(00:12):
President Obama directed an intelligence community
assessment to be created to further this contrived false
narrative that ultimately led toa years long coup to try to
undermine President Trump. 'S Presidency Welcome back to
America Today. We have on the line is our
National Security Update Specialist Michael Letts, also

(00:33):
the Invest usa.org CEO and Founder And welcome back to the
program. Let me read to you Michael Letts
federal judge denies Department of Justice request to unseal
Florida Epstein grand jury transcripts.
We talked about this 24 hours ago that that was the next step.
So how does this affect the picture of of getting to see

(00:55):
what the grand jury was presented and take us through
this process? What was the grand jury
transcript? Why was it important?
Well, it's working right now in the favor of the leftist
liberals and the activists because here's what was going
on. Let's talk about the the
question you just raised. For the last four years, the

(01:19):
Biden administration has had total control over the Epstein
files. They were housed in the FBI,
Christopher Wray and of course before him, James Comedy.
The were housed the additional workers that were housed in
other FBI office was in the Southern District FBI office of
New York who the US attorney GR special law.

(01:42):
The prosecutor there was Jane Comedy's daughter.
OK. So there's a direct correlation
there. So they had total control over
the files. Now we know for a fact outside
of the Epstein case that the those files are not secure with
an agency. They should be.
They should be should be the toplaw enforcement all in the

(02:02):
world. How do you know that?
Well, we have documented evidence, undisputed, but they
changed the record for the FISA court to get warrants into the
spy on presidential. They changed the record that's
now come out with Russiagate, with both the CIA and the FBI
changing records. And so there's a pet, they
change the records on Mar Largo and we could go on and on.

(02:25):
So you can no longer have any confidence that just because the
FBI has the records means that they're accurate.
They have proven themselves to go in and alter testimony, erase
which you said, Jim, or add another word to it to change the
meaning of it and leave your signature on it.
Never tell you that they changedyour record.
So that's why it's so important that there is a now cry to

(02:48):
release the obscene files. But notice there was never a cry
to release the obscene files when the Democrats could have
easily done it. They had controlled the House,
Senate and the presidency. They had Joe Biden, so why would
they suddenly begin to cry out for him now?
Because you have to begin to askthe question, were names added,
games subtracted, names detracted?

(03:08):
Was testimony changed? And what we have under our
possession? And so how do you verify that?
Well, the easiest way to verify that is you've got sworn
testimony to the grand jury thatis sealed.
The FBI doesn't have it. The courts have it.
It is sealed in judiciary, you say, well, the judiciary is

(03:28):
corrupt, too. Yeah, but when you have a sealed
record, you have to break the seal if you're going to change
the testimony. You notice if the seal is
broken, then you know it's been tampered with.
So the president had a very bright idea.
You want to know what's in the files?
Great. Let's release the sealed files
first. You know they haven't been
ultimately touched and they're verbiage given by the witnesses

(03:51):
and the victims. So you know that is their
testimony of exactly what happened.
Then after we do that, let's go on ahead and release whatever we
have in our possession, the FBI files, etcetera.
Now let's compare the two and ifthere are discrepancies, at
least we'll know where where to look because there couldn't be
discrepancies in the sealed files.
They've been sealed. So how are they changed the

(04:12):
possession of our law enforcement?
That's what would have been the real question.
Now why are we changing in who are we trying to protect, et
cetera, et cetera. That would have opened up a
whole another can of worms or anown other investigation.
So that's the premise that we'rewe're moving forward on.
Now they've figured out Oaks, Wedon't want them to see what the
real testimony is. So they've got their liberal

(04:33):
activist judges to say, no, we're not going to release the
seal. The grand jury, David's sorry if
you don't get to see those. It destroys the whole premise
about being able to compare the two, seeing whether there's any
alterations or not. Because I will tell you, if you
just move forward and release the FBI files, do you have any
confidence that they weren't offered?
I don't. You know, the media, I, as I

(04:55):
observe it, I'll get your opinion on this, but it seems
like they're trying to mix and match two of these.
You got the, the Obama gate, which is corruption at its
highest level, undermining Trump's first term.
And then I believe the second with the 100 laptop.
Then you've got the Epstein thing.
And, and I think there's a real effort here to kind of meld the

(05:15):
two together somehow, you know, to and, and I get the sense that
the media now is trying to get attention off of Obama and
square it on Trump with any alleged sexual ties he might
have had with, with, with Epstein.
So let me ask you, you know Trump, you know him very well.
You sat in and talked to him. I, I don't get the sense that

(05:39):
he's one of those kind of guys, even though he does like women
and he, he's a rich man and he has swagger and all that, but I
never saw him. You know, there's a difference
between people who are just manly and the bravado.
And then there's the, the, the pedophiles.
There are the people that have, they give you the appearance
that the most moral people in the world and then you turn out

(06:00):
that they're not. And I've never gotten that sense
from Trump. I I know that sounds crazy, but
of all of his faults, that isn'tone of them, you know?
Yeah, I think you're exactly right.
To validate your point, if that was where his interest lied and
he was participating, the last thing he would do would be to
draw attention to that behavior by banning Epstein from his

(06:23):
club. He would not want to to 'cause
it that activity to become the center of attention.
And so we know that, as we said just before, a minute ago, the
Democratic administration had those files for years.
Trust me, if there would have been something in there that
would have been juicy, could have been used, Yeah, it would
have been put out, you know, within hours.

(06:44):
And so, quite frankly. But we.
But here's the scary part, Jim, back to what we were just
talking about. When you control agencies like
have the access to files like you have shown that they're
willing to go in and erase a word here or add a word there to
change the meaning of files to get what they're want, that just
undermines their entire credibility.
And that's when you have to begin to question motors.

(07:06):
If none of that had happened, you just say, sure, I trust the
agency, release exactly what youhave.
I believe it. Not anymore.
By the way, Roy Black died Monday.
For those who don't know Roy Black, he actually represented
Jeffrey Epstein and he also represented a lot of people
including him, MSNBC news or NBCNews Justin Bieber.

(07:27):
He died on July 21st at the age of 80.
He's kind of young. Well, you'll probably see a dad
coming out, you know, if I'm dead.
I did not commit suicide. Yeah, right.
Right, right. What's the latest on Jelaine
Maxwell? And then I want to ask you about
Obama's Butler. Here's what's going on with

(07:48):
Elaine real quick is, you know, she has agreed she's willing to
testify. The House is now considering
bringing herself being here before.
But again, even with Elaine, I hear what your testimony is
today, but I really want to see what your testimony was.
I've assumed that you initially gave the grand jury.
That is just going to have to beresolved before we could really
move forward with anything else.Yeah.

(08:09):
All right. And then let's talk about new
information regarding the Butlerthat died on the Obama property,
drowned over there. And was it Nantucket or Martha's
Vineyard, wherever they live? What's the new reveal there that
that is interesting? Well, it has just come out in
the last 24 hours that we definememos or just back to this whole
credibility thing. We're just talking about, Jim,

(08:31):
that President Obama lied when ausual thing first happened.
It was over the tragic accident. He wasn't there, didn't know how
it happened. The poor guy must have drowned
some some form of fashion. Now we understand and the Secret
Service refused to comment when he was baking those.
Now we understand that there's an internal memo from the Secret
Service of validates he was present.
So why did he lie and say he wasn't?

(08:53):
We also now see that there are pictures servicing the day
after, but he's got a bandage eye, black eye bandage fingers
is like two or three. Like there you see a bandage
when you when you break them. I'm not saying they were broke,
but they were bandaged up prettygood Is if he did some kind of a
fight or a scarf or Goffle or something along those lines.
So the question is simple. If you weren't there, you

(09:15):
weren't there. But if you were there, then why?
What are you trying to hide by saying you weren't?
Yeah, and that becomes very troublesome to the American
people. It's the same thing goes back
with what we're doing with Russian gate and everything
else. Why do we have to lie about
everything, Jim? Yeah, well, speaks to motive.
Listen, we've got a lot to keep cover on and we will see you
back here on Tuesday. I'm sure a lot will happen

(09:36):
between now and then. Michael Letts, Invest usa.org
CEO and Founder. We appreciate you appearing on
America TODAY and we'll talk to you next week.
That no one, especially the president, is above the wall.
