Zaki (00:02):
Another glorious day in the sky. Time to get these
feathers looking extra sharp. Abird has to look his best after
all. Let's see. A quick preenhere, a little fluff there.
Perfect. Oh wait. Is that aspeck of dirt? No. No.
No. Not on Zaki's watch. Now forthe tail feathers. Gotta keep

(00:29):
them smooth for maximum flightstyle. One wrong turn and Wait.
Was that something in the water?Nah. Probably just a leaf. Back
to the feathers and done. Lookat that shine.
Magnificent. Though now that Ithink about it, that wasn't a

(00:53):
leaf, was it? It was oh no, abasket floating down the river.
Okay. Let me just take a closerlook.
You've got this, Zaki. It's justa basket. Baskets are harmless.
Right? Nothing unusual.
Just a regular old did did thatbasket just make a noise? Oh,

(01:13):
no. It's alive, a living, breathing, talking basket. What
kind of magic is this? Whatshould I do?
Do I talk to it? Do I apologizefor staring? Oh no. Oh no. Wait.
What if it's enchanted? What ifit's haunted? Okay. Okay. Zaki,

(01:33):
get a grip.
It's just it's just a noisybasket. That's all. Yep. Nothing
unusual about a basket floatingdown a river that sounds like a
baby. Nothing at all.
Still, there's got to be areason for this. Right? Baskets
don't just float down rivers forfun.

Meraj Digital presents theAmazing stories with Zaki the
Hoopoe. Episode 16, the birth ofProphet Musa.
Salam, my wonderful friends. It's me, Zaki, your favorite

(02:16):
Hooper bird back with anotherincredible story. Oh, do I have
an adventure for you today? Onefilled with bravery, trust, and
a tiny basket floating down abig scary river. And a very very
brave sister.
That's right. A sister. Today,we're also going to meet a

(02:36):
mother whose love for her childwas so strong that she trusted
Allah completely, even whenthings seemed impossible. And
that baby? Oh, he grew up to besomeone truly amazing.
Let me tell you all about it.Now my friends, if this story
sounds familiar, it should. Youmight remember we've already
talked about prophet Musa beforein the incredible story of how

(03:00):
he parted the Red Sea and ledhis people to freedom. But
today, we're going back to thevery beginning of his story to
see how it all started and howAllah's plan for him began. A
long long time ago, there was aterrible king named pharaoh.
You remember the pharaoh fromour other story. Right? Well,
this was his dad. He ruled overEgypt, and he was one of the

(03:23):
most powerful and cruel kings inhistory. Pharoah was so afraid
of losing his power that heordered something unthinkable.
All baby boys born to theIsraelites should be taken away.
Can you imagine the fear inpeople's hearts? But in the
midst of this fear, a specialbaby was born. His name was

(03:46):
Musa, and he was destined forgreatness. But before that
greatness could unfold, hismother had to do something
incredibly brave.
She had to trust Allahcompletely. Here's how it all
began. Pharoah was terrified ofthe Israelites. He thought they

(04:08):
would rise up against him, so hemade their lives miserable. He
forced them to work as slavesand even made that cruel rule
about baby boys.
When Musa was born, his motherwas filled with both joy and
fear. She loved her baby dearly, but she knew pharaoh's soldiers
were searching for newborn boys. What could she do? That's when

(04:28):
Allah sent her a message. Heinspired her heart and told her
exactly what to do.
Place the baby in a basket andset it on the river. Do not fear
or grieve. We will return him toyou and make him one of our
messengers. Can you imagine howhard that must have been? To let
go of her baby not knowing whatwould happen?

(04:50):
But Musa's mother trusted Allahcompletely. She made a small
basket, lined it carefully so nowater could get in, and placed
her precious baby inside. Then, with tears in her eyes and faith
in her heart, she set the basketon the river. The water carried

(05:14):
it away and she watched until itwas out of sight. But she wasn't
completely alone.
Musa's sister followed thebasket from a distance, keeping
an eye on her baby brother. Whatan awesome big sister. The
river, which could have beendangerous, became a path of
safety. Allah was guiding Musato a very surprising place. The

(05:38):
basket floated gently down theriver until it reached pharaoh's
palace.
Of all the palaces in all theplaces, can you believe it? One
of pharaoh's servants saw thebasket and brought it to
pharaoh's wife, Asiya. Nowhere's where the story gets
amazing. Instead of being afraidof pharaoh, Asiya looked at the

(06:01):
baby and felt a deep love forhim. She said, this child will
be a comfort to me.
Let us not leave him. Perhaps hewill benefit us. And just like
that, Musa was saved. Allahplaced love for him in Asiya's
heart, and she convinced pharaohto let the baby stay. But Musa's

(06:22):
journey wasn't over yet.
Remember Musa's mother? Shemissed her baby so much. But
Allah had a plan to reunitethem. Musa's sister who had been
watching from a distance, stepped forward and told the
palace servants, I know someonewho can care for this baby. That
someone was Musa's own mother.
Allah brought them back togetherjust as he promised. Asiya had

(06:46):
Musa's mother take care of andraise Musa without ever
realizing that was Musa's actualmother. Isn't that incredible?
Allah works in amazing ways evenwhen things feel like they
couldn't get any worse. Wow.
What an incredible story. Musa'smother had to do something very

(07:08):
difficult, but her trust inAllah led to a miracle. This
teaches us that even when thingsseem scary or impossible, Allah
always has a plan. So the nexttime you feel unsure or afraid,
just remember Musa's mother andwhat she did. Trusting Allah
might not always be easy, butit's always worth it.

(07:31):
That's all for today, mywonderful friends. But don't fly
away just yet. Our nextadventure will take us on an
incredible journey with anotherprophet and a surprising
miracle. I can't say more, buttrust me, you'll love it. Salam,
and see you soon.
