(00:00):
This is America Day. Beware the beast man.
Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport.
Who's next? Yay, he will murder his brother
to possess his brother's land, lagging our breed in great
numbers, for he will make a desert of his home and yours.

(00:21):
Oh. My God.
Shun him out. Of.
Water drive him back into his jungle lair, for he is the
harbinger of death. Fight, really.
Yeah, we're going to get to all of it.

(00:41):
What is that? What's that statement when you
lock your doors at night, when you when you, you know, shut it
all down and you go to bed, you lock your doors at night.
You don't lock your doors at night because you don't like the
people on the outside. You lock your doors because you
love the people on the inside. And there's a whole brew of

(01:05):
control. I listen, folks, I don't always
have this desire, this burning desire to talk about Donald
Trump every day on the program. But his administration is moving
fast and furious on all kinds ofissues.
And he or his administration, particularly the Department of
Homeland Security, have decided that things are tense in the

(01:27):
world today and that there's a lot of antagonism and
unsettledness in the world today.
And I think we could all agree with that.
Even Jamie Dimon, one of the most powerful influential
financial CE OS in the country, had this to say just recently at
a forum about America at. That point Do we need to rethink
what constitutes national security?

(01:49):
I wouldn't rethink it. We know it constitutes national
security. We need.
You know, I was saying we shouldn't be stockpiling
Bitcoin. We should be stockpiling guns,
bullets, tanks, planes, drones, you know, rare earths.
We know we need to do. This is not a mystery.
Now we know that 11 million people came into the country
unvetted during the previous administration, that we know for

(02:10):
sure. We're seeing what we saw over
the weekend, that tragedy in Boulder, the the two people that
were assassinated outside the Israeli Embassy in Washington,
DC. Michael Letts, our national
security top cop will be joiningus shortly to sort of give an
overview of what we're up against here.
But I I ran across this clip, which also I think hits the

(02:33):
point for those people who do not believe that America has
anything to worry about. Here is the lead pastor, Robert
Stearns from Eagle's Wings Ministry, an evangelical group.
He had a few things to say. My mind is overwhelmed because I
I don't understand what it's going to take for the West to

(02:56):
wake up to the very horrible buttrue reality that there is an
evil in the world today called radicalized Islam.
And the focal point of the hatred of radical Islam is the
state of Israel and the Jewish people.

(03:18):
But the secondary hate of radicalized Islam is the
Christian Church and the tertiary.
The third place of hate of radical Islam is moderate modern
Muslims. The whole civilized world is in
danger right now of extremism. Now, that is something that's

(03:42):
somewhat sobering, as it should be.
But, you know, right now it's June.
It's Pride month. We're celebrating.
By the way, if you want to read some real insight, Eddie Scary
writes for The Federalist. And he wrote about Pride month
in DC and what it's like for himand how much it disgusts him.
And he, by the way, is gay, which I did not know nor do I

(04:04):
care, but he made that announcement.
He writes great articles, Eddie Scary, and he pontificates on on
the exhibitionism that has takenover the gay pride and in you
should read it. And and while you're at it, why
don't you jump on my sub stack, which is real.
Jim Watkins 1 And I have a dissertation about the issue of

(04:27):
family that is under attack in this country for a whole host of
reasons. And leading the pack is this
emphasis on pride and grooming our children.
And so we need to pay attention, attention to that because it's
having an effect, a detrimental effect on family, on marriage

(04:48):
and a whole host of other sociological issues.
Welcome to another day of America.
Jim Watkins here again. We'll be talking to Michael.
Let's coming up shortly. He is a former cop, Special
forces, a high-ranking official in the state of South Carolina
and law enforcement and a consultant to the Trump White

(05:12):
House. So anyway, so we're also going
to be talking to Mark Jones, whois the Gun Owners of America.
I'm a little off my game today, primarily because I had A and
and and I wasn't sure if I wanted to talk about it, but my
older sister passed away earlierthis week.
Natural causes, they're saying. And she lived in Phoenix in

(05:33):
earshot of this program, which you can hear on the Bull 1340
and 99.1 FM. And so when this happens, for
anybody who's had any amount of experience in this, it
absolutely makes you stop and assess the world and what's
important and what isn't. And we weren't always the best

(05:55):
in terms, but we loved each other.
And I know that to be true. And she left behind a cadre of
good friends in the Phoenix area, Jamie and and of course,
some relatives near nearby. And we've all been grief
stricken, but we plow through and, and, and that has made me
think about what's important andwhat is important.

(06:16):
But family, it's the most important thing.
And I've said that a lot about the importance of family.
And unfortunately, in this heated political environment,
families have broken apart, havetorn asunder, as Kennedy would
say. And so we have to find out how
we get back to that. And, and, and I guess the only

(06:39):
way to do it is to plunge forward and try to make a
positive difference in your circle of influence.
And that's what we try to do here every day by bringing you
information that allows you to see perhaps what others don't
want you to see. Now, it's interesting with Trump
and what he wants to do with hisban and, and I I do agree.

(07:02):
The story comes from Western Journal.
President Donald Trump signed anexecutive order banning entry
into the US from 12 different countries while putting travel
restrictions on seven others. Now, what are the countries?
Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, the Republic of Congo, Equatorial,
Ghana, Entreya, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen?

(07:24):
Full restrictions on limited entry.
Now what do they all have in common besides the fact the left
wing media will tell you that the it's racist?
It's not though. You heard Robert Stern just a
moment ago talking about the real danger of Islamic
radicalism. And it amidst this anti-Semitic

(07:45):
wave that's washing across from coast to coast and around the
world, we also have to contend with the fact that people that
are also taking violent action in protest of Palestine, What's
going on in Gaza. So there are a whole host of
reasons why people can be radicalized today.
And we as Americans should be smart enough to recognize that

(08:06):
unlike the previous administration that did not
prioritize border integration, we do.
And it it behooves us and the president and his team have a
responsibility to protect us, the constitutional
responsibility to protect us from people who would do us
harm. But if you want to take a

(08:27):
political point on this and turnit into a racial issue, well, go
ahead. But it's your brothers and your
sisters and your aunts and uncles and nephews and nieces.
They're the ones that are going to be subject to a terrorist
attack. I mean, when was the last time
you've heard of anything in Boulder where people are going
out to protest peacefully for anend to the Israeli Palestinian

(08:48):
conflict? And I know a lot of people that
live in Boulder, they're friendsof mine, Christian good, God
fearing, God loving people. And, and they were burned.
Molotov cocktails, a flamethrower, like something out
of Pulp Fiction. And there's nothing to prevent
this from happening every day. So if the left is going to take

(09:08):
a position here that Trump is somehow being racist and
singling out these countries where they have radical Islam,
then they're only adding fuel tothe fire.
They're only trying to anger thecrowd a little bit more towards
a president who actually is trying to protect Americans.
And there's nothing wrong with the country trying to protect
itself against violent offenders.

(09:30):
Whereas yesterday the response to these acts of terror were
unequivocal for the most part from world leaders, today we're
seeing already. The.
Shift to blaming the victim, putting all of this at the feet
of Israel. It's imperative for those of us
with a conscience to resist thatshift, to maintain that moral

(09:54):
clarity. That's the role of a friend.
Welcome back to America Today. Recent terror attack in Boulder,
Co, has underscored the extreme dangers posed to our country by

(10:17):
the entry of foreign nationals who are not properly vetted, as
well as those who come here as temporary visitors and overstay
their visas. We don't want them.
Yeah, what's going on here? Well, who can answer that
question better than for those who caught the not so subtle
Immigrant song by Led Zeppelin? I thought it was appropriate,
but Michael, let's in this boy, just a turn of events in 24

(10:41):
hours. But this is not a surprise to me
because if you've been paying itall to the conflict in Ukraine,
which is escalated over the weekend, Trump came out
yesterday and said that he had talked to Putin and it doesn't
look like peace is going to be happening anytime soon.
Michael Letts, your input on this and the Trump ban on these

(11:02):
countries. I think I mentioned countries
mostly run by Marxist dictators and they have no problem sending
their radical Muslims over here to do us harm.
Give us your insight on all of this.
Go work our way backwards. You have to do the ban on this
because quite frankly, I think hopefully everyone listened over
the last few days and see saw wehave a very active terrorist

(11:25):
network in this country. There's no sign such as a lone
wolf. And they surfaced itself in
Boulder, Co. It's going to be surfacing a lot
more. And we're tired of helping feed
it by bringing in those who support that cause.
And many of them came illegally, and we're not going to let them
even come in legally. But that is their ideology.
And they're trying to help builda terrorist network to harm the

(11:47):
American people. So the president is dead on
there. We're not saying this is
permanent, but until we get someissues fixed and we get a feel
as to how to make sure we have eradicated terrorist network in
the United States, we're going to do what's in the best
interest of the safety of the American people.
That having been said, it ties right into the rest of Ukraine.
But go ahead. I think you had a question too.

(12:08):
Not really. I mean, I, I was just going to
comment. I have not seen what the left
is, is how they're tackling thisissue.
But I imagine that they're calling Trump a racist because
all of these countries or an Islamophobe.
What are you hearing? All the above, all the above,

(12:28):
they're using their same rhetoric which we've talked
about on this show, and the rhetoric you see, this is a
tyrant and org who had cares notabout his fellow man, but is
trying to create a white supremacist in this country.
And that is the furthest thing from the truth we're trying to
do is keep you safe. That's the most important thing.

(12:52):
Jake Tapper made a good point about what's happening in our
and not I don't agree with that very often.
Jake Tapper very rarely says anything that I agree with, but
he made a salient point and I dokind of want to.
I want to play some of this because it has a lot to do with
why our schools are churning outthese anti American protesters.

(13:12):
Take a listen to. Do with an academic theology of
oppressor and oppressed. If you only look at the world as
oppressor versus oppressed, you have you then have to choose in
a conflict, this group is the oppressor.
This group is the oppressed. It's, it's also why, for
example, there have been conflicts on other college
campuses where, where gay students have protested things

(13:36):
that are going on in Muslim countries having to do with the
LGBTQ community in those countries.
And the gay students are made tobe the oppressor because a lot
of them are white. And that that's also what's
going on when it comes to the Israeli Palestinian conflict.
The Israelis are made to be the oppressor, the Palestinians the
oppressed and on and on and on. And that's part of of what's
going on at Harvard, that theology, that way of looking at

(13:58):
the world. Now the travel ban, just to
reiterate our point, Michael Letts, is that this is not it's
going to be spun by the left as being anti Muslim, anti Islam,
whatever that the left wants to take.
But the reality on the ground iswe just think about what's
happened. We've had several different
terror attacks going back to people who have short memory

(14:20):
what happened in New Orleans notthat long ago.
Then what's happened with the two Israelis.
We see there's anti-Semitism rising all over the country and
then we have this bombshell where two Chinese nationals
trying to export into our country a dangerous fungi that
could destroy crops. We learned this week that even

(14:41):
the cartel is involved in tryingto implement this fungus fly
worm that can have devastation on crops, cows, dogs, humans.
It's almost as if we're we're lying in slumber.
We don't realize how dangerous the world is today.
I think you raised a very pertinent point, Jim.

(15:03):
It's not just that we're at war,folks.
Let's just take off the gloves and start calling things like
you really are. We are at full scale war the
same way we were in World War 2.It's a different operation.
We don't fight with tanks and boots on the ground anymore.
We fight behind the scenes with guerrilla warfare attacks,
terrorist attacks, the economic attacks, infrastructure attacks.

(15:27):
We are at a full scale war for those who want to destroy this
country, and that is both communists and the Muslims.
And interestingly, they kind of tear together sometimes because
of the fact that they want to make sure that they can control
how you think, what you do and what you say.
We'll never die. We'll never live like that.

(15:47):
We'll die rather standing then to be bowing on our knees before
time. Michael Letts is the Invest
usa.org founder and CEO and a law enforcement officer of
decades. You said something interesting.
Maybe I shouldn't bring it up, but I will.
Maybe you can comment. You said that in your
conversations with the president, and I think I heard

(16:09):
you're right with Putin. Putin asked a very important
question of Donald Trump. What was that question?
Question is very poignant. I don't want every American
listening now to sit up for a second and dedicate some
attention to this. And the question goes to the
United States, Mr. President, who is running your country?

(16:31):
And before you take offense to that statement, here's why that
stand will be made. You know, the president wants
peace, but yet here we have Congress sending over billions
of dollars. We have advanced technology that
only America has and only America knows how to use being
used against Russia. So do you want peace or do you

(16:53):
want more? What do?
Who is running the show? And I think that's a question we
only better figure it out real quick.
Well, right now it appears to beactivist judges because you know
that they're going to try to shut down this travel ban
because it'll for reasons that are sentimental and emotional
but not grounded in reality. On the other hand, let's take

(17:15):
the position that in in Russia, you know, clearly Putin is
running his country, but we alsorecognize he is a dictator.
And is he implying that that maybe Trump should act more like
him or is this real? Is this an issue where maybe you
tell me how did you what was your?
Take I think he has a point. He listens because this is your

(17:38):
show. Jim, he listens to what happens
in this country and he knows this.
That's you. 2 things you just said, acting the judges.
That's part of it. The other part is you have a
nefarious Congress. Very large part of that are
corrupt and who are determining that they don't care what the
American people want. We don't want any more money to
go to Ukraine. We're going to send it anyway.

(17:59):
So the you know the question. He's asking is if you.
Have nefarious people, whether it's judiciary, whether it's
congressional, whether it's executive branch, etcetera.
Why do you refuse to do anythingwith them?
Why are they not held accountable for their actions?
And quite frankly, we've been saying that for some time.
I know we're trying to work within the parameters.

(18:20):
And within the system. But quite frankly, until people
are unaccountable, we're going to lose that fight every time.
Well, this side, that question that he posed, it's interesting
because obviously Trump is saying, I knew nothing about
this past weekend's air bombing of drones and taking down 30% of
their their air fleet and all that.

(18:40):
And I could see Trump having some plausible deniability.
But do you believe that our intelligence was aware of this
operation? And if Trump had been aware of
it, do you think he would have stopped it?
Yes, that's for going backwards,Yes.
And quite frankly, let's just remind your listeners.
Just how many intelligence? Senior intelligence personnel

(19:01):
have we fired in the last two weeks and why?
Because they do not represent what the administration is
looking for. So the question is valid.
We're not saying that the president is not trying to be in
control, that that would be a misinterpretation.
What we're saying is you have such a nefarious and corrupt.
System until you. Figure it out and start holding

(19:23):
people accountable. You can have a hard time running
your country. Well, I think the political left
is suffering from Stockholm syndrome.
They're sympathizing with the terrorists, and we'll have to
leave it there. Michael has a weekend show on
crntalk.com. It's Saturday at 2:00 PM
Eastern. Michael will continue this
discussion, I'm sure, so join him on Saturday.
And you can listen anywhere in the world at crntalk.com,

(19:47):
Saturdays at 2:00 PM Eastern. Thank you, Jim.
God bless you. God Bless America.
America, get in the fight. This is the last one we're going
to get to have.
