My career began as an airline pilot. I soon realized I wanted more financial security and freedom. As an uneducated speculator, I purchased real estate as a means of achieving that goal in 2005. Then I began learning about speculation vs investing. In the end, I was able to avoid disaster by selling my bad asset near the beginning of the housing market crash. 

In 2007, I made my first real estate investment.

Our first mobile home parks were purchased in 2017 when we assembled a team of investors.

We provide affordable homeownership for hardworking American families. Our company purchases undervalued and poorly managed communities. We then fix them through better management and infrastructure improvements.

I co-founded MHPinvestors in 2021. I have been involved in all aspects of the company.

Our company is raising capital to take advantage of the huge opportunities we see in this sector today. It is an exciting time to invest in mobile home parks.
