We'll approve best Invest usa.org.
Great organization. Welcome back to the program.
Michael Letts. Very busy weekend, our national
(00:31):
security expert. It's on again, off again with
the Epstein tapes and the Epstein files.
And there was a lot of chatter about over the weekend that Dan
Bongino was going to be leaving and then it turned out that he's
not leaving. Kash Patel was having some
consternation. Pam Bondi, what's the latest on
that? And now why is Laura, Laura
(00:52):
Trump saying that Donald Trump, the president, is deeply
concerned and he is going to launch a special counsel?
What can you tell us about that whole situation?
Well, let's take it from the very top.
Very poorly handled in terms of this is what the administration
had said when he was campaigning, that it would be
(01:14):
first and foremost hold people accountable for their actions.
Then second of all, it would release files and information
that we had to show what people see to be held accountable and
we would go from there. And then, of course, he issued
the order to release the files at the end of his swearing in
ceremony in January. Did nothing happen?
(01:35):
We begin to get, no, not saying this for lies.
We begin to get additional information that perhaps there
were additional files in New York.
And then we found out that Comedy had created a special
program on the FBI computer system that buried or hid
certain files. These are some of the files that
(01:57):
were hid. Then there was also some rooms
that nobody knew about. The FBI had some boxes, stuff
behind toilets as well. All that had contained pretty
good information. So went through all that,
gathered it together, put it outPam Bondi's desk.
But after they had repeated, of course, she made the statement
(02:19):
that, you know, I'm when the question is asked, are you going
to release The Client List? She said it's on my desk.
Of course, from her perspective, she thought it was in there
whether she knew or not. That's, you know, subjective
question one could ask. But here's what we do know
because of the previous trial. You know, he was tried on this
in 2018 for the first time, right?
(02:40):
There was a submittal during thefederal court system of a black
book with roughly 2000 names. Now you can call it client list,
you can call it contact list, you can do when you want to.
And I think it's important to Paul's discipline 2 years
differentiate so the people understand where all the
consternation is coming from. Just because your name is listed
in a book doesn't mean you're guilty, doesn't mean I mean he
(03:03):
could have the plumber in his contact list, doesn't mean the
plumber did anything wrong. So there was a question about
which of these names are victims, which are just contacts
you like. I use the illustration of the
plumber and which are people that did nefarious activities.
Well, they obviously didn't wantto pursue it because of the fact
(03:28):
there's some very influential, powerful, powerful people on
that list. We're not saying that book is
the only list of 2000 names where there's a lot more.
And quite frankly, so under the Biden administration and all
those, they just basically sat did nothing.
What were they hoping for? Probably to run out the statute
of limitations, but then some ofthe victims begin to come
(03:49):
forward and sue civil. You remember those lawsuits, Jim
you know Virginia Godfrey was one of course sued, you know and
of course they had were naming names that they had first hand
knowledge of. So here's what should have
happened is those names that were you have cooperating
evidence should have been pursued biggest they were not.
(04:10):
Now you got to the standpoint towhere in the civil lawsuits, the
judges, and there's two judges in New York that are doing this,
quite frankly. Alan Dershowitz, you remember,
was one of the ones that was named yeah, and came out and
said, no, no, no, I'm, I'm, I'm innocent and proved his
innocence. But here's one of the
interesting aspects that happened is these liberal
(04:32):
leftist judges, they said, OK, we're going to make sure that
the victims, they use that word, victims are taken care of.
So nobody can release any names of the victims and you would
think on face value or of coursethat's the right thing to do.
The problem is they didn't define what victims is.
And so you had a lot of people who are accused of being
(04:53):
perpetrators saying, well, I'm avictim.
I was putting in the circumstance.
I didn't, I didn't necessarily know what's going on or this
without the other and claimed tobe victims.
And so the judges have ordered their file seal.
That's where you're having difficulty getting everything
out on the table. Now, did the Trump
administration get everything out, the town man to get
everything out? I don't think so.
(05:15):
I don't think you're going to beseeing a lot more that coming
out. The president was frustrated.
We've got so much else on the plate.
We're devoting somebody's time to this.
I mean, let's just move on. Well, that's not the sentiment
of the American people. I can promise you that.
Don't think he realized when he was mentioning that.
But the way that was interpretedis that our kids are not
important because I know he feels different.
(05:36):
And so now he has decided, OK, you're right, this is a top
priority. These people that harm our
children need to be pursued and pursued vigorously.
And that's why you're going to see a whole new emphasis on this
matter. You're going to see whatever can
come out, come out. Plus, we need to be bringing out
to the American people. You're not seeing some of these
files because the judge said that these people that we all we
(05:59):
think are perpetrators are victims and they're not refusing
to allow them to be released. We're again, we're getting
messed up with our judicial system as well.
Judiciary is covering for people, quite frankly, and this
is a main, this is a great example of how we need reform on
both levels. You know, we talked about we
need reform within our agencies so they can't be used for
(06:21):
weaponization and politicalization.
And I need reform our judiciary because they're using their
positions to either do executivematters or to block and protect
people. And neither one of those on
their purpose, Jim. All right, well, I have a better
understanding now. I think my listeners do too.
So the if you're if this is something, it's important.
It's important to me. I mean, I think we should hold
(06:43):
powerful people accountable whenthey're abusing their power.
And that's what we want to find out.
Let's move on to John Brennan Speaking of people with lots of
power, He's under a lot of heat right now because of many
things. Chief among them is signing on a
a thing that ended up having a effect on the 2020 elections and
(07:04):
that being denying the Hunter Biden laptop was real and trying
to tie Trump to Russia collusionand the previous administration.
What's going on now with John Brennan?
Is he facing possible indictment?
Oh yes. The short answer to that is yes.
Here's why. The FBI has now launched a full
(07:24):
scale investigation on him, on comedy and others that I can't
name at this time. But, and This is why you get
back to what we were just talking about.
You see the president's frustration.
I'm doing all these other things.
Nobody wants to talk about the other things along.
We're talking about empty. But hey, Epstein has got to be
talked about. That having been said, Brennan
is one of the key things we're focusing in on.
Here's something that's going toshock the American people that's
coming out of this investigation.
(07:45):
Of course, you know, John Brennan was the director for the
CIA under Obama. Before he was the director, he
was the station chief for the CIA agency office and Saudi
Arabia and Rihad Saudi Arabia. He personally signed off on 15
(08:07):
of the 19 terrorist passports for 911.
He is a devout Muslim. He has been very, very adamant
about that. And quite frankly, he's been in
charge by intelligence agencies, whether it ties in with Jeffrey
Epstein, whether it ties in withthe terrorist attacks 911.
(08:28):
And so, yes, there's a lot to invest in here.
Now, people are not realizing just how bad this situation is.
But buckle up because this fixing to get really interesting
in the next few few weeks and months ahead.
You know, there's a lot of talk about the deep state.
I would say that if the deep state had a face, that face
would be somebody like a John Brennan.
I mean, he has been working against, and this is part of the
(08:51):
parcel, what Steve Bannon was talking about at the recent
Turning Point event. There is a real fervor in this
country. And I, I tend to agree with the
sentiments that we need to take the country back away from the
deep state bureaucrats and the leftist wokest folks in this
country who want to turn this, this country into something that
(09:12):
it isn't a globalist enterprise. And it takes away from the, I
don't know the greatness of America, these people.
I don't know it's. But it's good to have you here.
We'll be talking to you again tomorrow.
We'll unwrap some of this. And it's going to be a pretty
tumultuous week. I do want to get your your
thoughts on what's happening with the Ukraine, Russia war and
(09:33):
your opinion on that because I know you've dealt with those
too. So we'll have you back on the
program. Michael, let's invest. usa.org
is his organization and he is our wonderful guest.
Thank you so much. We'll talk to you again in 24
hours. Thank you, Jim.
God bless. God Bless America.
