashian to reach a billion and she's only like I don't know she's
early 20s. She's gonna be 27 because she is not 27. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No.
She's 26. She's 26. She just turned 26 August 10th. But yeah she's continuing to make waves and

(50:23):
now crossing borders into new territory. Still photoshopping her pictures but she's making a name
for herself. Well I'm still watching the Kardashians. You know I restarted the whole thing and I'm on
season eight and Kylie's 15 and looks nothing like herself. I mean literally nothing like her.

(50:44):
But she still has this playful attitude like she's the playful one and Kendall's still the
Kendall's 18 so she's wanting to move out but she's like, Kendall's always been more serious.
Like even recently in the news she has come out about saying like being nervous and scared of
parenthood like wanting to be a parent and all this kind of stuff. She seems just more,

(51:05):
I would say collected but I wouldn't even say that's the right word. She just is more reserved.
Yeah more reserved versus the rest of her family. Yeah. And she has said that she takes more of the
generous side than the Kardashian side. So I'm wondering if that just could be a difference
because a lot of the genders are like more family oriented now and introverted and introverted.

(51:27):
We don't hear anything about the generous except Brody. But even then that's like how rare now.
He is a family man also. Yeah. To drink in his baby mama's breast milk. Sick.
Do you got any other Kardashian updates before I move on to our next story?
Chloe is accused of blackfishing again in her Bratz costume, her Halloween costume.

(51:49):
So it was like a collaborative costume. Not really. Kim was also in the Bratz. Yeah.
And then two of their friends but yes they 100% looked like they were trying to be something
they were on. Demi did they just like get extra spray tan? Like why would they do that?
They've been accused of this like multiple times. Yeah. And then what's funny is I've also seen

(52:10):
like the Kardashian camp defend and be like she's Armenian like she's always been tan.
But then like the picture is contrasting and it's like white. She is pasty.
White. Yeah. Back in the day. Yeah. I'm I'm assuming they did extra spray tans because
have you seen the Bratz dolls? Yeah. They are tanner. Yeah. And but more accentuated. I think they

(52:35):
can't do that. Can't do that. Nope. You can't. I don't think they feel guilty about it.
There has has a no. I apologize. It's still up there. No. Yeah. Yeah. That's all I got. But
she looks nothing like herself in that picture. Have you seen them? I didn't even know that who
that was. I didn't either. I saw Kim post it. And I didn't even know she was trying to be a Bratz.

(52:55):
I literally thought the same thing. Like when you think of Bratz that's not iconic outfit.
No. That is clueless. And different colors. That's what I thought. Apple was clueless. I'm like
but shared it in her hair when that long. It's weird. But yeah. So then I like clicked. I mean
she had an attached image or whatever it is Bratz dolls in those outfits. But those aren't
like those aren't Bratz doll outfits. No. No. I don't know what that was. No. I wouldn't have known.

(53:22):
No. They tagged it or like promoted that they were Bratz dolls. No. I agree. I miss the Bratz
dolls. I was Barbie girl. Yeah. In my early age. But I was a Bratz girl. Yeah. Also for sure. They
became hit. They were new. Their feet popped off. They had tiny mini skirts. They were so ugly.
They were cool. They were cool. No. They were ugly. You have Barbie sophisticated running jobs.

(53:48):
And then you have the Bratz teen star idols. They were rock stars. They had overlined lips.
My favorite had a beauty mark under her eye. Like I wanted the shimmery you know
crop tops and the long boots. No. No. That's not you. Every young mom. Is it. Is it not.

(54:10):
I'll pull up some pictures and I tried to be a little bit of a when I feel like it. Oh. Oh.
Oh. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But like your everyday. No. You're not a Bratz doll. I'm not a Barbie doll
either. I literally I'm the thing you find in the trash can in the tunnels under the sewer.
Like that's me in my everyday. I'm crawling underneath the ground. I throw a braid in my hair

(54:35):
and I'm like OK. Let's go. As I sit here with three day old hair. And a ponytail.
And your little twisty thing. Thanks. But every girl little girl is fired to be a Bratz doll.
Or a Barbie doll or whatever. Anyway. It's funny. I had a little carrier kit and everything.

(54:56):
He did. A little compartment for all their legs or all their feet. All right. My next
top story is about Abigail Breslin. Do you know her. Little Miss Sunshine. Little Miss Sunshine.
Her brother is Spencer Breslin. I don't know who that is. He was like the only thing I can

(55:17):
think of off the top of my head is the cat in the hat with Dakota Fanning. OK. Yeah. You got that
in your brain. Yeah. He was the brother. The little boy in the orange outfit. OK. He did like a
few other things. He did some Disney stuff as a younger kid. But his sister became like bigger.
She did Little Miss Sunshine. My sister's keeper. Zombie land. Et cetera. Like she was also in

(55:40):
screen queens. Like she's done things. She's become a bigger actor actress. Well now she has filed
a complaint with SAG ACRA. And this was confidential. So some of it somewhere leaked this. But she's
working on a new movie with Aaron Eckert who is Jamie Lannister. And I feel like that's the only

(56:02):
thing I need to say for people to know. Right. Aaron Eckert. I didn't know who he was until
you said that. Really. Yeah. I know I did. I think that's he's been something else. I want to say
with like Jennifer Aniston. But I can't think of it off the top of my head. OK. So she said he was
displaying aggressive demeaning and unprofessional behavior insisting that his actions placed her
in a various times at various times in peril. She pretty much said like she couldn't be alone

(56:26):
with him. He was like too much. It was she couldn't do it. So after she sent that to the union
and she didn't want to continue filming these scenes alone with him. And after that happened
the producer of this new movie it's like a spy movie that she's working on with him came back

(56:48):
and they're like suing her like it's a lawsuit now. Saying that costly accommodations have been
made to the production because of her demands saying that she cost them 80 thousand dollars
because they needed like extra people on set because she didn't want to be alone with him. And
saying that like she production almost came to a halt because she can't like be around him.

(57:12):
And they're saying that she's like lying like she's wrong.
See I was I was I was thinking like well what if this is really true like that's terrible
situation to be put in. But then what if she's what if she's making this up because I would
need to see somebody else say this. And I thought about that too. Like I'm very big on believing

(57:34):
the accuser I guess which yes I don't know if it's backwards to say that because like
I'm very much I believe the woman like I believe you've been abused like I'm going to listen to you
right you know whatever. But you can still believe them but still be skeptical. That's me. But then
like there's a whole innocent improving until proven guilty like I guess where do you draw the line

(57:55):
because they came back they like set and like the producers everyone said they were calling her
her claims wild hysterical and imaginary. Like I cannot imagine for this to have been true and
like her to really be like so uncomfortable and so upset. And then just to have yourself like be
little by people you're working with me like you're nuts like you're you're making this up like

(58:16):
that's not real. Exactly. So she ended up like her team came back and said that they have no
knowledge of this new lawsuit from the producer and that they're sticking to her story and like
what she said is true. She's like not aware of any action filed against her. And they said Miss
Breslin categorically denies all contingent allegations and unequivocally stands by her

(58:39):
statement which she provided confidentially to SAG which is so fucked up that someone leaked
her private confidential lawsuit and now it's becoming like this messy big thing and somebody
should be sued because of that which does that mean that someone like the SAG side that did that
had to be or a PA like an assistant somewhere. I mean like I don't know somebody like a courier

(59:03):
even that's taken you know from one place to another just some shady people trying to get
some money from like TMZ like hey I got a story true. And then part of me has been like
did someone link this to take off the the burn of SAG because they're facing like backlash from
like the Halloween stuff where they were saying like don't dress like all of these actors. Yeah

(59:24):
yeah that's stupid. I don't know. I don't know but I mean this could potentially get one of them
like blacklisted. I would think and I would hate for this to be true and then her be blacklisted
or I hate for this to be true and fucking Jamie Lannister's out there just you know belittling
people on the set. Yeah. Yeah. Which I feel like is kind of common in like the celebrity world like

(59:48):
on set. Yeah. There's always something you look out for and don't talk to in a certain way.
And we've seen Christian Bill go off on somebody. We've seen Tom Cruise go off on somebody.
We've seen Russell Crowe. I mean there's people are leaking some crazy stuff. I can't imagine
feeling so above people where I can just yell and get my way because I'm you know quote unquote

(01:00:14):
like better and bigger than everybody else. Make more money. Yeah. Like you are human. They are
human. Like it just blows my mind. Yeah. Like what? Where's the where's the line. Like what
do they cross to be like okay now I've made it. Now I'm above everyone. Terrible. All right. You
ready for my next one. You have anything else you'd like to add to that. No. All right. My last big

(01:00:37):
story is about Steven Tyler. Yes. This is crazy. I mean is it though. He was so I feel like a lot
of big musicians back in the 60s and 70s are often sued. Whatever. I can't even word are often

(01:00:57):
accused accused of a sexual assault. Yeah. It was it's scary to think about groupies being children.
It's scary to think that that was a normal normal normal thing to do for men to take these women
backstage and I don't know. I don't know what they do. Have sex with them. I mean do whatever they

(01:01:22):
want with them. Yeah. So Steven Tyler has been accused of mauling and groping a teen model
in a new sexual assault lawsuit nearly a year after being sued for sexual assault. He's facing
an additional allegation of sexual abuse in this new lawsuit. So this isn't new. So this thing this
happened in 1975. I mean she was 17 and I'm okay. But yeah it's been literally and there's like statue

(01:01:51):
of limitation. That's what I said at one point. So let's wait and I were talking about statue
limitations. However New York just did away with the statue of limitations. Some portion of the
statue of limitations law. So Trump could be indicted in New York. Oh. So now I have a feeling

(01:02:13):
that more of these kind of stories are going to come out because now the statute of limitations
law is there's some kind of caveat in it that is allowing people to bring lawsuits against someone
almost 50 years later. But I read what happened to this girl. I was literally about to be like
do you want to hear. Yes. You read it because I just know what I remember from reading it last

(01:02:39):
night. Okay. It's disgusting. It's disgusting. And you could skip the part where it says erect
penis. I don't want to hear you say that. Okay. So her name is to know her name. Okay. Don't
say her name even though it's like in a public lawsuit. Anyway. Okay. Well she alleged. Well

(01:03:03):
yes but it's public knowledge. You want to know go look her up. It's for a story but whatever.
Okay. So this woman and her friend met Steven Tyler is on a hotel at a hotel. The group like
walked in you know walk together down 6th Avenue in Manhattan. Plus what there are many red flags

(01:03:26):
in this story. I'm going to just like ding when I hear red flag. But things that she did completely
wrong that we would never do in this day and age. Okay. During the walk this woman made a comment
that irritated Tyler and led him to force her inside a nearby phone booth. I don't know what was
said but clearly enough for her to be like pushed in pinned in. They are like in a phone booth.

(01:03:50):
While holding her captive Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat put his hands upon her body her
breast her Botox Botox her generals moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the
wall the phone booth. He was mulling and groping humping her pretending to have sex with her.

(01:04:11):
Wait. Wait. Did you say hopping her? Humping. Humping.
Others like stood outside the phone booth laughing and passerbires like watched and witnessed but
nobody in the entourage intervened. She said that Tyler's penis was redacted by Beth's words

(01:04:34):
and it was shut up disgusting and it was evident to her as she rubbed it against her and was not
wearing underwear and wearing thin pants. Sick. The young model allegedly freed herself by pulling
on Tyler's hair and raising up her knee into the groin I hope. So that's like what she's

(01:04:57):
alleging that has happened and then apparently she's also alleging that he assaulted her a second
time against a wall is simulating sex. He also went to her house and like had dinner with her
parents like after this. So it seems like okay so Steven Tyler invited her back to the hotel room

(01:05:20):
and she managed to escape which I'm confused. If he's already pinned you why are you going back
to the hotel but is it because she's so scared and 17 and naive and like that's what she's doing
someone's abusing you you're like okay like let me just go um it's because she's 17 he's Steven
Tyler and he's showing some kind of interest in her but he's already sexually assaulted her.
She doesn't realize it's sexual assault until it's fucking 50 years later. Okay well according to

(01:05:42):
the lawsuit she was hospitalized and medicated as a result of the alleged assaults and suffered
quote unquote great pain of mind and body severe and permanent emotional distress physical
manifestations of emotional distress embarrassment humiliation physical personal and psychological
injuries so I'm thinking maybe she registered it in the moment maybe this lawsuit follows a prior

(01:06:04):
one which I kind of mentioned um another woman sued him in December 2020 for sexual assault sexual
battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress when she was a teen in the 70s so it's
it is not unheard of I'm sure with Steven Tyler it's not surprising and very sad or not necessarily
Steven Tyler but a rock band yeah I mean but necessarily for Steven Tyler also right did

(01:06:30):
you know okay so his daughter um live live Tyler she like didn't know him no until she was like a
grown adult yeah her mom got she was like a product of a situation yes her mom was a groupie and
got knocked out yeah the crazy disgusting just that and she's beautiful just side note yeah

(01:06:53):
yeah but yeah like I mean 50 years later though but it goes back to you saying the whole statute
of limitations thing being changed yeah yeah which is good for victims true I think true
this woman has probably had to live with this trauma apparently distress for decades decades
and now she can probably do something about it yeah because you know at 17 you're not gonna

(01:07:14):
you're you really know it's very highly unlikely anyway Steven Tyler's trash trash canceled
canceled although she did a lot of red flags that she should not be doing at 17 years old
but you know any better at 17 and it was probably I mean it was the 60 no what in the 60s 70s and she's

(01:07:35):
probably a does not matter if drugs were involved she was actually assaulted she was for sure for
sure 100% period like nothing like all around yeah like of course things could have been different
she could have made different decisions as well as him instead of taking advantage of the child
for sure definitely those are all the top stories we have decided to cover

(01:07:56):
moving on to honorable mentions yes I've got one okay another older gentleman
type story so Al Pacino definitely older my gosh Al Pacino is 83 yeah he is currently
dating noir alfala she is 29 disgusting and I I'm gonna throw this at her about her can you imagine

(01:08:22):
dating somebody popo's age apparently popo Clyde my grandpa he's stopped that you're
freaking gross don't put any of those words together again ever
she's barely lucid
anyway noir has a thing of dating older gentlemen yeah um and you want to know how she's been

(01:08:48):
connected to yeah so apparently she comes from money but I don't entirely know I think she's
like a publicist or something like she is somewhere in the vicinity of celebrity now I don't know what
it is about her but she has been linked to other famous men they have all been older men another

(01:09:10):
one being Clint Eastwood photographed at dinner together um which I'm thinking because at the
time she said there was like no relationship no things happening but I'm thinking she might have
been a paid escort like why would she be hanging out with these older men crew you know true she's
also been linked to Nicholas Berghrun Bergrun don't know I don't know either he looks a little older

(01:09:34):
but the big one she was dating Mick Jagger she was dating Jager who I'm sure probably could
potentially have some you know 1970s sexual assault cases in his closet but anyway he was 74
she was 23 I cannot sad them what that must have been like that's her grandpa

(01:10:01):
oh that's older than her dad anyway that's her dad's dad
um Al Pacino is literally older than her dad boy older than her grandpa
so um okay so Al Pacino it's a 54 year age gap

(01:10:25):
that's insane well they just had a baby they have an infant child dusting
how does he still have sperm at 83 years old men never run out of it I would think that it's not
as viable to produce a child I think I'm pretty sure that's if that is that's pretty fucked up

(01:10:48):
that we can only have babies in like a window of time it's literally not a man's I mean not a
woman's world this is a man's world I don't know who created it and made it this way but
that's how it works it's it's so they have a baby and they're apparently still together
but they went to court over like custody and child support so she's getting like majority

(01:11:11):
custody which makes sense because she's gonna freaking be alive longer and like gonna raise this
baby raise this baby by herself do you have like how old are his kids how old are his
fucking old older than her oh my god he has okay so I think this is his fourth child um
he has three other kids set for life well of course I mean so she yeah that's true

(01:11:38):
it was supposedly you know accidental they weren't planning it obviously just and I mean they're just
like out here just having unprotected sex it all I can think about when I think of old men having
sex is Hugh Hefner and all of the things that play me exactly about him yeah but disgusting
okay so there's four kids Julie Pachino's Julie he has 34 I think that's Julian

(01:12:08):
so Julie's 24 Anton is 22 Olivia is 22 wait a minute wait a minute
and math ain't mathin he was having sex very late in his life if he's what did I just say
he has two kids that are 22 years old twins hold on they are let's see Anton yes twin sister

(01:12:32):
like literally twin same loom oh my god do you know who their mom is
oh Beverly D Angelo she's on um she's chubby chase's wife in the Christmas movie what no
it's Beverly D Angelo
so yeah yeah well but she's older she ain't 83 hold on hold on hold on Beverly D Angelo is

(01:13:08):
yeah the Christmas yeah she's going to be one okay okay that makes her do quick math mom
um okay I mean that's better than three I guess but I'm better than a 54 that's 12 years that's
decent that's 22 years ago is probably normal yeah yeah yeah and then now he has a newborn baby

(01:13:30):
well so that's youngest is only 22 so I mean that's not like no no no no no no no no no
his youngest is negative one it's an infant baby for that the one older yeah that could be this
child's parent oh for sure it's just okay so if I had to say like I want you to guess the number

(01:13:53):
so he has to pay a monthly child support monthly monthly how much do you think he'd have to pay
for his current child or I mean his newborn child with his current girlfriend I would have no clue
he was ordered to pay $30,000 a month in child support wow in addition to that

(01:14:14):
he's paying like a percentage of six percent of the annual ghost income of the girlfriend
if that makes any sense nope not me either and then on top of that he's also paying
a certain amount so he's paying $15,000 a year also for education in the future

(01:14:35):
wow nuts weird so the education's like $15,000 a year but you're given her $30,000
a month which doesn't I'm very confused because he's not going to be alive for the whole education
process so would you put more money towards the education I would think but and I bet his older

(01:14:57):
kids are fucking pissed now they got to share what this the will baby they got share the
inheritance with this baby damn kids yeah yeah that's crazy I mean I was just mind blown that's
disgusting you know he's best friends with like the fucker meet the fuckers what's the name the dad

(01:15:22):
um I don't know the mole yeah yeah like Robert De Niro De Niro who also just had a
uh it's right with a very young girl they are just knocking up these weird uh they need to
they need to understand that that's what these girls are for banking on you think they're having

(01:15:42):
safe sex no sick didn't even know they were having sex in the first place I didn't need to know that
no not my business didn't need to know that okay moving on next honorable mention bravo con
so I don't have much to say on bravo com because it's this weekend it's happening now which

(01:16:07):
a really really fomo and want to be there to every event that's happening every event that's
happening um but so far I've seen like you know a couple of clips on tiktok sandoval has been
booed relentlessly he doesn't want to like take the stage with ariana no they are not taking
the stage they had do not have a panel together not even on there they didn't ask Courtney the

(01:16:30):
one of them but there but the the the producers I said no we're not doing that we're not even
going to put her in the situation um but he has been booed relentlessly um and guess who's taking
up one lala you're kidding me she was the biggest one she said that she gives him credit for um being

(01:16:54):
there and taking it all on the chin and you know we should she's a freaking walking hypocrisy
a fucking hypocrite hypocrite yeah yeah terrible I have never been a fan and you sit over there
and your high horse team lala I do like lala I never understand it I do like lala um but

(01:17:17):
sandoval said he he powered through the questions and he was just like yeah I'm a villain I
understand your you know what you're saying it's honestly kind of sad that he'll like never overcome
this no and I don't believe once a cheater always a cheater I don't um I mean I don't either but I do

(01:17:38):
believe sandoval is a narcissistic cheater he has cheated on multiple of his girlfriends like to
think everybody has redeemed qualities and like a bigger character arc in life I I don't like him
either I'm not I'm not defending him I'm just saying it sucks it does suck it does suck that we
we feel so strongly about him um because he did make a mistake it was a terrible mistake and

(01:18:07):
that's a mistake that was intentional but true true true and Raquel just out here just like gave
up social media so she doesn't she doesn't get to hear any of our yeah any of our opinions I think
I probably feel worse for her oh for sure poor thing I had to use that with the two sandoval's
just I mean very nice yeah sandoval's loving it I mean she's probably got a pay raise but um I plan on

(01:18:30):
sitting down on sunday and just watching all of the panels because they're streaming it on pika
perfect so I'll be expecting a recap from that yeah so that's what I have for not much of it but I will
okay it's why it's a non-convention yes um because I'm learning I say like two words for next one
um Mariah Carey um Mariah Carey is being sued um for the lyrics of On When for Christmas is You

(01:18:59):
and this is the second time she's been sued for this song by the same person it it was
draw double jeopardy well they drop it oh and I got that's I don't think the same thing like that's being charged for something she's not being

(01:19:20):
we're not illegal podcast no no I don't know um she's being accused so yes this lawsuit was followed by a country singer named
Annie Stone he alleges that Mariah Carey ripped his song off with his band then spanced in the valiant
and this comes one year after he withdrew a similar lawsuit over the same song I've heard of them spanced in the valiant well
well what have I heard that I apparently they were country or a country band okay he is saying that

(01:19:47):
she copied the compositional structure of the song and that the phrase On When for Christmas is You
like it's coined now but it wasn't back then and it's because of him that it became a thing
and it's just pretty much saying she ripped off his song and like tuned and that's about it

(01:20:09):
there's only so many words he hired he hired a a lawyer who represented Taylor Swift and like her shake it off
no I'd be right me so I'm assuming that's why like it was dropped that he re-found someone right hoping like it'll go somewhere
but I don't know I don't know if it actually will I couldn't tell you this song is like the one of the
biggest Christmas song yeah it's I feel like it's gonna be kind of hard to prove I mean yeah I mean

(01:20:34):
she's probably like throwing my hundred grand and letting be on this way Mariah's got it like get this out of the news
you know yeah she don't have time for this she's busy defrosing for her upcoming right right
all right next honorable mention Sophie Turner yes Sophie Turner has apparently moved on

(01:20:54):
from Joe Jonas to no well I wouldn't say moved on she was caught kissing canodaling with a new man
canodaling with a new man a British aristocrat oh do you know what an aristocrat is a fancy person
a fancy rich person but they were at the railroad station kissing making out before she went to

(01:21:20):
the rugby world cup finals oh a full-on English man an Englishman how do you say that an Englishman
side note I happened to watch the world cup rugby match what do you mean you watched a rugby match
I watched a rugby match did you watch the same one Sophie Turner was at I did and I did not know

(01:21:45):
because once it was over because she presented the trophy so I didn't know that and we turned it
off when it was over but I enjoyed it rugby's like football it's not really they are like stuck in a
circle it's weird because the ball it's so weird because they can kick it forward and they can

(01:22:06):
run it forward but you can't throw it forward if you throw it you have to throw it backwards
behind you it's so weird so many different rules but it was very cool I really enjoyed it I
just did it a little more than football actually so this guy she was kissing his name is kissing

(01:22:28):
so southern um I wrote his name down but I don't see that I'll hold up for you it sounds English
it I think it's um it's a an um Pellegrine Pearson oh yeah Pellegrine Pearson goes by Perry that's what
it is yes um so he's an heir to this estate called Caldrey estate in west Essex which is once he be

(01:22:56):
once whoever dies whoever owns it part of his family once he dies and he inherits it
inheritance it inherits yes inherits it he will become the fifth by account but it's got this
this estate has is known for its polo club there um and they have a farm and a cafe and a golf

(01:23:19):
course and a bunch of little cottages and it's set up like holiday homes like an Airbnb so it's
like a little community that he's going to inherit I mean we already know she wants to go back to the
UK and like wants to raise her kids there so what perfect way to end up with but this guy went from
dating an actual princess princess yeah she's like King Charles's niece or something like that

(01:23:47):
Charles's goddaughter goddaughter Maria Maria Olympia of Greece she's a princess an actual princess
but I'm sure so Sophie Turner's net worth is more than this random princess
hmm depending on you to look up her

(01:24:08):
I thought that was interesting and he's really cute he's way cuter than Joe Jonas good job are you
kidding me no he's cute you're you're looking at this guy right here I'm gonna tell me he's cuter
than Jonas brother yeah you're gonna tell me he's cute and Joe Jonas right now yeah I think he's
cute but he's white kid and Joe Jonas I need everyone listening right now I mean look at this

(01:24:30):
little petite man right here that is a short key right there how dare you but there's so many
powers you wear heels now with this tall Brit okay his face still isn't as cute as Joe Jonas yeah it is
well that's a man yeah oh we will never ever agree her taste is disappointing your taste is

(01:24:59):
on par actually well I don't know what that means but it does not sound like a compliment
terrible terrible taste in celebrities Jordan mom
that is so cute why his eyes are so big and so far apart he is so cute I mean I literally

(01:25:26):
think something is wrong with your brain you're you're looking at this guy with no lip no top lip
it's a glance I mean I don't care about at a glance I'm a glance all I know no no all I need
out of glances is to see Joe Jonas look at this right here no do you see that yeah no I'm ashamed

(01:25:48):
no you know what Jordan wow he reminds me of um I'm a 25 year old I mean I okay I think Jason's
seagull is cute in a dorky not cute way okay that's what I see him I don't think this man is sexy

(01:26:14):
but I mean I kind of do you actually we have to move on because I'm just not okay I I need to
talk to my best friend about this and I'm gonna roast your ass in my group chat my Swifty Brothers
is gonna hear Swifty Brothers I have a group chat called the Swifty Brothers why are your brothers
because of the Jonas Brothers no Swifty like like Taylor Swift slash Bro no no no no no slash

(01:26:39):
it's Swifty's or Swifty Brothers like Swifty Brothers like it's all one thing okay we are
Swifty's but we're we're Swifty's Swifty Brothers not computing but okay all right well that was
my last honorable mention my last story we have covered our top stories honorable mentions

(01:27:01):
and now guess what time it is it's quiz time quiz time I'm gonna quiz Jordan on Gen Z slang words
I am pumped because let's see Gen Z I'm a zillennial I'm a born zillennial so that's on the cusp
because as Gen Z is from 1997 to 2012 and you're 95 so not as a you're a millennial you're on the

(01:27:32):
end of a millennial which is from 1981 to 1996 so you're I mean you're not you're not hanging on
the end of that millennial you're full on I'm so young I'm a baby I'm a baby I'm holding on to my
you that was so fun no no no yeah okay Colleen so I mean that's when you realize you're getting

(01:27:58):
old when you when you don't say those words ever yet there's a whole new generation after you no no
no I'm connected I'm connected no Olivia Rodrigo Renee Robb Timothy Chalamet which are like 22 and 23
I am 23 you are 20 almost 29 I don't know COVID years don't count so technically I am 26 therefore

(01:28:22):
I am Gen Z girl math for sure all right I'm ready okay so I thought some of these were like
really funny I'm gonna tell you some of the ones that I will start with some of the ones that I know
not that I would ever use any of these terms but I do I have heard them we'll start with no cap no

(01:28:47):
cap you're not lying or it's a lie hold on no cap you can't not lie no yeah no I remember we
already talked about this I stare off and I think for a second cap is lie no cap is you're not lying
got it ding bussin that shit is busting it's good it's great next one low key low key like you're

(01:29:11):
a low key hater like you're an actual hater you're literally hating I low key like this but I really
like this means quietly off the record okay same thing what about he's my 13th reason yeah my 13th
reason why like I'm gonna off myself like I'm out of here last straw can't do anymore got it yep

(01:29:35):
yep which reference not one 13 reasons why yeah that's why I knew that one okay um hot and 4k
hey cotton 4k like you have been caught because the cameras are in 4k like you you're you're
stuck like we got you you're clear it's clear it's crystal clear no yeah no what is it um caught

(01:29:57):
doing something they shouldn't be doing okay yeah but nothing about cameras nothing about 4k okay
I still know that term has me in a chokehold um like this game has me in chokehold yeah
or this person that's being chokehold yeah um you do anything for them like you that that's
your like you're it that's it yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah cast me up boost me up all right me up

(01:30:24):
positive yeah let me hear it let him cook fuck let him cook I cook let it simmer like it needs to
just settle like let him think about it look at him over there talking to that girl let him cook
I'll give him some time let him do his thing he's got it yep you want to see how it plays out okay

(01:30:47):
you didn't hear that one I did not um situation ship everybody knows that one your relationship
hasn't been defined like you're not boyfriend girlfriend but you're not not seeing each other
it's just a switch situation ship romantically involved but without being an actual relationship
yeah don't do that he ate that he killed it he crushed it he did really good like

(01:31:10):
very good look at you I'm as a linear um sending me but that should be sending me like I'm done
this is great I'm I mean I'm laughing yeah so hilarious yep yep yep um it's giving it's giving
like you know I know I'm and I'm trying to like just how I would define it like it's giving pot

(01:31:35):
it's giving Taylor like it's defining whatever it's not living up to the expectations oh okay it's
giving and then it's usually chooky yeah it's giving it's usually some negative it's giving yeah
yeah look at you I'm impressed you get more than I assumed you would get yeah I mean like some of

(01:32:00):
these I've heard but I've never take talk to I mean that's what I'm saying some of these I've heard
but I've never heard you use because I am not a 12 year old child go off sis go off sis you've got
this like yes please encouraging someone to keep criticizing yeah I don't talk like this but I know
these terms good job you show me the money still millennial no I'm not you are but you kept calling

(01:32:32):
an elder millennial earlier yeah I hurt my feelings that yeah that's more of the 1981 people okay
that's not really 90s I'm a baby I'm a little your baby in my one oh okay thanks I am in touch I am a young
in um calm down you're almost 29 I don't have any wrinkles I could I could I could pass for for 18
