(00:12):
Implications and the consequences of these actions
that were taken demand accountability.
The American people not only deserve the truth and
accountability when we look at the future of our country as a
Democratic Republic and the American people's ability to
have faith that when they go andcast a vote at the ballot box
that the will of the people willbe respected by those in
(00:34):
government. All right, so, so now we welcome
into the program. Michael.
That's our national security expert.
We appreciate you, Michael. How are you and how was your
weekend? Pretty busy, huh?
I bet you haven't slept. Busy going on, Yeah, Well,
close, close, but it's been a busy week, weekend, no question.
Was this a bombshell or what? I mean, Tulsi Gabbard, how did
she, do you know how she stumbled into checking into all
(00:57):
of this and coming to the realization that something funny
was going on here? Well, we've known for some time
that Brennan and comedy were involved, Gate and other things,
trying to impede the first of all, trying to make sure Trump
didn't get elected the first time and trying to make sure
(01:19):
they could impede his presidencyand force impeachments.
A get rid of him that way or B just a total lack of confidence
did absolutely nothing done and be able to win by a landslide in
2020. So we knew that their
involvement once the president got re elected in 2024.
(01:41):
This last year we determined that we were going to drain the
swamp and make sure went after the weaponized agency such as
the FBI and others. As we begin to go, we recognize
the role that the intelligence communities, D and I and others
were playing within this sphere of trying to put together Russia
(02:05):
gate. And then we begin to see the
course, the entire purpose. It was an insurrection.
It was attempting to go with heror duly elected government.
And so we begin to dig deeper and deeper under those files.
And when I say this, I want people to understand they didn't
just put this act together and all didn't work.
Put it in the T section on the filing cap.
(02:27):
No, they did everything they could to bury this information,
hide it on surface. You say, why didn't they just
destroy it? That's one of the intelligence
community that you learn is don't ever think anything's
destroyed, which is usually about 50 copies that are made,
stored all over the place. And eventually it caught up.
We were able to start to find some of these documents to
(02:48):
verify their authenticity, be able to develop, and then, of
course, it exploded. But we understood it wasn't just
some rogue, as you've been said in the past, some rogue
directors of some federal agencies that have been
weaponized. But it actually came the
presidency, the vice presidency.Joe Biden, of course, was the
vice president at the time, and his entire staff were in on it
(03:12):
and providing directions to how to make sure it was
accomplished. Now, Biden anywhere in this in
this circle in in the 2016 caper.
Yes, he is, because if you take a look at the memos and all the
briefings were held with the president and vice president, of
course Biden is sitting there. And then, of course, he's
(03:34):
National Security Advisor Susan Rice, James Clapper, head of
DNI, John Brennan, CIA, James comedy, the FBI.
And we heard what we're finding out.
It is amazing as this stuff begins to service, once you
begin to dig, it just kind of all begins to collapse.
And even on a separate note here, we're finding now that
(03:57):
Obama had ordered that the CIA work with the FBI to destroy any
evidence of wrongdoing by Hillary Clinton in the e-mail
scandal that you had. And that's why we often wondered
when that was occurring in 2016.How can you come out and say
there's no when we know we have written confirmation to destroy
(04:20):
30,000 emails that were subpoenaed?
That's obstruction of justice inand of itself.
Now we're beginning to understand why, because it was
all being coordinated at the top.
You know, it's interesting that the term by the book was uttered
a couple of times on some memos, which was Obama's order to his
people to go and dig up some something on this right.
(04:42):
Let's not let the David public briefing get out there.
By by the book would be an excellent name for the ultimate
movie that will be made about this.
I, I, I it's. Going to be a complex movie when
I'm laughing it. It's simple in in terms of what
happened there was it was treason you tried over to the
(05:04):
government. Now does this rise to?
The level going to be a complex issue.
Does it rise to the level of Obama gate?
Because I think that's what thisis.
Yes, it does, and it's tenfold. It's worse.
So it is worse than any scandal we've ever had in the history of
this country. The history of this country is
worse by far. Oh, it's, it's off the charts.
(05:24):
I, I think the left or the Democratic operatives are
apoplectic. They don't know what to do.
They didn't even report it on onABC News last night.
I saw nothing. I saw nothing.
All they did focus on Epstein. They did go into that more.
But they didn't touch this because they can't.
They're they're implicated in it.
They're part of the, well, as they say, they're part of the
(05:46):
problem in this case that, yeah,I wouldn't be surprised if there
were journalists. Well, see, that gets touchy
because now you're going after, you know, First Amendment stuff.
But they don't even need to go there, do they?
They they've got enough spoils to keep them busy for, you know,
quite a while. Well, I agree with you, Jim, in
this sense. We're going to go to the players
(06:07):
first, which will be Obama or the members of the
administration, Hillary, except we can go down with we take all
day. We've had maybe everybody that's
being looked at. But once we get the players,
then we'll put the we'll go after how it was plagued the
organization at that point. You will see very strong
(06:28):
implications to the media because they were a party, they
weren't complacent. I want to make sure the American
people understand there's a difference between complacency.
Jim tells me that it's going to rain today.
Nice. Kind of argue whatever.
And Ashley sitting down and trying to figure out how do we
make it rain today, Jim? And there's a big difference.
And everything that we're seeingnow was not complacency.
(06:50):
It was an actual involvement by the mainstream union in helping
get this story while I'm across the finish line.
So Hillary Clinton, she's implicated in this because she's
the one that sponsored the wholedossier.
But what I want to what what really troubles me.
And I don't know why they would be so dumb.
How could you have such a collection?
(07:11):
And I'm, this is a literal who'swho of everybody in Washington,
all the key players, all the, all the power brokers were in on
this. It's, it's, it's stunning to me
to think that they cooperativelyconspired to do this against
somebody who was duly elected. I, it's unfathomable.
But what makes me think maybe there's something I'm missing?
(07:34):
How did they not know that somebody would find this out?
Well, you have to take a look atsome stuff that you will be
coming out and give you a littleheads up.
Notice it wasn't just an administration trying to be
treasonous against the world of people for a new administration.
It was key members of Congress, it was the members of judiciary.
(07:56):
You've only got 3 branches of government, the executive, the
legislative judiciary. If all those key players, I'm
not talking about somebody that just walked in their first day
on the job. I'm talking about the key
players in those branches are all part of to making sure and
they've all been convinced that, hey, the various activities
(08:16):
we've been doing will not only come to a cease, but will come
out to light and there could be consequences.
So we have to all band together, make sure that doesn't happen.
This new crazy guy that's tryingto run for president called
Donald Trump, he's not going to expose all this.
So we'll do whatever is necessary to keep that from
happening. If it does happen, we'll do
everything we need to to discredit him, to force him out
(08:38):
the back door. Well, you know that when that
happens and you have all those members, that's how you see
that. You know, you pretty much think
you're above the wall, Jim. Well, obviously they're
operating from that, that we know better.
We're we're going to save America from this crazy person.
I'm sure that was their what they were thinking or justified
their behavior. But in a minute, if you don't
(08:59):
mind, I would like to hold you over for one more segment
because let's talk about the punishment aspect of this,
because from what I read, some of these charges are punishable
by death. They are.
So let's get back to that. We're talking with Michael
Letts. He is our national security
expert on all things, not only domestic but foreign, having
(09:20):
served in Special forces, havingbeen a key consultant for many
people in Washington and elsewhere.
And we will continue our discussion here on America
Today. Jim Watkins, again, this segment
is brought to you by a Low cost AIR 800-654-0759, eight 100,
654-0759. Don't forget to follow the
podcast. And if you missed this episode,
(09:42):
we'll be posting this after the program today.
Just go to jimwatkins.org, jimwatkins.org or just look for
America Today with Jim Watkins on your favorite podcast player.
We'll be back in just a second. All right, welcome back.
(10:10):
It is America today. Jim Watkins.
Michael Letts is my guest. He's our national security
expert. He's also the CEO and founder of
Invest usa.org, investusa.org. He provides bulletproof vest to
law enforcement officers everywhere free of charge
because of people like you. Let's get back.
I do want to get on to some Epstein updates, but again,
(10:32):
we're talking about a beyond serious and this is going to
probably play itself out for at least a few months.
But it looks like the entire upper cabinet of the Obama
administration has been nabbed trying to undermine an incoming
president and I and we haven't even touched the surface on
20/20, which we could probably get to in a whole nother
(10:53):
episode. But so now let's get to the
punishment phase of all this. I checked with the ChatGPT and I
asked ChatGPT what is the, what is the punishment for felony
treason? And the punishment is death or
five, $10,000 or five years in prison.
(11:14):
And and if you're an elected official, you can no longer hold
any public office. So who?
Who is the chief perpetrator in all of this, from your opinion?
Based on the preponderance of evidence, as they say?
The one to the chief architect. Obviously it was Hillary's
ideal, but you remember she was the Secretary of State at the
(11:38):
time for Obama and Obama had to sign off of it.
So by him signing off and gassing for briefings, we're
having briefings because he didn't just say, yeah, yeah,
whatever. He was actually involved.
So he's the chief responsible for coordinating and for signing
off on all the agencies that participate.
(12:00):
And why would the agencies participate?
It wasn't just because we got toget rid of Trump.
It was quite frankly, let's justbe very blunt, our agencies have
been notorious for being rogue for quite some time, for
decades. CIA, the NSA, the FBI, etcetera.
(12:23):
So this is not the only Russian gate.
There's probably about a tenth or like a little thimble worth
of all the corruption that's outthere and people understand
that. Once you start digging, it's
kind of Jim. I'll tell you something else if
you'll if you'll be more leadingon me.
And once you open that can of worms, especially as many worms
(12:45):
that are because are in that canall, you got a flood coming out,
Jim. Yeah, because then you can get
into the things that happened between 2016 and 2020 where
you've got the Alvin Bragg, you've got Letitia James, you've
got an entire army of litigatorsthat are going after this guy
incessantly. They just won't let him go.
It's like a Chihuahua on your onyour, you know, leg sleeve and.
(13:08):
Here's something important, Jim,is you need to understand we're
talking about special counsels. There's a difference between
general counsel and special counsel when you're talking
about special counsels. They're not bound by the statute
of limitations. When you talk on national
security. We could go back and find out
really what happened in say, Watergate.
We could find out what really happened if you look people
(13:28):
still alive in JFKMFK, the RFK, and I understand when a few that
people recognize how many more that nobody knew anything about.
You know, this is a, this is a, this is a purge.
I mean, it's, it's nothing shortof a purge.
If this was in Iraq under SaddamHussein, you know, we would be
seeing, we'd see about 15 peoplewide in a line with their, you
(13:52):
know, around their eyes, with their hands tied back waiting
for for justice to be served, ifyou know what I mean.
And Frank, and thankfully it won't get to that.
But there are some people who feel like, you know what this is
on that level, betraying the American people.
That's what this is. And it vindicates Trump.
It does and I and I think one ofthe things we need to make clear
(14:14):
we are to the listeners is yes, the Constitution provides for
capital, capital death penalty punishment.
For the Patricia. However, the discussion has been
instead of using what the Constitution actually says we
should do, showing some grace and perhaps just a life
(14:36):
imprisonment with no possibilityof parole.
I say send them all to Secot. Well, you're being timed.
I had a place to send them. I think I would be satisfied
seeing John Brennan stooped overin a white pajamas being dragged
through Secot. I don't know, I maybe I'm a
(14:57):
little sadistic, but. No, I think you're being kind.
I had more better. Be careful.
More, more things in mind. But quite frankly, that is where
we're headed, folks. I mean, you cannot sit back and
make light of this if it doesn't, especially if the
evidence shows what we already know is there.
(15:19):
And you also cannot say, well, this is too disruptive.
Let's just close that book. We're not going to read it,
throw it away and let's move on and all smile and have a new a
new hymn book we're going to sing out of.
You can't do that if you're expected to have justice.
Not you're not a two tier justice system and nobody you've
said it on your show. I don't know how many times, Jim
(15:40):
America does not respect the 22 justice system.
It just doesn't work. We're talking about Michael,
let's invest CEO invest.org and then let's let's move on
Epstein. What's the latest here?
Anything new? Well, yes, you know, quite
frankly now here's what what's going on with them seeing.
(16:01):
Of course, we've talked about itbefore and it ties into what
we've just been talking about. We had the previous
administration, even with the Biden administration, had total
control of the records for totalaccess for four years.
We've seen those administrations, whether it was
Obama's or or Biden's, weaponized the agencies, law
(16:23):
enforcement agencies, they changed reports.
We've got documentation of that for FISA and other things going
after Trump. If they had anything that they
could not have to change, it could share that would destroy
them, they would have done so. But by having the ability,
knowing he was coming back, we are now making sure that the
Epstein files are accurate, thatthey weren't changed.
(16:46):
We have caused and reason to believe that they were what
would not have been changed. You have witnesses give
testimony and to the grand jury then in that testimony was
sealed is supposed to be sealed. If the seal is broke, testimony
is tainted. But if it's not that should be
accurate information about what transpired.
You'll notice the president has said fine.
(17:08):
He basically got him in a trap there.
The Democrats were clamoring fornow go ahead today release all
the files. People wondered why would the
Republicans be opposed to because we want to make sure the
truth is revealed. So here we'll do reveal, unseal
the grand jury files so we know what the testimony is, then
release the files that we supposedly have from the Bureau
(17:31):
from other locations and let's compare the two.
And then we'll begin to understand what really
transpired in this situation andwhere we need to go from here.
Yeah, because I've sat on several grand juries and.
And the thing about it is you have to have your, your, your
case, you know, when you're presenting your case to, you
know, the jury, potential jury pool, it has to be locked down.
(17:54):
The T's have to be crossed. The the IS dotted.
And if the and what was presented to the jury is
different from what the Justice Department went on in terms of
pushing through with this Russiahoax and they see those
discrepancies, I can see how that could be a real problem.
What? Do people understand why did
Trump act what he did? Well, you got it.
(18:15):
First of all, just looking from a human standpoint, he was
frustrated. I'm doing all these other
things. Nobody cares.
All we're talking about is Epstein or something we can't
control. We've now discovered that.
So these files may be corrupted. But instead of just saying that,
he didn't want to jeopardize theinvestigations that are going on
on the other side because it ties in with Epstein.
(18:38):
I do want to, I've got time for one more question and I want to
go back real quickly to the Obama thing because we, I
wanted, I wrote myself a specialnote.
Somebody has to squeal. Somebody is going to have to
come forward and, and turn state's evidence on all of this.
Do you want to, what are the odds?
I mean, let's play the odds. Who do you think is most, most
likely? I, I would propose Jake Sullivan
(18:58):
because he's the only guy whose name did not come up and he is
in that circle of power. They, they nailed everybody.
Susan Rice, Victoria Newland. But strangely, Jake Sullivan's
name is nowhere to be found in any of these news items.
And he was in that circle, so. He's one, but there are others
already. We're already investigating
comedy, Brennan, Remember, comedy's daughter was fired.
(19:21):
She's getting trouble now. They're starting to all squeal
to be honest with you. All right, keeping our eyes on
it, America today, Michael, let's thank you so much for for
joining us. Thank you, Jim, God bless you
and God bless you, Mary.
